Having wanted to be near York city centre with free parking this was the best value at the time of booking.
There is a front and back door into the communal area but the initial access is via the back door, within a timber fenced area.
The bus stop is across the road and takes you to Stonebow which is opposite the Shambles, No.6 bus.
The light in the hallway of the apartment activates via a sensor, which came on randomly so we kept the bedroom door closed at night.
We couldn't get the kitchen extractor fan to work so kept the window open.

O espaço corresponde ao mostrado nas fotos e é bem localizado. Tive um problema de saúde e tive que retornar antes do previsto. Tentei negociar com o proprietário de diversas formas, pois era uma estadia longa, ofereci pagar de 50% a 80% da acomodação mesmo sem utilizar, na tentativa de minimizar os danos, e ele negou todas as tentativas, alegando que era o airbnb que deveria autorizar. Em todas as tentativas, recebia a informação que o proprietário negou o pedido, ou seja, a falta de honestidade foi ruim de lidar. Portanto, o espaço é organizado e bem localizado, mas não façam reserva sem reembolso, pois o prejuízo e o desgaste que tive foram enormes, mas problemas de saúde não esperam.

the apartment was lovely! wasn’t the nicest of locations as on top of an e-cigarette shop, however 15 minute walk into york centre. locating the keys and parking was difficult - parking didn’t match the pictures as told was the back of the apartment however picture of parking was taken from the front of the property. keys were located through a gate at the back of the property which wasn’t described in the guide.

I stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks for work. The apartment is close to York city centre and within walking distance. The Apartment is above shops, but is often very quiet and in a safe area. It is a nice apartment, but the representatives of the apartment are terrible to respond to any issues that occur. An emergency number that only allows for you to file a report, very minimal communication in general. I would suggest it is okay for a short stay but I wouldn't recommend long term.

great place for a one night or a couple nights stay. Not too far from the main city centre and importantly on a very quiet road.

Great stay for two girls needing a well earnt night out in York! Lovely private position- clear instructions to gain access and parking was ideal! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
