Albion Cottage offers accommodation for up to four guests, with cosy and elegant interiors that make it the perfect stay for family and friends. On the very doorstep of Whitby town centre, you will be right in the heart of the action that this world-famous seaside town has to offer. Whether you’re looking for a quiet getaway by the sea, a perfectly located family retreat, or place to rest whilst exploring the North Yorkshire coastline, Albion Cottage has lots to offer.

LIVING AREA
The open plan living and kitchen area is light and airy. There is one large green sofa so this space is ideal for the whole house to chill out and relax together after a long day of exploring Whitby. Switch on the flat screen TV and snuggle up with your loved ones to enjoy a cosy evening in. Please note that a sofa bed can be made up if requested before your stay to increase the occupancy to six.
KITCHEN
Also in this space is where you’ll find the kitchen: a cosy but respectable space under the stairs, the kitchen has shiny cabinets and white brick style tiles to create a clean, modern space. Fully equipped for all self catering stays, Albion Cottage has an oven, hobs, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is also a cafetiere so you can start your morning with a fresh coffee.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll find two bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom boasts a comfy double bed complete with premium bedding and linens. There is a flat screen TV on the desk so you can watch your favourite shows from the comfort of your bed.
The second bedroom has matching single beds. There is a homely look to the traditional space. The bathroom is modern and clean. It features a shower, WC and basin.

For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
