We had a very hard time finding the place. We drove in circles. The gate entrances are horrible. Seems as if everyone had a hard time. We paid for 7 days and paid nearly $300 for the pool and hot tub to be heated. After three days of reaching out to Airbnb they finally fixed it. Still waiting to see if I get reimbursed. The photos showed a karaoke machine and they didn’t have one. I ask Dennis about it and he said he would check and get back with us and never did. They advertised the kitchen was fully stocked however they didn’t even have a pot holder. Only one kitchen towel. We found out on day 6 they had another pool area with a movie night and it was only because of someone we met by the pool. The house is beautiful and well decorated. Dennis is very responsive but I felt like he was reading a script when I ask him something.

We recently stayed at this Orlando house, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed, though the kitchen lacked some essential items, making cooking at home a challenge. The main issue was the entry process. We didn’t receive the QR code for gate access beforehand, and no help was available at the gate, leaving us stuck. After getting the code, we had to try three different door codes before gaining access, which seems to be a common issue from other reviews. Another frustration was the hot tub. It was cold when we tried to use it, and we weren’t told there was an extra fee to heat it. The listing mentioned the hot tub, but it failed to disclose the $35 per day heating fee plus a $35 service fee. Despite reaching out, we never got a response. The lack of communication, hidden fees, and misleading details made for a frustrating stay. With better transparency, it could’ve been a much better experience.

Keypad was a little hard to get in, make sure to go to the pool gate first to get the QR to scan into the gate for the house! The house was spotless and very gorgeous! Love the small attention to detail with the bathroom amenities and dish soap and trash bags for the kitchen! The beds were perfectly made and super comfortable! Would definitely stay here again! Dennis was responsive and helped with the keypad immediately!

The house was clean. I just had a problem with the pool, I paid in full for a heated pool but the pool was ice cold, I reached out to Dennis, who was responsive and said he would get someone to fix it. It was not fixed the entire time we were there, because we kept checking and it was still very cold. We ended up using the communal pool, which was heated and very nice but was an 8 minute drive away. I asked for refund and Dennis said he would get back to me but I am still waiting for a response. I emailed casiola homes, they said they would not refund me because they checked the pool and it was heated; because it was cold outside it was not warm like we expected it to be. The outdoor communal pool and hot tub were warm as expected and it was the same temperature outside. There is obviously something wrong with the heating mechanism, just extremely disappointed that they are not giving refund and they are blaming me for not knowing the difference between a heated and non heated pool.

Beautiful place and heated pool and spa was amazing. Movie theater was also a huge hit. Couple little things could be improved but would definitely stay again.

This house is beautiful. Everything feels pristine and new. We had a great vacation. Make sure to take advantage of the Oasis Club. It’s so worth it! We rented a Cabana and it was a wonderful day. Host was very responsive! There is literally nothing I can say negatively about this property. You will be pleased!!

Beautiful house! It was perfect for our needs, lots of space and amenities. The pool was fantastic (kids loved it!). Absolutely recommend and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Dennis was very helpful and responsive to the questions I had.

The house was stunning clean very quiet and nice area, we were in October a period that starts to get cool we paid extra money to heat the pool but unfortunately the heating didn't work properly and we didn't enjoy the pool at all but other than that everything was very good

The location of the house was amazing. We loved the spacious kitchen and all the bedrooms. My kids loved having a pool to swim in non stop. Dennis was a great host answered all of my questions and was very kind. We would definitely recommend this place to all of our friends. Thank you Dennis.

We had the best time for my bachelorette party! The rooms were amazing, the movie room was amazing, everything was amazing! So much stuff to do and an absolutely fantastic place to stay! Dennis was so helpful with whatever we needed and answered whenever we needed something! Will definitely stay again!

The house was better in person. The pictures did it justice but once you are actually in the house it’s amazing how much room you have. The kids loved the themed rooms and the climbing wall in the garage. The pool heat and hot tub gets really warm so it was well worth the money. Dennis was very responsive and got back to you within minutes of any question. I would highly recommend renting from Dennis and I will definitely rent again the next trip to Florida.

Loved it here , it was actually better than the pictures . Only thing I didn’t like was it really wasn’t enough dish soap , laundry pods , trash bags or dish pods for dish washer . I feel as though for the amount of money I paid ….Those things should be included. I never had to clean a Airbnb after staying . I was confused on the cleaning part because I had paid for a cleaning fee with my Airbnb breakdown. Other than that I loved the place , would recommend & stay again

The house was absolutely amazing, and Dennis answered immediately whenever I had a question. When the blender didn't work, he had a new one to the house within an hour. All in all, I would stay there again.

The pictures don't do this property justice. It was AMAZING!! We had issues with the movie room ROKU remote, but we bought one so we could watch movies. Dennis was super responsive. We stayed in the pool all day everyday! I definitely would stay here again! Don't walk, run and book this stay!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious. We had an amazing time. My husband and three boys enjoyed the airbnb very much. It was awesome having the theater room w/curtains that pull closed to darken the space. Kids loved having our own private pool and hot tub. My elderly mother had trouble getting in and out without a handrail anywhere. So as long as you dont have balance problems/difficulty with steps its ok. There were a few minor things that I reported to Dennis upon arrival and he typically responded within an hour or less. A little far from resort amenities/club/lazyriverpools. I dont remember receiving QR code by phone, but it is needed and easier to enter gates for property, though online checkin says go straight to bnb. A little confusion on all the lights and remotes, but enjoyed the ambiance and nightlight effect in the evenings. Sad the green room lights around bed didnt work but didnt effect our stay. Seemed like a quieter area. Would stay again 100%. Thank you Dennis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. It was close to all the attractions, just a short drive to the parks and provided the privacy we wanted while still being able to enjoy a resort atmosphere with use of the Waterpark and other amenities. Dennis was quick to answer and helpful with the couple of small issues that we encountered, mostly due to being a new rental. The theatre wouldn't connect to our devices using the apps installed on the projector, this was remedied by a firestick being installed and the dishwasher had a minor issue that was quickly fixed. Our only criticism would be that we wished we were informed when workers were scheduled to arrive, on one occasion we were outside using the backyard pool and walked inside the house to grab a drink only to find a person standing in the hallway. Otherwise the house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Dennis was great to work with communicated well and it was on top of everything trying to get the stuff working other than never got the projector fixed for the movie room which is one of the things we really wanted to do screws were falling out of furniture and the shuffleboard table karaoke machine never worked

Great stay at this home…was spacious and very clean. The kids loved the beautifully decorated bedrooms. There was a nespresso machine and regular coffee pot and some coffee bar items which was helpful as I forgot to bring my creamer. I would also recommend bringing a fire stick to use for the movie room projector. We couldn’t figure out how to use it with screen mirroring.

Loved this house! Champions Gate was a great place to stay. Loved the gated community with the waterslides. Everything in the house is new, we couldnt be happier with this rental.
