The space
Anchor Reach is a stylish and luxurious two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Fully furnished to a high standard, you can expect beautiful interiors throughout. Spread across two floors, all rooms offer ample space to ensure you have a relaxing stay.

You can find the open plan living and dining area on the lower floor of the apartment. Unwind and stream your favourite shows from the Smart TV. Whip up a hearty meal in the kitchen which is fully kitted with an oven, hob, microwave, a fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

Fitted with a bathtub, basin and WC, the modern and clean family bathroom is also on the same floor.

Head to the upper floor to rest your head in one of the bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC. It is also decorated with a desk that can be utilised for work or as a dressing table.

Treat yourself to the luxury of personal space with separate beds available in our second bedroom. Beautifully decorated with unique chandeliers, bedroom chairs, a coffee table and a Smart TV - you would think twice about leaving your room!

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe box.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of the building and is accessible by stairs. The apartment itself consists of two floors and the upper floor is also accessible by stairs only.

Very good clean apartment great facilities and location.

No WiFi!! Wasn't working 😕, complained but over the weekend they couldn't get hold of the owner . Really wasn't happy about that . Children were frustrated in the evenings without their iPad!

Location was perfect, clean and tidy within walking distance to main harbour

Only thing to let it down was the wifi didn't work and be mindful that there are a lot of sea gulls nesting at this time year and could be very noisy but that is nature for you!!

Anchor Reach is in an ideal position for getting about , shops on the doorstep for any needs including the lovely Bothams bakery ! 5 mins walk to the coop just over the road too ....lots of space in the apartment over two floors , lots of stairs to climb with luggage but we'll worth it

    Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
