They will ask for an additional deposit 25 pounds, without it you won't get the code for the keybox.

The house is as described, plenty of space and clean. Easy access on arrival and we were able to find parking on the road outside. The area is quiet despite being close to the train station and town centre. Good WiFi and well equipped kitchen. The £10 “administration” charge for taking a damages deposit is a bit cheeky and the remainder of our deposit was only returned two weeks after our stay.

It was very clean & modern, it had nice extra touches like tea/coffee sugar/tea towels/kitchen roll/handwash all available to use . Great quiet area and short walking distance to shops/pubs. Free parking very handy.

Some of the blinds in bedrooms let light in - curtains would have been good addition.

We had a lovely weekend with an extended family gathering. A trip to Lincoln was enjoyed by all. Thanks for having us - we particularly appreciated how quiet the house was!
