Absolutely terrible, countless reasons not to stay here: - the place was not cleaned at all i.e. dirty counters, fingernails on bed, dirty bathroom, dirty cups and cutlery, pubic hair all over the bed sheets etc etc - place reeked of weed, with weed found inside the coffee canisters (plus a packet of weed laying around) - unable to use the oven, hobs and exhaust hood all at the same time without electricity shutting off - human hairs found lying around EVERYWHERE - wasn’t even supplied with any plates, had to buy paper plates but overall there wasn’t enough cutlery, pots and pans etc so not surprised by that - faulty internal lock that can easily be jiggled open Luckily we already had cleaning products with us so we cleaned throughly but not what you expect to do when you pay a £40 cleaning fee! We had to end up leaving 3 days into our 10 day stay as it was too distressing, absolutely would not recommend. Terrible management, cleaning (apparently) and overall terrible experience.

Nice flat with everything you need for a long stay! Great central location, with lots of shops a 2 minute walk away. I only experienced two issues during my stay. 1 on arrival at the location, the flat I had been given was up 2 flights of very steep stairs, this was a slight struggle with lots of luggage and would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Secondly, I stayed for 4 weeks and every single weekend there were maintence men that would come over for issues I had not reported. Usually I was made aware of this via a phonecall beforehand, but on one occasion they turned up with no prior warning. When I did have a legitmate maintence concern (re a leak in the bathroom when it would rain, where my floor was completely soaked with rain water) they were quick to message back but slow to physically attend the property or give any advice.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
