My family book Dennis house months ago. We drove all the way from South Carolina just to get here and they say we didn’t have a reservation. But was sent a confirmation number. Paid the full amount. Just to be told they couldn’t accommodate my family of 21 cause the house we rented was given to someone else. I wouldn’t recommend renting anything from him. He was slow to respond wouldn’t call me even after I gave him my number to reach out too me. Bad business bad host. please be careful don’t be like my family was after driving 7 hours just to have no house.

The Airbnb was beautiful and looked just like the photos. I had a lot of questions and Dennis answered every question without hesitation. The location was private, close to stores, and clean. Great place!

The house is beautiful just like the pictures. The pool was big enough to accommodate all 11 of us. Everyone had their room and bathroom. The house was clean and spacious. All of my guest was impressed. The only issue I had was WiFi . You need WiFi for the TV and your phone. If I didn’t plan entertainment we would’ve been bored. Overall I’ll rent this house again!

Overall this was a very nice home. There was enough room for everyone. The kids enjoyed every second at the pool. We had a few issues but nothing stopped us from enjoying ourselves!

The house was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean when we arrived. It was spacious enough to where my entire family felt comfortable without feeling crowded. There were a few hiccups with some of the amenities being broken, but Dennis was friendly and responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The resort was great as well. We enjoyed the lazy river.

Hard to find place that can accommodate a large family. That was good about this place. There were some hiccups like early check in didn't work, pool green and cloudy, washing machine broken, but overall we enjoyed our stay and having a large family all together in one house was the good.

Home was very clean and beautiful. The host communicated promptly with any issues we had. The guards at the gate are on top of things but gave us a bit of an issue upon checking in but overall a safe community would recommend this place. The family loved it. normally we would be in champions gate but this was a nice one. Book Dennis *****

Overall it was a nice stay. There were a few flaws but they worked swiftly to correct the situation.
