The home itself is very nice with a partial view of the ocean. I originally planned a late check-in. Due to a late night concert & activities with family, I arrived the next evening. Accessing the property was easy. However, upon entering, it was dirty & had not been cleaned. I contacted the owner, who profusely apologized & said the cleaner told her it was clean. She said she'd have someone out to clean ASAP. The cleaner arrived within the hour. Had I arrived as originally planned, it would have been in the middle of the night, to a dirty place which would have been a horrible situation. There was no offer to partially refund the day's rate for the issue. The beach is nice for walking/sitting, but not really swimmable. The walls are thin, so you can hear conversations outside on the ground floor. Living room lacks privacy with sheer curtains. Rated 3 rather than 1 due to the quick response time & taking into consideration things happen. Would consider giving it another try.
