Overall the home was perfect for our trip. The pictures are accurate, the house is Beautiful and location is perfect for the parks. However the check in process was a little frustrating and started off with a bad experience. We were provided the wrong access code and had to wait about 45 min to get a new one after calling the office multiple of times. After we got in, we noticed the back sliding door had a gap when closed and had enough room for bugs to enter the home. The master bathroom shower had mold and the sink would not drain. (All of these issues were resolved later the next day) The communication was frustrating as we didn’t get responses back until an hour or two later. Make sure you register the drivers from all the cars before hand because security will not let you in and could take a while for the host to add them in the system. We had a 2 year old and grandparents so waiting outside for a response after traveling all morning was very frustrating. We were told we were going to get the pool heated and we never did. If the communication gets fixed, this host could easily get a 5 star. We also had stuffed Oreos waiting for us in the kitchen which we really enjoyed. I would definitely reconsider coming back.

We stayed for our Disney vacation and it was such a Pleasure to return here in the afternoon and at the end of the day. The house was incredibly spacious for the four of us adults and my two children, six and eight. The pool was absolutely wonderful, quite big in the hot tub definitely got it to use. My only tip for future guests would be to grab an extra roll of paper towel!

Celebrated my grandma's 89th birthday and it was a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for a family of 10 and the pool is a great size. Very clean and the beds are so comfortable! Pool towels, bath towels, BBQ grill (bring your propane tank), washer/dryer, iron, strollers, play pen, high chair, and fully stocked kitchen just bring the food, they have everything you need! Thank you Dennis for the communication. Can't wait to return. Two thumbs up!

Overall great stay! Visited for the weekend with grandparents and our two children (3.5yrs and 9mo). They loved the pool! There are two strollers for use on the property (a Chico that fully reclines and an umbrella stroller) which was very convenient. There are usual pots/pans for cooking, but they only provide a can of olive oil spray and salt/pepper and one roll of paper towels. Be sure to communicate with the hosts ahead of time if you want pool heated. They were very responsive to messages. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the sunshine was wonderful! Would visit again.

We had a great stay and Dennis was very responsive to any questions we had. Large clean place close to Disneyworld and an excellent pool to enjoy at the end of the day. We also enjoyed the amenities at the clubhouse a short walk in this quiet gated community. Wonderful family holiday!

Great place to stay with kiddos. They loved the pool. Area around the pool could have been cleaned a bit better. There was leftover trash from previous house stayers (old balloons, confetti, bandaids, etc.) Awesome that there are no rear neighbors for the house though! There were a few items that were in need of replacing, however we shared that with Dennis. We were looking forward to a grill and it was a bit wore out. We made Dennis aware of that. He was very responsive. We also had a leaky AC unit in our game room. We informed Dennis and repair man came next day, however was unable to fix it. Our kids didn’t use the game room much as it has some water on the floor, and no gaming system. Overall would stay again. Nicely decorated house with tons of space! Nemo room was a hit!

The house was great-- very spacious, clean and comfortable; Dennis is great with communicating promptly. However, we had no internet during our entire stay. Every day we reached out several times to the management office and were assured someone was coming to fix the internet but no one ever did. This was a huge issue for us as we needed internet for work, virtual school, the baby monitor, and all electronics. The tv also did not work without internet. In addition, we were told we would be comped the pool heat because of the internet but the pool heat did not work. Lastly, Dennis and the management company refused any compensation due to these issues. Overall, the house was beautiful and is just as it looks in the photos but I would only rent again if the internet was working.

Overall we enjoyed our stay - the pictures are what you see and the location was good! We were a little disappointed in the how stocked the kitchen was for cooking and while things were generally clean and functional, there were some maintenance items that were needed. The property manager is super responsive, professional and well organized. The yard Lania and pool were great and relatively private, however the sliding doors to the lanai were not working even after we informed the property manager. All-in-all we would consider staying again!

Dennis's place is modern, big, and beautiful! It's just 15 minutes from Disney World and close to many attractions and convenience stores so you get everything you need in close proximity! The backyard is enclosed from other neighbors which gives you a serene feeling just looking at all those palm trees! Njoy your stay!

The vacation homes was very nice but there wasn’t any help to get us any internet service, there was suppose to be an air hockey table in the game room and the puck was missing. in the upstairs disney room on of the bed sheets had a stain. and to top it off there was a consistent RAT that was running back and forth by the back patio area.

Don’t choose this one! I have my entire review below with several issues during my stay (cleanliness, amenities, issues getting through gate, upkeep issues... the list goes on). The bottom line is that the upkeep on this house is not good and upon departure they tried to charge me $200 extra for “damages and stolen items.” It feels like a scam where their version of upkeep is attempting to charge the guest on items that were clearly damaged before arrival. You can look past the upkeep issues until you get wrongfully charged for it. I have never left a bad review for an Airbnb but I felt this was necessary to warn the next guest. Full review below: Questionable cleanliness: There were items left from the previous guest, which made us question how thoroughly the house was cleaned. Paid extra for amenities that didn’t work: I paid an extra $100 for pool heat and spa heat. Despite communicating with the host three times that the spa heat was not working, they told me “the owner says it works” and refused reimbursement. Gate instructions were terrible: My flight arrived at 11pm (after two flights and a layover). Exhausted, we headed to our Airbnb in an Uber to be te. But the host never told me the gate guard left his post at 11pm. We waited and waited. I tried to call Casiola (the company who sets up all the instructions for the guests) but no answer as it was “outside hours”. Finally we saw a resident go through the another gate roll up and I had to rush over and beg them to let us drive in behind them. My Uber was not happy but we got through. Poor upkeep and total scam: It would have been an ok value if they had cooperated with me and provided the reimbursement. Instead, they submitted additional fees to me at the end of our stay claiming we stole a thermostat and broke a chair. They tried to charge me nearly $200 extra for this. My family cleaned diligently and left the place looking great and I felt this was a slap in the face and a sign of extremely poor management. The house in general needs more upkeep, which I noted to Casiola in a review (the smoke alarm was chirping on day two of our stay, the hot tub needs to be fixed, the TVs were not working properly). Sadly, they are using their poor upkeep to pin on good guests and trying to make them pay extra. Absurd.

When we arrived the house was unclean from previous guest. We booked for an additional day but it was not adjusted in the system. We were refunded for the additional day but still had to sleep the night in an unclean home. We also had to clean up behind the other guest because no one was able to come clean the house until the next morning. This was huge problem for us because of COVID -19. We paid our money and we wanted what we were expecting. The cleaning team cleaned the Airbnb the next morning and it was how it should’ve been the day we arrived. Everything is accurate and beautiful in the pictures. We did enjoy our stay it was just the lack of communication on there side. And they should’ve been more concerning and showed a little more hospitality with this situation due to COVID-19

Everything was nice and very well priced. Except when we noticed two chairs were wobbly we contacted Dennis and someone came the next day to fix them. Expect 30 mins after them being fixed my wife fell off one of the chairs and hurt her back. Dennis didn’t contact us back for the remainder of the time. If it wasn’t for the property company’s automated emails we would of never been able to get extended time, for a fee of course, due to my wife’s back hurting we couldn’t drive the 7 hours yet. Very poor communication. Air hockey table does not work either.

The master bedroom was THE BEST! My ONLY complaint is that we never received a replacement lounge chair and the outdoor floor (pool area) could use a good scrub. Other than that the place was VERY clean. Great price, I recommend, overall.

House was beautiful. Some issues with roaches and ants but very quick response from host. Our main concern was booking this house for CDC cleaning but when we checked in there was visible food stuck on dishes both in cabinet and out for display on the table. Not much confidence in sanitizing invisible viruses when swabs of food are stuck on dishes. Other than that beautiful house. Bedrooms and linen were clean. Great open floorplan and pool area! Kids LOVED the house!

It's such a pretty place! I recommend adding the heat for the pool. It's an extra charge but even Florida in the summer time can get cool at night. The house is about ten minutes from shopping but once you get to something, you're at EVERYTHING. Lovely neighborhood, comfortable space. Definitely would stay again.

House met expectation. Great location. Walmart less than 2 miles away. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Guarded Gate Entry and the resort is secluded on it’s own road. Very nice area and easy commute to International Drive. Was even emailed discounts to local attractions, which I used. I would rent again.

As any travelers would be, we were excited to go on vacation and even more happy that we had found a house that would allow us to all fit under one roof. A few hours after our arrival, we started to notice a few things that was disappointing in a rental home and the list was adding up quickly through out are stay. One washroom has no working lights, Internet & cable stopped working, One bedroom selling light was not working, No safe available to guest, Picture sliding door was not greased and hard to open, No propane for the BBQ. On our second day in the home, we decided to get the pool headed for an extra $25 per day and a connection fee of $25. They were kind enough to wave the fee for the connection and the day request was made. We were assured that our request was completed remotely and it would take 1 day to heat. Unfortunately, day 2 the water was still very cold. I contacted Dennis and he told me that he would send someone that day to verify. Well because our internet was not working, they could not access the pool heating system. Maintenance told me that that he would be contacting Dennis to explain the situation and in not sure if he ever did because he drove off. Dennis and I had contact for the next few days trying to figure out how to fix these issues. They were kind with all communication and they even refunded the amount for the pool heating and gave us complementary heating of the pool and hot tub. As for the internet, we finally had a spot from Comcast come to the property to see what issue was. Turns out, we had unplugged a cable that was not identified as internet/cable. I do have to say that we had one repair man come to the home which was very knowledgeable and kind. I was told by one person that the owner of the home was very particular and had his own repair team which made it slower for Casiola to respond to repair requests. All this to say, I think I'd certainly rent again!

Our stay at Dennis's house was great. The kids loved the pool, and the heat for the cold week in January was perfect. We made use of the kitchen daily, and had meals at the dining table. The kids loved the rooms. Dennis was a great host, and responded quickly. I would highly recommend staying at this home for families traveling together for a Disney vacation.

Really good place, fit all of our needs for 6 adults and 2 small children. A couple of things to note-- the amenities listed for the actual home are not entirely accurate. We were told there was no grill, but there was one upon arrival. We did experience 3 major issues while staying at the home for the week. The first was the oven simply did not work, the second was the dryer did not work, and the third was the A/C broke during our stay. In all cases, a repair person came out the same day to take care of the issue. The oven worked *OK* after the repair person came (I wouldn't trust it to bake or be an accurate temperature), the dryer was completely replaced (on the last day of our trip), and the A/C was repaired to working condition. Many of the sinks drained very slowly, something that could really be fixed through routine maintenance, so not sure if that takes place often enough. We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't use the garage to park in since the complex does not allow cars to park in the street and the driveway is VERY narrow. But totally see how the game room (in the garage) can be a great place to hang out, our kids were just too young to appreciate it. All in all, we had a really good stay and the location was unbeatable in terms of its proximity to the parks. The kids LOVED the pool.

Beautiful villa in prime location so close to Disney. Great communications from Dennis every step of the way. Check in and out was smooth. Very modern decor which we loved. So many villas in Florida look dated but this one had the wow factor. Yes it was probably more expensive but definitely worth it. All bedrooms were well decorated and the beds were comfy. Everyone enjoyed the space and the games room was a hit. Would highly recommend this villa if you’re looking for a spacious, clean, comfy and conveniently located villa. Thanks Dennis!

We were a party of 8 and had an amazing time at Dennis's place. The villa is beautiful, really spacious and well equipped. Our children loved the pool. The complex felt really safe with super friendly security staff at the gate. The location was perfect for Disney, a short 15 minute drive. There is a Walmart just down the road, which was brilliant for supplies. Dennis always communicated quickly and was really helpful. We would definitely recommend!

Only issue we had was the dryer - a knob broke on our second day, which made the dryer unuseable. We reported it and followed up,. Both times we were told it would be fixed and it wasn’t. Which was disappointing as we had a lot of washing and the dryer would have been helpful.

The house is outstanding. It is really close and convenient to Disney. There is a big shopping center with a Walmart close by to get anything you need. We played basketball and tennis with the kids at the clubhouse. The surrounding neighborhood is okay, not great just okay but the community the house is located was very nice. We paid for pool heat for 6 days but they forgot to put it on and it takes a day to get warm so I essentially paid for 6 days of heat and got 4. Once notified they turned it on immediately. I thought the house was great value and was gorgeous inside. I would not hesitate to recommend the house to anyone

This is a wonderful home to rent for a family vacation. My family and I were there for a week and loved it. The house was very clean, updated and stylish. Dennis was very responsive and made the renting process very easy. There are tons of great restaurants in the area and it's not too far from the Disney attractions.

Home looks just a picture but would make sure all items listed are working prior to checking in. Many items were not working during our stay. The actual showers and fixtures in the showers should have been updated. No issues working with Dennis throughout the booking process, however, the women who work at the call center for Casiola or for other issues that arise locally, were not so great to work with.

I don’t even know where to begin, everything about this place was PERFECT! From the color scheme, layout, decor, space, amenities, location and price! There was six of us, two families and we definitely needed the space. The kids enjoyed the house (and pool so much). Communicating with Dennis was easy. This is super family friendly! High chairs, play pen, stroller - thank you for helping to provide a great experience in our family trip. The kids definitely won’t forget this place!
