My family had a wonderful vacation and the house was a great bonus. Upon entering it felt like coming home and the welcome treat was an added touch. We enjoyed the pool all week and took advantage of the opportunity to have it heated which was well worth the cost. Dennis was a great host, very responsive and helpful. I cant wait to come back and enjoy this home again.

Beautiful home! Very spacious and comfortable home feel to it! The pool also had lights you can turn on should you choose to go in for a night swim. The 2nd floor is a little creaky but everything was really amazing. The community is gated and secure so you do feel safe. Definitely would look into staying here again for group or family trips.

Very nice and spacious home. The only issue we had was having to pay for access to the club house which we weren’t aware of until we actually went to try and use the clubhouse. It wasn’t expensive at all so it wasn’t a problem. Other than that we would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back.

Excellent location to stay in if you are with an all adult party. Large rooms great layout with bathrooms and space for 3-4 vehicles with it having a garage.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with the air conditioner upon arrival, but Dennis was very responsive, and someone came over to repair the next day. The beds are a little too firm for our liking but overall, everything was as described. If not for the beds, we definitely would stay here again.

Me and family enjoyed everything about this house . The gated community was so peaceful. The Rooms are lovey and the pool was a success with the heating . I love everything about the house & Dennis responded less than 5 months every time. I would book his home again ❤️

This is a great family-sized home with a nice private pool. The pool was always comfortable, but be sure to request pool heat if visiting during the cooler months. There is also the option to use the resort amenities like the “lazy river” and water slide. The kitchen has plenty of space to accommodate more than one cook. The second family room on the upper level was good for movie night, as it had more seating. The place was easy to find, but be prepared for heavy traffic during busy times. The gate attendants were polite and helpful and tried to keep easy access to the neighborhood.

The place was beautiful. Dennis is very responsive. Although, they do have some issue with their pool pump and it basically eats the water or something. because everyday the pool water was way below the level it should have been. It didn't even cover the jets.

House was ok!!!! Check in was horrible was suppose to check in at 4pm got there and cleaners said wouldn’t be done until 8pm so had to wait with a baby and groceries host stop responding when questioned about checking in

We enjoyed our three night stay here as we visited Universal Studios during our time. The drive to and from the parks in this area is doable. The pool was great to have and worth paying extra for heating as we visited in April. Note the tub and pool are basically the same temperature, we were sun burnt so we didn't end up needing a hot tub anyway! We thought the price was worth all of the space, bedrooms, and pool. Kitchen was stocked with basic dishes and coffee maker which was helpful. Easy check in and out process. One night we had loud neighbors we could hear right through the walls, but otherwise quiet, family friendly area. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay - great location and great amenities. We were a bit disappointed with the hot tub as it was the same temperature as the pool and the jets were so strong we could not use them. The house could also benefit from some blackout curtains - it was hard to sleep in with so much light coming through. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Our stay was great! Communication with Dennis was great, check in was easy peasy, wifi was great, house had all we needed to cook and plenty of towels for pool. I must say before we settled I noticed several holes on the walls upstairs which I quickly sent photos of & some of the walls were very dirty making it kinda gross BUT that’s not Dennis’s fault it’s def prior guest that haven’t been mindful of what they do in the home. I do highly recommend they take time to paint & fix the drywall. I’m sure it’s not the first or the last time they will have to do it as we could see some areas that have already been touched up. It’s normal wear & tear?! We’ve stayed at others in this resort & they don’t show this way but they are privately owned. Overall our stay was good, we enjoyed the private pool & lazy River! Compared to others this home doesn’t have a game room for extra entertainment in case you have kids to try and keep busy when not in pool.

When we arrived at the sorterra resort I sent the host a message telling him if the house was ready earlier to let me know since we were already there and I never got a response back. It surprised me because before the day that we had to check in the host will respond to my message fast and this time I had to call the Airbnb customer service for them to contact the host. I never received the key code until pass my check in time because I had to call an ask for it. When we got to the house there was no service at all and the Wi-Fi password wasn't in the kitchen as it was instructed. I had to drive to the waterpark of the resort to get connected to the Wi-Fi ask for the password and wait for a response. Without Wi-Fi we couldn't get any service at all. The house wasn't clean properly the room in the first floor have spider webs and the kitchen counter top was dirty. I found a lemon in the dishwasher disposal that it was clothing the drainage. The house had some broken stuff and I reported it as soon as possible. One of the steps in the stairs have some carpet nails poking out and my brother was walking barefoot and was pricked. I let the host know and his response was thanks for letting me know that they can use this information to better the house for the future. He didn't ask how was my brother about the incident or offer anything. Other than that there was some minor stuff like there was no curtains in the room and it was so bright that you couldn't sleep in the morning if you want to. I give this property a 3 out of 5 because we did enjoy our stay after all the bad things that we encountered. It was big enough for my family and the location was convenient not to far from the city. The pool and the water park was nice. The house was accurate from the pictures. Casiola provide us with a box of oreos that we enjoy and it was a nice touch.

We stayed in this house. It was totally run down.. needed new carpeting and-paint desperately. The worst part was roaches in the house! After hiring exterminator 3 times there were still roaches! Do not recommend at all!!!!!

The property we rented was dirty, carpet was stained and walls need major paint job. Our pool and hot tub was not heated as requested. We left on our 3rd day out of our 7 day stay to rent another property. Our hostess did a poor job communicating with us and addressing and fixing our problems!

This place looks exactly like the pictures. That’s the only plus. Please keep in mind that the amenities (Pool & Spa) have to paid in order to have it heated. Even if they tell you it will be hot by when you get there it won’t. The water was cold on my third day after being there. In order for you to be able to get in the water & make the jacuzzi warm you have to activate the Water/jets from the left in side of the house. This is was makes that part hot. I’ve been asking for a refund for the heating of the pool & never received it. They blamed it on the climate. If you knew this would be like this why not tell people. The pool is dirty. There are spider webs & spiders everywhere. Be aware there are no garage bags. The water pressure in the shower is also week. No cleaning products. The sheets from the beds are stained. The bed is made of wood. I went to lay down & it split. The cable/TV don’t work upstairs. I spent so much money to have a bad experience. When trying to reach the host after booking you won’t able to the same. I didn’t have no direct contact. I had to call Airbnb. I left one day early because I was so disgusted.

My family and I loved this house. It has everything we needed for our Thanksgiving plans with my nephews. The only reason I give this house 4 stars rather than 5 is because the house comes with a BBQ and two upstairs pullout couches, all of which our host specifically told us did not come with the house.

The home is amazingly beautiful and the resort is awesome. I went to celebrate my 50th birthday and my 4th Wedding Anniversary with 7 other family members. The price for 8 days was very reasonable, clean, spacious and is convenient to all the surrounding attractions. Highly recommended and we will be back again.

The place was lovely , the neighborhood is very quiet , also I think it was sound proof , inside I couldn’t hear anything that was going on outside which was great when some of my family was by the pool listening to music and talking and some was in the house looking at television, the pictured are spot on ! The house overall was beautiful, it had enough space to fit my family of seven and There was enough space for each of us to have our own private time if needed. My children thoroughly enjoyed having access to our private pool, the pool however was very cloudy but that didn’t stop my children from enjoying swimming. I will forewarn any future renters that the neighbors at the house right next to you and the neighbors directly behind you Blares their music so loud on their large patio speakers starting in the early evening and lasting late into the night. I had smaller children and the lyrics were extremely vulgar and inappropriate. When they were asked to either change the song or two please turn the volume down when those explicit songs came on I was called a Puta( if I spelled that correctly). I did alert the resort staff but the music continued three out of four nights of my stay. If using your GPS to find the house I had to use the actual address of Wildwood Way not Solterra Boulevard. Unfortunately we were unable to experience the lazy river and pool the resort offered.

The porch was filled with trash bags and ants, Oven was smoking we couldn’t cook the entire 3 days we were there. Pool area and pool was disgusting. This was definitely the worst experience I’ve had with vacation homes.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. I read a review about the pool and pool area not being clean so I just knew it would be better for us. Wrong, the ground by the pool needs a deep cleaning like pressure washing. The kitchen was not clean, the bottom of the stove almost made me vomit. I’m surprised there’s no critters in there because of all the crumbs and dirt. The oven is overly dirty in which it needs a deep cleaning. The master bedroom down stairs floor was dirty and also the shower was dirty. Oh I forgot all the kitchen appliances,silverware, plates cups and etc...was located on the floor in the closet in the bedroom...I’m still confused about that. The upstairs bathrooms were all dirty. The sinks are disgusting, I’m glad we had bleach spray. Over all my stay was quite mediocre, being that we paid a price in which it included a cleaning fee but the home was not clean. Also the neighbors are horrible they played very,very loud music the whole time all night and morning it was ridiculous. Please take ear plugs if you go on the weekend because the whole neighborhood is live, active and very entertaining.

We had very poor communication with our host. He responded late in the evening then went out of the office. Asked to service the dirty pool on a Thursday when we checked in and he responded to that request on Sunday to tell me they were closed on Sunday. I thought this was a joke. All amenities other than the pool were closed due to covid 19 but is not mentioned by the host or in the posting itself.

Dennis's place was a great place to stay. It was a great setup for us to use for our purposes. Having multiple bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great as well as the amount of space throughout the whole house. Having access to our own pool was very enjoyable as well. Even though its a little outside the main Disney/Universal area, the drive is very easy and we didn't mind the commute at all. Overall, it was a great space to stay. The house was nice and they were very easy and quick to communicate with.

Beautiful, well decorated home close to everything in Orlando! The home was very clean and spacious and we felt very much at home in the space! You could tell much thought had been put into all the furnishings. Pool was sparkling clean with great deck furniture! Dennis was a great communicator with us and we would rent again!

This home exceeded our expectations! To begin, the home was spotless from head to toe. The location is close to many restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and less than 30 minutes from Disney World. Any time I had an inquiry, Dennis provided a response almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this home, location or host to anyone looking for a family vacation in the Orlando, Florida area.

It a beautiful home located close to everything Orlando. We enjoyed cooking a few meals at the house. It was easy to cook there. Everything you would need. Get the pool heat if you are going in the colder months. We found we enjoyed the heated pool. We enjoyed our stay comfortably with 7.

house is beautiful! construction was minimal around the house. check in and out was easy! do plan to do some grocery shopping for the necessities. pool heat was nice took a few days to get warm tho, that was a bummer. location of the residence wasnt SUPER ideal for Disney vacation, I4 is a mess every day. but when it's clear 12 minutes away to the Magical Kingdom. Dennis was good enough at responding to our requests, some days took him a day or 2 to get back. all in all it was a good trip and I would probably stay here again.

Had booked house for a 7 day stay. House is as described in description and pictures however encountered issues upon arrival. Cable TV was available on only one TV and wifi code was incorrect. Then discovered that gas was turned off and had no hot water or ability to use gas stove. Management company was not able to resolve the gas issue and had to move us to another property for the remainder of our stay. Very disappointed that this property was not ready for use and was given no advance notice which impacted our vacation.

This home is spectacular! Beautifully decorated inside and in a great location. Plenty of space for our group and well stocked with everything you would need to have a comfortable stay. I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 because there was an issue with the gas being turned off before our arrival and it couldn't get fixed before late in our second day. So we couldn't use the stove/oven and the hot water ran out after the first night. Nicole (from the management company) was very apologetic and worked until she got the problem resolved.
