We chose Clive's place for its services and we were not disappointed: the apartment is quite large and bright, well equipped. The bedding is quality and the furniture is modern. The nearest subway station is a ten-minute walk away and bus 88 passes at the foot of the building, making it possible to reach Camden or Regent Street: perfect for visiting! The environment of the apartment is not very attractive as it is located in a modest residential area. Only inconveniences: we were bothered by VMC smells because of the neighbors who smoked (and not just tobacco...) and there is very little pressure in the shower. In any case, Clive was very attentive and responsive and even if the apartment is not easy to find, her instructions allowed us to get there without any problem. It's a great value for money: ideal for discovering London easily while being quiet.

The location is within walking distance of the event we came to London for as well as Euston Station, so it worked well for us. It is also a short walk to Regents Park, which we enjoyed. The apartment is remodeled, clean and nice, however, it is in a social housing complex that is somewhat run down and at times was noisy, but we felt safe in the neighborhood. It is at the top of 6 flights of stairs with no lift, so prepare for that. We received prompt responses from the host, although some of it was from AI. It was more helpful when Clive responded. The guidebook gives thorough instructions on how to find it and check in, but we still needed to ask a neighbor for help finding it. Overall we enjoyed having our own apartment in a convenient location with a responsive host.

Clive's place is as described. The accommodation is clear and well-equipped. It is well located in terms of visits. The only downside is the immediate environment of the building. The buildings nearby are not very engaging. But we had a very nice stay.

Not expensive & in a handy location for Euston, Camden & the Tube in general. The that is small but that was expected. It is hard to find & the layout of the blocks is confusing. We were given pretty good instructions, just be prepared for it to take a few minutes when you get there. Both is us agreed bed wasn’t very comfortable but depends what you’re used to. The only real issue was the hot water, both taps & shower were either boiling or cold. Not for a lack of trying it was almost impossible to get the temperature right & stable. Overall not bad but could be better.

The flat is in a residential area fantastically placed for easy transport links and walking to all of londons attractions and beyond. We travelled to Wembley, Covent Garden, Oxford street and out to Islington and Alexandra palace by foot, tube or bus all in under an hour. Some great local supermarkets selling produce from all around the world. We also found some great eateries within 10 mins walk. And of course the park was only a couple of minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen appliances seemed new and there were more dishes, pots, equipment than the normal AirBnB in Central London. It is in a great location if you want to get around in London. One great feature is that there is a little grocery store right below the apartment so it is very convenient. Just to note that this apartment is in a Council Estate so outward appearances could be a surprise to some. For me, it was fine and I enjoyed seeing other people around. As noted the apartment itself was as nice as most in central London and I use AirBnB a lot here. The host will tell you the key box is a little hard to find and that was true.

Pros: location is excellent if you want to hang around regents part area, very close to Chester gate of the park. There is a bus stop at the front of the building that brings you to regent street, Big Ben and other tourist places. Cons: flat itself is on the top floor of a council house, the general surrounding is quite dirty and smelly. Inside the flat , the toilet doesn’t flush very well. The toilet brush is very dirty. Clothes hanging thing in the balcony is broken. Oven is broken. Most of all, responding staff is AI or some sort of computer, which means you get a lot of information when you ask a question, but not quite what you asked for. That’s very frustrating.

Good place for group of 3, had all necessary amenities, the apartment is close to metro and bus stations and next to a great park. The apartment is located in a social housing complex so it was a bit tricky to find, but felt fairly safe. Shower pressure was a bit wack and the temperature jumped up and down but noone was left dirty :)

Clive is very friendly and quick to respond! His guidebook is helpful and offers plenty of information to reference throughout your stay. We never had an issue, but felt comfortable asking for help had something come up. The apartment had everything we needed and more! We especially appreciated the provided hair dryer, considering we were traveling internationally. The apartment is close to several bus stops and train stations, including St Pancras International (Eurostar), and a walking distance away from Camden Town. We never felt unsafe walking around the neighborhood, even very late at night. There is some noise in the stairwell in the evening as other tenants meet there to smoke and drink, but we were never bothered by it. The weather in London was a bit hotter than we anticipated (mid-70s F), but we cooled down quickly by opening the windows and the balcony door. One thing to note is the bathtub has a very high step to get into it, and no railing to hold onto when getting out.

Generally, it was a very good stay, comfy bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a clean place. Clive answered to all our questions. Also, the location was perfect for us, near the park, subway, and city center. There was a small hick-up with socket adapters that Clive promised us in the apartment (there weren't any) and noisy neighbors on the staircase in the late evenings. But anyhow we are very happy with this visit.

Clive's place is very clean and all her explanations before we arrived, helped us a lot. Everything is functional, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Only small downside: A slightly higher water pressure would have been a plus for the shower. The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and close to 2 different metro stops (about 10min walk). Its location makes it easy to visit central London and all the different sights. We had a pleasant stay!

The apartment is very fair for 4 people, in addition to that there is no space to store clothes and luggage since both the placard and under the bed were full of things from the host (sheets, vacuum cleaner, etc.) very disappointing to have to stay walking on clothes.

Clive was very helpful and responded quickly. The location was good. My family only encountered one issue, as other people were smoking right in front of our door or on the side, which prevented us from opening the window for ventilation.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 days for our visit to London. We found the accommodation easily thanks to the instructions delivered in advance. When we had any questions, the owner was responsive and always good advice. The apartment is very calm, well functional, clean. We just missed adapters as we came from France and documentation for the metro for example or flyers for some places to visit, nearby supermarkets as we came from France we didn't know anything. I would recommend this property for a family with children or a couple or with friends for your visit to London.

Everything was simply perfect! This Airbnb is being run very professionally. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures and Clive was very helpful throughout the process! Clive is a great host, and his apartment has been a perfect stay for our 5-day holiday to visit London. Clive answered all my questions very quickly, and all the information he gave us was accurate and precise. The apartment is fully equipped for a vacation and perfectly suitable for people who wanna sleep in different rooms since the sofa bed is really easy to use and comfortable. The neighborhood may seem crowded at first sight, but in reality, there was a special silence and peace given that we were in London. There are shops near the apartment, like 1 minute walk. The beautiful Regent's Park is a 5-minute walk, and in general, if you like to walk, you can visit the whole city without taking the subways. Still, if you wanna take the subways, in a few minutes walk, you can reach it. Hope to come back soon!

Pros: Clive was a very responsive host. Proximity to Central London and Camden. Cons: Noticeable smell in the apartment. Toilet flush working only intermittently. No hot water when we first checked in (although Clive was very responsive and helped us fix the issue on the phone). Neighbourhood was unappealing.

The apartment is perfect. The heating worked excellent. Bed is comfortable. It is very equipped with everything needed. The balcony is large. It had a lot of aesthetic details and the space is very well taken advantage of. It is close to the metro and you can also find shops and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Nice house! The room is very clean and the bed is very soft. The only drawback is that it is a little hard to find, but the landlord gave a very clear hint! Please be sure to follow the directions given by the landlord to find the house.

We had a great time in London with our two children. The place was located close to many of the places we had retained, which allowed us to visit everything on foot and so much to see so much. There is also a subway and St pancras international train station nearby which is a plus! Comfortable apartment for 4 people with all the necessities. A little complicated to find at first glance, but with Clive's instructions it was then very easy. A small grocery store just down the home, which is very convenient, with very reasonable prices.

Well located apartment, a 10-minute walk to Warren Street subway station. There is a mini market right outside the door and several on the way to the metro. The neighborhood is quiet and suitable for families who want to rest and quiet at night. The house is the right size for a family of 4 with young children. Check out went well and Clive provided very useful information about places where we could leave luggage while we visited London before going to the airport. Host very competent, available and with the right level of communication with us.

The apartment was unclean when we arrived, very dirty, but we contacted Clive and he arranged for them to clean it in two hours. The interior of the apartment is nice, modern, true to the photos and what we expected. The building where it is located is old and neglected. It is reasonably well located, a 20 minute walk to the British museum and another 20 from Camden market. It's on the edge of a humble neighborhood, but tucked into the humble part. Quiet area, no issues. Very expensive value for money, as it is usually in London.

As Clive notes, this flat is tricky to find as part of complex maze of buildings but worth the effort. Conveniently located near two tube stations and within walking distance of some good pubs and restaurants, it's an ideal and economical spot for visiting central London.

This place has a very convenient location; there are two metro stops within a walkable distance and a few markets to get coffee, breakfast, and groceries. The place was nice and clean and had everything needed to stay for a week+. There are only a few things that should be considered if staying here. First, the place is located in a complex, and some of the neighbors like to put on music very loudly in the middle of the night. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable as a bed. We also had a minor issue with the restroom that made us feel uncomfortable since we were three. It is worth staying if you are fine with these minor issues since it is convenient. Clive was responsive when contacted and provided instructions as necessary.

Best location - super close to Oxford St, north london, etc with great trasnport links. Flat was clean and spacious enough. There were some issues checking-in (people handing the keys out were very rude!) and the bedroom lights and the extractor in the bathroom were not working. Didn't affect my stay too much but it was a shame it wasn't fully functional

Clive's place is very clean, and cozy. It's the perfect no fuss flat to settle into for time in London. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen (although it could help to add missing basic cooking supplies like salt, and oil for guests), and the bed was very comfortable. Netflix was available to login to and we enjoyed relaxing on the large couch. There is also storage to hang or put away your clothes in the wardrobe which was convenient. As someone not from London, I didn't fully understand what council housing was until I got to the flat. Just be aware that you will be staying in government run housing complex despite the flat being privately owned. If you are a solo female traveler or have little kids, this flat may not be for you as the outside is a little rough around the edges. The inside of the flat, however, is very safe and comfortable and I never felt uneasy.

Clive’s apartment is incredibly comfortable, in a great location and has very modern fittings inside. We had a really lovely stay. The wifi is excellent, as we were both working from home for the week and had no issues with connection. It is a quick walk to Regent’s Park and lots of other cafes/restaurants.

The place is comfortable and has enough space for two people. The location is good and also close to the park! The wifi is fast if you need to work from home or want to see a movie. The only negative thing for me was that when I arrived the house was very dusty maybe this was due to the fact that it was cleaned a week before I arrived, as the host told me. Although I cleaned around, dust was still present and my allergies to it made it difficult to sleep but leaving the door to the balcony always open helped a lot and it was nice because it kept the apartment cool. There was a strange odor as well, but as the door was open through out my stay it seemed to go away.
