The sun rises, white and majestic, out of the water that frames The Honeymoon Cottage on all three sides; it sets over the western hills, glowing orange and equally visible from the porch. A small dipping pool offers the serenity that the active waters below do not, and though the cottage enjoys relative isolation from the rest of the world, it is but a short drive from calmer, more traditionally tropical beaches. Cozy and studio-esque, the space itself is comfortably furnished and modern, built in 2010. High ceilings and vast windows belie the efficient space and welcome the cooling, salty, fresh ocean breeze. The flights may be more convenient and a better value. If you are looking for incredible scenery and isolation this place is for you! Winds and waves are breathtaking and the home was very clean and well maintained. The wind is difficult to handle at times and there is no shelter from the sun on the back patio but sunrises and sunsets are spectacular and worth fighting the winds to see such beauty!
