If you’re looking for a large family getaway, or a fun reunion with friends on the North Yorkshire coast, Randolph House is an ideal spot just a short walk from the beach. Located in Saltburn-by-the-Sea, this four bedroom holiday home has easy access to everything the coastal town has to offer including independent pubs, shops and restaurants.
The space
Randolph House has a homely and welcoming feel throughout. After a busy day at the beach, nothing beats putting your feet up and you can do just that here. Retreat to the lounge and turn on the large flat screen TV to keep up with your favourite shows. There is a sofa bed which can be made up if requested after booking Randolph House.

There is also a separate snug room with a comfy sofa and a second flat screen TV. Perfect for families, children and teenagers can relax here away from the adults.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen. With modern appliances and cookware, you can prepare home cooked meals easily during your stay.

Head to any of the four bedrooms and you’ll find pleasant spaces featuring flat screen TVs and premium bed linens. Three bedrooms boast comfortable, king size beds. Two of the king rooms also feature modern en suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is a bunk which has both a double and single bed. Every care has been taken to ensure that all guests enjoy their sleep at Randolph House.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, a shower, WC and basin.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is free on-street parking for up to three vehicles.

It is a lovely house in a good location.
There were various issues in the kitchen which I reported but no response.
Badly dripping kitchen tap;
Broken foot pedal on bin which was sharp and dangerous and which we put tape on to make it safe for our small grandchildren;
Some utensils in kitchen drawer broken and unusable;
Toaster broken and unusable;
No oven glove so difficult to get things out of oven without burning oneself.
The rest of house was ok, although the top bathroom had hair on the tiles and first floor bedrooms had hair on the carpet.

The house is lovely although there were snagging points, as it's winter we think that's probably due to it not being used recently but our issue with the heating was resolved although it did mean one room couldn't be used on the first night.
We loved the lounge/dining area, great to be able to sit down with everyone and chat. Easy parking was appreciated. The beds are super too.

Location of the property is great, easy walking distance to town, beach, gardens and numerous restaurants. Parking is on street but we had no problems finding spaces for two cars. The house is spacious & comfortably furnished, lovely sofas, plenty of seating for every one. WiFi was very good.

Good location within easy walking to the town centre and the water front with a great chippy round the corner
Spacious tastefully decorated property with comfortable bedrooms
Lovely and warm which is always welcome up north!
