The space
The apartment sleeps 8 comfortably, there are two bedrooms which sleep 3 guests each and a large double sofa bed in the living room! One of the bedrooms boasts an en-suite bathroom meaning guests have access to 2 bathrooms. There is also a private balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay: a balcony, wi-fi internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washer/ dryer. It is just a 5 minute walk to the Liverpool ONE shopping district, the Albert Dock, Liverpool Echo Arena and Exhibition Centre. Everything is on your doorstep: clubs, pubs, Art Galleries, Cathedral, Museum, most are FREE, all are within walking distance.Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment!Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 6 minute walk or 2 minute drive. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB.
The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

The location was brilliant. Clean. Good space.
Broken furniture e.g., cheap drawers were unusable because the runners were broken, the bathroom drainage system was slow allowing for quick showers to avoid flooding the bathroom, kitchen needs a sharp knife.

Location was great, communication was spot on with property information, how to collect keys etc. No issues at all in that regard.
Although bedding and towels etc were all clean, the apartment itself could do with an upgrade, and they could do with employing better cleaners, as it was a wee bit grubby, but not horrendous.

Good location and spacious apartment. Unfortunately our stay was overall negative due to a dusty and not cleaned apartment. Did not look like it had been cleaned the last couple of months! We found this very strange because at every airbnb you have to pay a significant fee for cleaning. No real apology from the owner without any good explanation/solution for the problem! This experience destroyed much of our stay in Liverpool! Would not recommend!

You had to pick the keys up at a shop which was 1/2 mile walk from property. The keys were not in the shop that they were meant to be . So the guy sent me to a different shop . The apartment was grubby with mould growing in the bathroom . The corridor outside out the apartment door and had a smashed up bike sitting and a big bundle of rubbish . Check out time is 10am even thought you have to walk half a mile to leave keys back . None of this was mentioned when I made the booking . At the time of making the booking they took the money upfront too which is the first time that’s happened to me on booking.com . I would never use this building again and would definitely not recommend it to a friend .

The location of the apartment was great
We made our way to the lockbox location and had not actually received any info from the company so I had to ring them to get the code for the lockbox, they said they had sent me a welcome pack but this never arrived in my inbox. We had to ring a second time as we had no specific address to the apartment. There are 2 apartment blocks across from each other and the key fob allowed us entry to both which I found to be very bizarre and dangerous. After a third call to host & stay we finally found our apartment. On first impressions the apartment was very clean and well equipped but FREEZING. I should have known the plug in heater in the kitchen was a bad sign as we could not get the heating working. I made several calls to the host and stay office, none of these yielded any solution to the problem and after an hour of sitting in coats and blankets we made the decision to leave the apartment. There was no way we could have stayed all night in the cold. So we had to book into a neighboring hotel - which exhausted most of our spending money for the weekend. I made the company aware of our whereabouts (the hotel was right beside the apartment block) and a heating engineer was to come and check the apartment yet I received no corrospondance about this after that. Despite numerous attempts via phone and email I have got no response from host and stay regarding a refund. I returned the keys early the following morning and all of the calls to the company are recorded yet nobody can seem to contact me back regarding the problems with the apartment. I have receipts and conformation from the hotel that we had no previous booking and booked in that evening but this is not proof enough for this booking site? The stress this caused that weekend was absolutely crazy and I am out of pocket almost 500 pound for an apartment we never got to use.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with our stay in the apartment on November 15-16. Upon our arrival at 3 p.m., the apartment was unacceptably cold, and the heating system was not operational. By 4 p.m., I had already sent the first message seeking urgent assistance, but despite this, the heating issue remained unresolved. I am extremely dissatisfied with the unacceptable treatment of guests staying in this apartment. It is the host's fundamental responsibility to ensure that the property is in proper condition, free of faults, and ready for guests. Basic necessities like heating and hot water are non-negotiable, especially for business travelers like us. Neglecting to verify these essentials before renting out the apartment is not only irresponsible but also disrespectful to your guests.
To make matters worse, we soon discovered there was no hot water in the apartment. I contacted Booking.com multiple times that day, but despite their efforts, no adequate support was provided.
As if these issues weren’t enough, we were alarmed in the evening by loud noises, which turned out to be caused by water leaking from the tank above the boiler. This leak eventually stopped but not before flooding the contents of the storage room. Later that night, we were jolted awake by another disturbing noise emanating from the storage room. The boiler was making loud, erratic sounds, forcing me to switch it off at the main power supply.
Given the lack of any meaningful assistance, the inability to use hot water, and the overall unsafe and unpleasant conditions, we were left with no choice but to leave the apartment early. I promptly informed the host of this decision via Booking.com.
The state of the apartment and the complete lack of resolution were unacceptable and entirely inconsistent with the property description provided during booking. This situation caused significant inconvenience and stress. This is definitely the worst experience with Booking.com

Great Weekend away.
Hardest thing was locating the Keys (pickup) which wasn't described properly, had to ring twice to find out but it was easily sorted. (one for future reference)
The washing machine didn't work either but that wasn't a major drama as we didn't need it desperately but would of been handy.
However it was very clean and spacious,
everything else was spot on, would recommend!!

The location was great and the size and lay out of the flat were great.
In need of a lot of renovation, so many missing, broken or badly repaired items. No coffee machine although promised. Poorly cleaned, rubbish under sofa, dirty freezer handle, dirty trays in oven, some windows were so filthy you actually can’t see through them.

The apartment is well worth the money we paid, as there were 4 of us, but I wouldn't pay any more than what we did. In a good location & walking distance to the city & restaurants.
For an apartment with such a strict cleaning schedule and such an early check-out, it could really be cleaned better. There were pubic hairs by our sink, there was no spare key, the hall outside had bin bags laying around; & it smelt really bad. The mattresses are really old & need to be replaced. The windows are really dirty, so again, for a place that requires you to be out extremely early due to their cleaning schedule, it doesn't make sense.

We were very happy with the apartment on first sight. It was spacious and clean and well laid out.
The apartment sleeps 8 and there were 8 ladies on this trip. We were very happy in general however.......
If we have to be picky......
There was only 6 chairs at the dining table

Not enough mirrors
No non slip bath mat
We cooked breakfast each morning. So was difficult for 2 ladies to eat.
There was one horizontal mirror in the lounge area and none in bedrooms. Ladies need vertical mirrors for hair and make up and to check clothes.

Great location and really nice flat. Only downside would be the parking situation. It was only located 5 minutes walk away, but I was told it was £8 for 24 hours and it turned out to be £24. I’m sure there’s cheaper parking alternatives close by so it’s an easy fix

Overall the apartment ticked all the boxes: central & safe location, reliable WiFi, building with elevator, 2 full bathrooms for our family of 5. It was great, too, that the 5th member of our family (our 3rd son) had a proper bed here instead of a sofa bed.
I think, though, that the property owner could give the apartment a little bit of TLC. Minor items, really (i.e. lots of pots/pans but only one cooking utensil, need to replace missing curtain rings to the living room curtain, no Nespresso machine), that can enhance one’s stay.
There was also some confusion regarding a new requirement: the option of either a security deposit or damage insurance. I was assured by the property mgmt team that it didn’t apply to my booking as it was made prior to this requirement. I could no longer ignore reminders to comply, however, when I was told I couldn’t be sent the check-in instructions until I complied. Time and again, Charlie would come to the rescue until things finally got resolved.

Matches the picture and nice and clean. To collect and drop off the keys was about a 5-7mins walk away. Need to prebook Hilton car park beforehand. Really disappointed to be told a day before that the lift was not working, we had a pregnant guest and also a guest with back issues unable to bring suitcases up the stairs. It seems like the issues with the lift has been an ongoing issue based on previous reviews and notes by the lift we saw.

The on suit shower was way too hot and the shower head was not good at all. And check out time was not good for us was a bit too early would have been nice to have the option to have it for an extra hour or so not 10am.

Patio windows needed. Good clean, but acceptable.

However for the price acceptable as only the main shower was used.

This flat is in a fantastic location - quiet, but still walkable into town and the waterfront. Is a brilliant base to visit the city. The flat is within a residential building, so is only appropriate for quiet groups. The accommodation sleeps 7, but it's better for a family with children, or two couples, rather than 7 adults. Unfortunately, the bed mattresses were not comfortable, but that should be easily remedied.

Lovely location, close to the town centre, but no parking included and no place to unload close by- there is a permit only parking outside and double yellow lines- so one has to take a chance to unload. Closest parking is Hilton (2mins walk) charges 15/- for a day. The lift was not working for 3 days prior to our arrival and the host could have told us that as they knew that we were coming with elderly parents but they didnt. The house was clean and spacious, but all the bed boxes were broken and sunken. Even though the mattresses were proper, due to the beds being broken none of us could sleep properly. Due to these 2 issues, (Flat on second floor and climbing up without a lift as well as broken bed bases), we had to cut short out 3 days trip and return in 2 days only. Very let down by the whole thing. Even though the host was answering my emails promptly, and asked me to send pics of the broken bed boxes, nothing much was done & our trip was rather spoilt. Feeling quite let down.

Travelling with young children isn't easy but this place had all the features you would need and a flexible setup for rooms and beds. Easy to get to all the sights that you want to see as everything is only a short walk away.

Bathroom and shower facilities were awful. The bath became blocked on our first day after 1 shower and maintenance didn't arrive for a while at which point we fixed the issue ourselves. The person made a note to fix which was no good for our stay. Water pressure in the remaining shower was awful and for 5 people sharing was inadequate. Balcony whilst a nice feature had shaky joists and the keys have to be collected from a shop down the road.

Good location and the apartment was clean. Good communication from hosts, easy check in and hosts were helpful with information on where to park before our visit. The apartment is very tired and needs refreshing.
The beds were quite uncomfortable and lumpy., we couldn’t seem to feel any heat coming from the underfloor heating, even though the thermostat was reading 23 we were quite cold. Strong smell of tobacco smoke in the apartment which we advised the host of and they kindly offered a late check out, however it was quite unpleasant for the duration of our stay.
On the whole the location and cleanliness was good but everything else could be improved.

This airbnb was well located for access to the docks but a bit further out from the city centre. The heating did not work at all and we were unfortunately freezing during our December stay. Overall, the apartment was clean with basic amenities that were good value for money.

We had the best weekend in Liverpool! The host was great with providing information about the apartment and it was super easy to check in and collect the keys. Location is fantastic, multi story car park was close by and only a few minutes walk to the shops and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay again next time we visit!

Very bad experience in this Airbnb.
The location is good & that's about it.
Check-in was delayed because the cleaner did not finish on time. That's ok but we were not told so we waited for no reason at the Key Drop off until I contacted them for information.
We were advised that the Patio door was broken right before our stay so we could not use the Balcony. They didn't do anything to make it up & did not give us a partial refund.
Then DURING our stay, 2 random men walked into the AirBnb around 1pm while we were working. They came to fix the door but we were never advised. They were loud for 3 hours so we had to leave. The host apologized for the lack of communication but it's simply ridiculous to schedule work during someone's stay.
Regarding the place, it's overall very average. It has a washer but no detergent. Some dirty towels were left hanging on the doors. The beds are very uncomfortable & borderline broken. We felt every spring of the mattress.
The only reason we stayed was due to lack of options. I figured I would warn others about this place instead of trying to haggle for a refund or credit.

La ubicación, era espacioso y que tuviera dos baños.
Los colchones, imposible dormir en ellos, te clavas los muelles. No se puede alquilar un apartamento con esos colchones. Llegas cansada de hacer turismo y necesitas descansar y es imposible dormir en esos colchones.
Eché en falta algo más de menaje y un poco de limpieza. Los cristales del balcón que hay en la terraza no se han limpiado en mucho tiempo.

Great hosts, all the stay information was emailed out in sections so you could always find what you were looking for easily. We went as a group of 5. En-suite and another bathroom really useful. Local collection of keys and parking just around the corner. Main town about a 10 min walk (if that) so easy to get to and stagger home. Would stay again when in Liverpool!

Very well located apartment in a quiet area just outside the city Centre. 5min walk to the Centre with lots of attractions and places to visit. Communication was excellent the only small issue we had as guests was the beds were a bit uncomfortable, other than this everything was 5/5.

I liked where the apartment was located
The apartment was advertised in the pictures as mis leading. The apartment had broken wardrobes draws that needed maintenence. There was marks on walls and ceilings. The balcony decking was green with moss. The apartment requires maintence desperately. Ee were a party of 8 staying but there was only 4 tea mugs! Mattresses had springs poking up

Lovely couple of days stay. Everything we needed ( myself and 3 teens) for sightseeing and shopping.
Excellent location for Albert Docks and Liverpool one and easy to find fromthe train station.
All information made very clear.

We are very happy with the accommodation, clean, good location for what we wanted. We would have given 5 stars for check in but we were delayed by the host,
hoverer, we were offered free coffee at a near-by coffee shop while we waited. We would definitely go there again. We parked the car at the Hampton by Hilton which is £10 per day and just a short walk to the apartment.

Had a terrible time getting the keys. They didn’t explain about the key fob. If someone hadn’t come along we would have had a 10 minute walk back to the store to get it explained to us. There were 3 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 4 days. Washer worked but no way to dry the cloths. 4 forks in the drawer for 6 people over 4 days. Beds were plentiful but not comfortable

Apartment was in a great location and ideal for a trip to Liverpool with friends with everything in walking distance. Apartment was very clean and had good facilities throughout. Check in was very easy and smooth from the local shop nearby. Me and my friends had a great time and would defo go again. Communal areas of the apartment building could be improved on but not owners fault. Mattresses could be a bit comfier. Ideally in the future more than one key would be best for a group of 8.

A nicely presented apartment on the surface but it doesn't have that personal feel or attention to detail you get with q host with one property they really value. A great location which is walkable to the city and docks. Bathrooms okay but needed a bit of tlc, shower not the correct attachment and cubicle holds water.
Beds with poor quality mattresses so sleep wasn't great.
Going to the shop to collect the key is a minor downside but having only one key for that many people and nowhere to leave it so we could go out/come back at different times is a major downside I d say. I m used to airbnbs with lockboxes and that allows more flexibility if only one key.
Another issue is the kitchen set up, if you are choosing an apartment so you can cook this one isnt for you. I bought and left a large plastic spoon as there was no utensils at all to cook items like pasta or lift out a poached egg. No utensil if you want to fry breakfast and there wasn't even a sharp knife. Cutlery provided but not enough for us all so had to swap and share a forks.
Parking was affordable at Hampton with Hilton (on the same road).
Having said all of this a affordable option for a short stay in the city and the apartment is nicely presented.

Clean place, spacious, enough space for group of 4-6, close to the center and most attractions. Communication was excellent and response was fast. Check in/out was easy, you take the keys from a store nearby and return it - but i would suggest to change this way -.

Lors de notre séjour nous avons quelques soucis. Lors de notre arrivée les clés n’étaient pas dans le coffre indiqué. Nous avons du contacter l’agence et au bout de 15 minutes, ils nous ont informé que les était dans un autre au coffre à 20 minutes à pied du coffre original. Nous avons donc perdu beaucoup de temps avec cet incident. Par la suite une fois arrivé à l’appartement il nous a été impossible d’allumer le chauffage et nous avons utilisé un tout petit d’appoint. Mise à part ça le reste était convenable.

This accommodation made for a very uncomfortable stay, both physically and mentally. Genuinely.
The place was filthy, our children’s feet/socks were dirty within 20 minutes of walking through the door. We wore shoes for the rest of the stay. The smell was like a damp mop, but most concerning was the very strong smell of cannabis that came from the neighbour, that flooded the communal hallway and emanated in to the apartment during the course of our stay.
We had no TV facility, other than Netflix, for which we don’t have an account. Yes, it’s a smart TV, but the on demand apps will only work if the TV is tuned in, which it wouldn’t do (most likely due to an aerial issue it’s believed). So all we had was Netflix on one TV, nothing on the other. We were able to borrow a Netflix login and the hosting agency also offered us a login on our last afternoon/evening. Obviously this caused issued for our children for half the stay, plus no entertainment for ourselves once they were in bed. The advert should state it’s a “Smart TV with ONLY access to Netflix”.
The beds were dreadful, I don’t mind a soft mattress, but it felt like I could feel every spring in the bed and I could roll out any moment.
The shower doesn’t drain at the bottom. Gross!
Overall it was a depressing stay and stain on what was an exciting family trip to Liverpool.
Some positives - great location, very good communication from the hosting agency - always received a quick reply. This would be fine for an adults get away for nights out to get your head down etc.

Fantastic location on a quiet road but walking distance to everything.
Check-in made difficult by having to travel to a shop to collect and drop off the keys. A key safe would work much better.
Let down by lack of attention to detail with decorating i.e broken picture frames and curtain rails.
Beds were uncomfortable, lumpy and need replacing.
Lack of kitchen equipment. Only 1 very small pan, no knives for chopping, no scissors not what you expect in an airbnb kitchen.
Only 1 key provided for 6 adults (3 couples) meaning we had to stay awake to let others in the building late at night.
Extractor fan in bathroom is broken causing balck mold.
Lift was broken so had to lug everything up and down 4 flights of stairs - very hard with a toddler.

Great stay and apartment for a friends weekend away, I wouldn’t recommend for families. Brilliant space to easily sleep 6 people! The check in process was fantastic and brilliant communication with the host in the lead up to the stay. One downside was the bedrooms and bathrooms need a little TLC!

Wasn’t expecting a 5* hotel but was expecting the apartment to be clean, not bathroom bins to be full of used sanitary products & a lot of cigarette butts left on balcony. The beds are probably the worst any of us have ever slept on. One person actually had to sleep on the floor! Location was very good though

Excellent location, close to the docks and centre of Liverpool, everything we needed was within walking distance.
The hosts were great at communicating and accommodating.
The accommodation was clean, tidy and well presented. The only downside was a smell of cannabis in the building communal areas, however I wouldn’t let this put you off due to the excellent location. I would recommend this place and would happily stay again should we come back to Liverpool.

This is lovely property amongst a vibrant locality very close to Liverpool one and town center. Paid Open car park spaces are available nearby and Q-Park is another option. All in all a good stay!

As detailed during my stay, I had some very basic problems in the flat:
- The in-suite shower is not working (yes I’ve pulled the line in the bath). It is green(ON) but pressing the power button doesn’t work. I’ve recorded a video.
- Toilet flush in the common bathroom is not working. Just in-suite toilet flush works. (I have a video too).
- This means we had to use a bath in one place and a toilet in the other one. Tricky.
- One of the electric heaters(portable heaters) is not working. There are only two in the flat.
- Kitchen and Bedroom thermostat are not working. Just the main room thermostat works. This means that all other rooms are COLD.
- The entire building smells marijuana 24h a day. Not a good place to stay with your kids and family.
Well. Not much to say. We’ve kids so we managed to sleep everyone in the same - main - room to mitigate the problem.
I've paid more for more comfort which actually doesn't happen. I'm very disappointed.
I can't understand why these very basic problems were not tested before.

Lovely apartment, 10 minute walk from the centre of town & nightlife - hard to fault.
What you see is what you get, great communication with the hosts from the start. Seemliness pick of the keys after 3PM, locating the apartment won’t take a rocket scientist as it’s a 5 minute walk. Apartment is stylish and extremely clean - residents in the apartment block are also very friendly.
Overall great stay for 8 lads if we’re to visit again we already know where to stay!

Would recommend. I had been a bit worried about some previous reviews but having brought these to the attention of the hosts, I felt that everything had been dealt with.

The only problem is that one bathroom is not so ok. Also some stuff into the kitchen was no so clean.
For 8 people the single bed and the sofa are not so confortable.
Anyway it is ok for three nights.

The apartment overall was good and clean, only thing I would say is that it does need a bit of TLC, for example the toilet roll holder and also the towel rail in the small bathroom were either off the wall or hanging off. This is a disgusting dirty place. You must first travel to another property to collect keys and leave them back there after so if you have luggage or its raining and at night...
Door handles falling off, no towels in bathroom or bathmat, floor dirty and grubby. Dirty hob top and dirty microwave, dirty dishes and no way to wash with no washing liquid or drying cloths. The chairs where disgusting, covered in dirt and stains... so uncomfortable. Random items in all wardrobes, smells terrible, musty. Curtains falling off the wall and the bedding and mattresses are the cheapest possible option... nice TV though.

This place was ‘OK’ for a group weekend in Liverpool. It would benefit from upgrading and freshening up and lacks attention to detail: the upholstery in the dining room is stained, the kitchen drawers dirty. Curtains hang from a piece of string in bedrooms and the mattresses are cheap & uncomfortable. Minimal amenities (not much toilet paper, 1 dishwasher tablet! etc) Would love to be more positive as the hosting team were very helpful and checking in / out was trouble free. Location is also good.

The location of Apt was great! Close to Docks and Restaurants! Finding office was a problem it had no number on the door and I had no name of the business to go by. Beds were not comfortable! Bathrooms were not cleaned in the shower and bathtub. Bring garbage bags with you because none are provided. No communication as to where to dispose of the garbage. Front door to apt was not secure enough needs repair! I communicated to Hosts and they said the will tell the maintenance of building!
Would not stay here again but it did have location!

Though the situation and comunication went well, there were many things to improve:
-A guideline with some instructions on how certain things work
-Mattresses were really disappointing
-Some furniture was damaged
-Bathroom tiles were very dirty
-Rooms had dust
-Only one small pan in the kitchen. No napkins at all. A spoiled vinegar bottle and one empty bottle of oil.
A nice apartment with many things to improve.

Well located. and comfortable. Cleanliness was not a strong point. Not all the beds were made when we arrived. On the last day we had a problem with the keys, which was promptly solved. However, we were made to pay for the keys, although we let them know that we were sure that it was not our fault.

Great communication by hosts. Main living space lovely, but a few bits of the apartment do seem a bit worn/in need of repair. Had everything we needed for 2 nights while we were mostly out and about - somewhere to get ready, sleep and have a light breakfast!

Heating didn’t work. Two lights not working. One shower didn’t work. We weren’t informed of the problems before our stay. The lights were eventually fixed on our third day but the heating and shower weren’t fixed by the time we left. One shower for 5 people just wasn’t enough for us. The location and cleanliness were very good.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment throughout, particularly both of the bathrooms and the stained dining chairs. The towel rails are hanging off the walls and the bedroom curtains are hanging on wires! Although there are 2 bathrooms, only 1 had a toilet roll. Basic essentials were lacking, such as no tea towel or dishcloth in the kitchen and we couldn't find a hairdryer. The apartment is in a quiet area close to the dock area and its not far to walk into the centre of town and could be a great place to stay if the above issues were fixed, particularly the cleanliness.

For us this apartment was only OK. The place itself was on the edge of Liverpool one so convenient enough but also on the edge of less developed areas as well. It is quite spacious which is a good thing. On the down side we felt it was tired and in need of some TLC - a deep clean - especially carpets and dining room seats - replacement of broken/damaged items and new mattresses plus repair of the curtain poles and window/window seals in the bed rooms. Maybe it is better suited to a group of lads and girls away for a weekend or a large family rather than couples away for a nice weekend. Either way we felt it needed work. It just didn't feel like the luxury apartment that the listing appeared to suggest - disappointing!

The apartment is spacious, clean and a true reflection of what is presented in the pictures. Myself and 7 others stayed here just this past weekend for 2 nights and found the check in process easy once we arrived. For an apartment that accomodates up to 8 people, only 1 key is provided so it would be useful to have more than 1 key, however this didn't cause too much of a problem. The apartment is central and close walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars etc. We did have a couple of issues with the hot water supply in the kitchen and main bathroom throughout our stay, however received a quick response from the hosts which solved this issue. The beds and sofa bed were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed for a week long work trip. The apartment presented as per the pictures and was in a great location. We had some trouble with the hot water supply in the main bathroom and with the floor heating throughout our stay (although the hosts kindly supplied portable heaters instead).

Really nice apartment, very close to the Docks and all the museums and other tourist attractions that Liverpool has to offer. If you want to cook there is plenty of equipment to use but there are also some great restaurants close by to save you the trouble. The apartment is very clean, the beds are comfortable and there are extra pillows if you need them. I would certainly stay here again.

From first booking we had good communication, the apartments was as described, it was spotlessly clean, lovely white crisp bedding and comfy beds, you wouldn't be disappointed. It's close to all amenities with Albert Docks round the corner (great place to eat in the evening} we had a slight problem with one of the internal doors leading onto our floor, but this was sorted after a phone call. Would recommend staying here.

We arrived at our accomodation at 7pm with no check in instructions & no contact from hosts. We finally had a call back to find that our accommodation was not ready. We were asked to give them time to clean the flat which we were very understanding about. The host was very apologetic & promised us a refund for the inconvenience. This was never forthcoming & the full amount was charged. I messaged the hosts with no response. The actual flat was fine and the location was fantastic but communication was very disappointing.

A little bit disappointed with our airbnb, we had problems of communication with the people in charge (they mainly send automatic messages) , one bathroom doesn't have hot water running, meaning one bathroom only for a large group, the wifi is really slow and some essentials were missing in the kitchen.. However, the location is great, they allowed us to check in early in the morning , and the little balcony is really a plus !

Die Unterkunft liegt fantastisch nah zum Zentrum.
Die Betreuung und auch die Instruktionen zum Gebrauch der Wohnung waren schlecht bzw. nicht vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist im generellen zu empfehlen, aber wenn man es blitzsauber möchte und entgegenkommende Vermieter möchte , nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Warmwasser muss man erst finden:), Die Waschmaschine stand mit Seifenlauge voll, Toiletten waren nicht geputzt, durch die Fenster konnte man nur schwer schauen....
Betten hingegen waren sauber und gemütlich. Airbnb war zu jeder Zeit hilfreich und ansprechbar.

Clean comfortable apartment in a handy location. Only 10 minutes walk to the shops/restaurants or Albert dock. Great communication. Supplied with tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, shower gel etc. We tried the Board game café across the road and the quiz at the Baltic fleet pub at the end of the street.

I stayed at the flat with a group of friends visiting Liverpool for a weekend and it was perfect.
The location is excellent for anyone wanting to visit the city centre and docks, taking only a couple of minutes to walk to Liverpool One.
The flat itself was great. Having two bathrooms is perfect for larger groups. It was also very clean and well kept.
The hosts were also very well organised and responsive both before arriving and during the stay. This includes providing a very helpful pack with information about the flat and the local area.
I can highly recommend staying here.

The water heater only working in a bathroom 1 (sometimes its working , but mostly no ), and the second bathroom does not absorb the water fully .
And we didnt even turn the washing machine on , but in the morning we found the water is floating in floor .
Cant even open the washing machine coz its full of water .

Very conveniently located within walking distance to many museums some of which were free and also wonderful shopping and great pubs. Darling board game café across the street with a wonderful host. The British music experience is not to be missed! Parking in the residential zone around the flat will incite a ticket but there aid a park lot nearby. Also note that although the description says there is a clothes washer it did not work when we were there. All in all we would definitely stay here again!

Check in to this apartment was easy, the host kept in touch prior to our stay and sent us helpful information before we got there. The apartment itself is set in a modern block and a short walk to the docks where all the action is. We were a group of 5 ladies and we decided to make life easier again by getting uber taxis everywhere as they were reasonably priced and worked out at about £1 each person per journey (more time for enjoying ourselves)!
The apartment was spotless, airy and modern, just what we had hoped for after seeing the pictures (which are very accurate). We all had a comfortable sleep with 3 in one room between 2 double beds and the other 2 in the other room each with their own bed. Each bedroom technically had access to their own bathroom so it was perfect for getting 5 ladies up and out in the morning (with a lovely big mirror, plug points and good lighting in the lounge) 😊.

We had a great 3 night stay (3 adults) in the Liverpool apartment. Great location - 10 min walk to the Liverpool ACC and docks and close to city central for shopping/restaurants/bars. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Beds very comfy and great having Netflix available on the TV if you are planning a night in. Had a bit of bother with the heating & hot water but they got in touch promptly and we just had to switch on the booster. Would definitely recommend.

Vi hade också problem med hissen, som var trasig och orsakade att vi inte kom upp till lägenheten. När vi påpekade detta fick vi snabbt svar och problemet löste sig under dagen.

As a family 2 adults 3 children been to the apartment in Liverpool.Lovely apartment and very close to city centre.The only things I could say about it was that there wasn't enough settee space for 5 people of an evening and the ensuite shower kept going boiling then freezing. Petit bémol sur la propreté et la réactivité pendant le séjour. Une des salles de bain n'avait pas d'eau chaude. C'est dommage parce que le reste est au top.

This flat was comfortable, clean, smartly decorated and centrally located. Close to Chinatown if you love Chinese food :) Very spacious living room and the tv had Netflix. Would definitely stay here again. Make sure to ask about how to use the floor heating and the hot water though to ensure you don’t have to take a cold shower. The hosts were great at fast response communication!

Excellent location, well presented and clean space with extremely comfortable beds. A few practical issues with the flat which we have communicated with the hosts - timings with the hot water, lack of wine glasses, among other things. I wouldn't say this space is suitable for people with young children as the walls are very very thin and any noise is audible around the entire building which we found out!

Williams flat, was spacious, very clean and freshly decorated. The beds very comfortable and the water pressure great. The area is very central and all of the centre of Liverpool and historic area, conference centre and shopping within very easy walking distance. The flat was fantastic for a weekend of exploring Liverpool during the day and at night. It was ideal for the 6 of us, although we were short on hot water once, this was when we had forgotten to boost the hot water before showers. We found the flat very comfortable for our needs and great value for money. Thank you Bill!

Bill welcomed us on time, there was only a small problem with address but we managed to sort out everything. The flat was smaller than I expected but photos make everything look bigger. The real inconvenience was with the shower - there was only one available (in the other bathroom there is only a bath with no shower). The drain in the shower did not work properly and the shower was not clean. Furthermore, there was never enough hot water, even with the booster. Hot water ran out after two people (when we were lucky) and we had to wait for quite some time. The flat looks very luxurious but the mattresses need changing and the pillow (at least mine) was like a rock. I did not sleep very comfortably. Also, the heater was odd (it was either very hot or very cold) and one window could not be closed - noise from the street could be heard and it was causing the room to be even colder.
On the other hand, Bill left us tea, coffee, milk, and some cookies for which we were grateful. In general, the flat was convenient for our stay which was connected to the ACC.

Williams place was super central with walking distance to everything you need. The host was meeting us on time and informed us well. The only setback was the hotwater. We were 6 guys, and the hotwater ran out after 3 showers.

A nice, clean apartment. Secure 24hr access. Quick, easy walk in to the town centre. Good facilities in the apartment itself. We had a bit of trouble with hot water in the showers but we were 6 girls all trying to wash our hair! All in all a very good value stay for a fab girls weekend - thanks Bill!

Bill's communication at all times was prompt and helpful, and the location was perfect for walking about everywhere. There was very little noise from the neighbouring apartments so it must be well insulated. It suited us well (apart from the lift which had a couple of breakdowns during the week)

We had a lovely stay at William's flat. William was very helpful and he gave us useful tips on what to do while we are in Liverpool. The location was amazing and very central, right next to Albert Dock and Liverpool One. The flat was very cosy and we felt very welcomed there.

Bill greeted us at the apartment and was very welcoming and friendly. We had an initial problem with a very slow WiFi connection but it remedied itself after a few hours ( rather frustrating though). Although the apartment is ideally centrally located, it was a bit noisy at night ( people walking past outside) and parking was problematic as you have to move your car at 8am and park it elsewhere ( but there are nearby carparks).
It had all the essential facilities but it could do with updating - the shower basin filled up with water as it was slow to drain, the double bed in the ensuite bedroom was broken and uncomfortable to sleep in and the single bed (in the same room) had a lumpy mattress. Decent, comfortable (unbroken!) beds should be standard; we certainly felt short-changed.
In addition, it wasn't as clean as I would have expected, the fridge was a bit grubby and the whole apartment seemed to have been given a quick rudimentary clean. It felt like a rented out apartment rather than a much loved home.

The host William ensured we were met with flat keys at a time that suited and we were pleased with how clean the flat was. It's in a great location, less than a 10 minute walk from the centre of town, and the balcony is a real plus. The only thing to beware of is that the hot water only really does one shower before it needs boosted but that is easily enough done. Great value for money.

Bill was very responsive in the lead up to our stay. He met us exactly on time. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor in a handy location, which meant we could get to most things within 10-15 mins. We actually walked from the train station and back without any bother. The apartment was functional and met all our basic needs. It was a good size for our party of two adults and two kids (ages 3.5 and 1.5 yrs). It would be squishy with more adults. It could do with a little TLC - the ensuite bedroom mattress needs replacing, the light mould in the shower needs a good treatment, the broken power socket needs replacing. It's also helpful to know you need to turn the booster on an hour before you want hot water.

William was very flexible with the late check in and check out and pleasant to interact with.
The apartment is located in a residential area a 5/10 minutes walk from Liverpool One and beyond into the city centre.
The apartment itself was functional. It has the feel of a rental, missing the homely feel you get with some other AirBnBs. The furnishings and bedding are pretty standard if a bit tired. Things like plastic wine glasses, 3 of the electrical sockets were broken or had something stuck in in the plugholes. While not dirty the bathrooms could have done with a deep clean - there were small stains on the bath and some mould on the shower cubicle.
There were 2 bedrooms each with a double and a single. One was en suite with a shower and there was also the main bathroom. Note that the bath doesnt have a shower in it i.e. only one shower in the apartment. The shower was quite difficult to master, giving scalding or frigid water for all but one of the showers our group of 3 had over our weekend stay.
Overall a satisfactory stay.

I was quite disappointed that Bill asked us to give a £100 cash in hand security deposit at the last minute. By this stage it was too late to arrange another property. I tried to explain that this was against airbnb's terms and conditions, however Bill attempted to tell me it is up to the host - something that is demonstrably untrue. No cash ever changes hands on the Airbnb service. As we had no other choice we proceeded under Bill's terms. The money was returned, but it made the experience thoroughly unpleasant. I have travelled with Airbnb for years and this type of behaviour is really not what the Airbnb community is about at all. Otherwise the property was as described. Such a shame that the trip was tarnished by the experience above.

Bill was very punctual and there to greet us at the agreed time. Towels were provided too which was a bonus. The apartment is in a great location and within walking distance to shops and bars/clubs *although not in heels*. A taxi only costs a maximum of £3/4 if you want to go anywhere as it is very central, I would definitely recommend 'the delta' taxi company as we found other company's very ignorant and unwilling to communicate correctly or turn up on time. The only thing I would pre warn is that there is not enough hot water for 6 people! Even 4 people really. We were having to take turns and have 3 people shower in the morning and 3 in the evening and even then the water began to run cold on the 3rd person. It wasn't a massive issue however and did not affect our weekend. On the pictures provided there was no sign of many mirrors so therefore as a massive group of girls we took a large mirror to arrive and find out that it was not needed! There are plenty of mirrors! Great hospitality and a lovely clean/modern apartment I would definitely return!

I called to say we were running a little bit late for checking in and he sounded a bit peeved - I apologised again when we arrived - apartment was cold but he told us the heating had only been turned on. He shied us around and showed us how to work things and said we could stay to 5pm on our check out day which was great as we had an evening flight. The apartment does need a bit of tlc however - broken socket covers, scuffed paintwork throughout, handle broken on washing machine, sink in en suite didn't drain, sink in bathroom didn't have a working plug and had to use a knife to get the plug out of the bath! In general not that clean - the plug stopper in the bathroom sink, that didn't work was thick with hair! Dust on most surfaces and fridge sink etc not clean to the standard I would expect. No drying cloths in the kitchen - the apartment can sleep 6 people, we booked it for 2 nights and were given 6 bath towels for our stay, no hand towels. The towels we were provided with were originally white but now thin, grey and poor.
This was my first experience of an Arbnb - if it was rated like a hotel I would rate it 2 star.
Convenient for city centre though and beds comfortable and we did enjoy our time in Liverpool.
On our checkout day Nill arrived before 5pm which we had agreed as our leaving time and started moving our stuff about and stripping beds etc before we left which was not really acceptable as we had agreed a late checkout - in hind site I should have said something but did not want to spoil things at the end of our trip.
All in all enjoyed our trip but would not use this accommodation again.

We were greeted by William and hus wife upon arrival and they were both so warm and friendly.
They told us everything we needed to know about the apartment etc and that if we needed anything else to ring them asap.
The apartment us in a fantastic location only minutes from the city centre.
It is lovely furnished with everything you could need for a long weekend (of longer).
The car park behind the building is a bargain only £5 for 24 hours.
Would def recommend this accommodation for anyone wanting to be close to the city centre.

Three of us attended a conference in Liverpool and we thought we would try our first foray into Air B & B. The flat was absolutely ideal for what we wanted. It was clean and much more spacious than hotel rooms would have been. The location was absolutely idea - less than 10 minutes from the conference centre, bars and restaurants and the fantastic Liverpool1 for shopping (well we had to have a bit of retail therapy). Bill was fantastically helpful and accommodating and we would definitely stay. Liverpool surpassed our expectations and I think the proximity of the flat to everything we wanted to see meant that it would be very good for anyone wanting to go and explore the sights of Liverpool. The house is really well located, is big and the kitchen is completed and the house has wifi, having two toilets was very convinient. We have an issue arriving as we texted Bill three hours before arriving and we didn´t receive any answer, at our arrival we have to wait 45 minutes at the door without knowing what was happening what was very stressfull, finally Bill arrived and explained he ran out of battery and he couldn´t contacted us.
Bill was quite flexible as we were a big group and explained how to use the heater but honestly we couldn´t work out and we couldn´t have a proper hot shower (only one of the bathroom has shower).
There is also a convinient parking near to the house although you have to pay per visit, so you can leave the car for several days and walk to the centre.

William was really arranging when we told him we will arrive at the apartment late. The apartment is very well located (5min walk to a large shopping area and to the waterfront). It is also walking distance to the University of Liverpool (about 30min). The place is nice, as it looks in the pictures. I would go back there again.

Apartment exceeded our expectations! Prefect location for the docks, the shops and the bars and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. Arrival was smooth and easy and Bill was friendly and helpful. Only minor problem was the hot water tank is quite small so ran out quickly, but Bill warned us about this and advised to use the booster. Loved Liverpool :) definitely recommended!

Absolutely fab stay! Very close to city centre, only 10-15 minute walk from lime st station and everything in close proximity! Stayed for two nights and would 100% stay again! Bill is very friendly and even though we kept him waiting 2 hours longer to check in, he still had a smile on his face and had a laugh with us. Apartment is perfect, two big rooms each with a double and single and the living area/kitchen open area is spacious too. Was perfect for 6 of us for the weekend! The hot water did run out as 6 of us were showering, but if you keep pressing the booster button and wait 10 mins between each shower it works okay.

The appartment is very close to the to city centre and anything else you would like to see in Liverpool. The busstop to and from the ariport is basicallly in front of the door. So that is a very strong argument ot book that flat.
Unfortunately we had problems at our arrival since our flight had an one hour delay Bill could not meet us. The thing was I did not get any messages with that information. And since the address on the confirmation sheet wasn't right we did not even know which building we had to go. After running around for some time and trying to reach Billl by phone, a very nice lady from the hairdressers helped us out. After a while she got Bill on the phone and a friend of Bill finally let us in.
The appartment itself was not that clean as I would have thought after reading all the good feedback. Also, one bathroom had a shower, the other one just a tube. But from the pictures shown at Air BnB it made the impression that there was a possibilty to shower wihtin the tube. So, if you are in hurry and have 6 people to shower, you need a good time management. Further, there was a window in the master bedroom room which did not close right. I wrote a message to Bill but did not get any reaction at all. So it was a bit cold during our stay.

William has a great flat in a great location and was very welcoming on arrival. You are only 5 minutes from Albert Dock and the city centre here which is ideal for a shorter stay. The flat itself has everything you need and is well equipped; the beds are super comfy too. We did experience a bit of a struggle for hot water for showers which led to us checking out late on the last day (did try the booster as suggested - maybe not for long enough) but other than that the flat was great. William noticed damaged to a plug socket before our departure, I honestly wasn't sure if my friends or I had caused this (accidental if so) so I offered William money to replace it - he kindly declined.

This is a terrific apartment and had everything we needed and wanted in a weekend base.
Six adults were more than comfortably accommodated. The bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment were all to a good standard. The only missing item was wine glasses!
The location is excellent - a five minute walk to Albert Dock and Liverpool 1.
I'd highly recommend this apartment.

We are a family of 5 from Australia. Two adults three kids ages 12.11 & 9. We stayed at Bills for 3 nights.
Positive Points:
1. Location was good in that it was accessible by foot to shops, sights, transport.
2. Bill is a very nice man. Dealing with him was easy, straightforward and he was flexible and friendly.
3. The size of the unit was adequate for us. Bedrooms were good sizes and the sleeping areas and living areas were separate.
4. The kitchen was well stocked. This is a big plus as we have stayed in some places where even though the ad states the kitchen is fully self contained there are major items not supplied.
Not so positive.
1. Built up area with little privacy if curtains are left open (people across the road can see straight in).
2. It appears the area may be populated with young people/ student as we could hear people coming and going at all hours. We stayed over a weekend so heard people very late going home from being out.
3. We think this place better suited to people without children.
4. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty, no hand towels in bathroom. The shower recess in the ensuite bathroom very grubby. Needs a good scrubb!

William's flat in Chandler's Wharf was lovely and clean, and exactly what we wanted for a girls weekend in Liverpool. Plenty of space and a good kitchen for cooking if you need to (we did one night). The location was GREAT, very easy to walk to central Liverpool for shopping, etc as well as to the Docks.
William was very professional and met us at the flat to let us in and show us around, as well as allowing us to leave our bags for a few hours on our last day.
I'd definitely recommend this flat, I think it would be great for a family as well!

The apartment is in a good location, close to Albert Dock and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We appreciated the space, the two bathrooms, comfy extra beds, the milk, tea and coffee provided. We (four friends) found the apartment adequate but basic for the price charged. It was grubby in places and a little ‘tired’ looking, in need of smartening up. There was no mirror in the main bathroom and the bath plug release did not operate.
Ann was very helpful with directions as all taxi drivers had no knowledge of Chandler’s Wharf or Cornhill and did not have satnav. If you book this apartment, best to walk (we were late arriving)

Bill met us on arrival and showed us through the apartment and explained everything to us. The apartment was very well appointed and had everything we needed. It was very clean.
The apartment was very close to the dock area and minutes from the main shopping streets, so we walked everywhere. Parking was scarce but we were able to park in the street outside the apartment without any problem and we left the car in that spot for our entire stay.
We would certainly go back to that apartment if we revisited Liverpool.

The place was OK but lacked minor amenities such as a bathroom mirror. Unfortunately we experienced a water shutdown (8am-4pm?) which was problematic and anxiety-provoking, but probably atypical.

My colleagues and I stayed at Bill's place in Chandler's Wharf for three days during a conference we were attending in Liverpool. Our experience was very good. Bill met us as agreed and got us settled very smoothly. Everything was clean and in good working order. The location was fantastic for access to the waterfront area (near the docks) as well as restaurants and shopping. Everything we needed was within walking distance. All around it was a very comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Wow what a great flat and friendly host. Big enough for our needs. Great pub - the Baltic fleet - down the road. Bill even had a cake waiting for one of our group's birthday, preordered by her parents!

We have just arrived back from staying in bill's apartment which was just amazing! I didnt get to meet bill as some of the girls arrived earlier than I did but I have to say, leading up to the visit he was a brilliant host and was very quick to answer any queries I had (since this was my first time to use air bnb)!the apartnent itself is so close to the main city, perfectly clean, I really could not fault it! I would recommend this apartment and bill to anyone who is staying in liverpool, we were 5very happy girls after our weekend!! And bill, we will be back!! Thank you so much!

The apartment was lovely and William very helpful, kind and efficient with meeting us, keys and info. The location is great for the city centre, Cathedral, and Albert Docks with the Tate and other museums. We stayed with children and self catered for the 3 night stay which was great but could do with a few more kitchen
cooking things if not eating out.
Very nice to walk in and fine coffee, tea and milk and all in all a great stay.

A great apartment for us to stay in when on a short trip to Liverpool for a conference. Bill met me at the apartment to run through everything, which was great. The apartment is close to the Albert Dock, the conference centre and is an easy walk into town to shops or restaurants. Both bedrooms are spacious. Just what we needed, thanks!

Our group of five stayed in William's apartment and had plenty of space. The location was ideal for our needs. I was attending a conference at the ACC, and the apartment was a 10 minute walk away. Liverpool is a very walkable city and we found everything we needed by foot (major Tesco grocery store is within a 10 minute walk). There is a great brewery/pub, Baltic Fleet, just down the street with a great bartender. The apartment suited our needs and with a little TLC and deep cleaning could be amazing.

Everything was fine. Accomodation was nice and very well placed. Picking up keys was easy. Bit noisy in the surrounding apartments on Saturday night but it is a city centre flat so I was expecting peace and quiet.

We had a great time in Liverpool and it was made even better by staying at Bills flat.
The location is excellent, only 5 mims walk from Albert Docks and less then 10 mins from town. The flat is well presented with lots of space and nice comfortable beds. There was also parking available for 2 cars.
Bill was also great. We had some confusion regarding when we would arrive but Bill was very flexible and met us at the flat and gave us some good advice about parking.

I would thoroughly recommend this flat for a group of up to 6 people who are looking for a nice quiet place to stay which is walking distance from Liverpool town.

WOW! William and his apartment both fit this bill, and We could not be happier with our experience. We booked the apartment for six of us, in from out of town, and William was as pleasant and accommodating as they come. He was communicative and responsive before and during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is beautiful; well-stocked and immaculate, and that beds are probably the most comfortable sleeping arrangement we've ever encountered. The apartment is also within walking distance of the Liverpool One, and its relatively easy to park if you have a car, so it's a great choice for people who want a quiet retreat, but also accessibility. All in all, the perfect AirBnB rental, and part of me wants to keep that a secret so it will be available every time I want to rent it. Thanks again, William!

We stayed 3 nights in Chandlers Wharf at Bills apartment. There were 5 of us and the apartment was large enough to accommodate us comfortably. Really well equipped. Beds were comfy. The best thing is its convenience to the city centre, literally 5 minute walk. Quiet area with no late night noise. I would reccommend this apartment rather than a hotel room. We had great fun getting ready to go out to party in the city. We will be booking again for our next visit.

The apartment is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the city center and only a few pounds in a taxi to the nightlife!. It is also a 10 minute drive from the airport. Bill was a fabulous host who made you feel so welcome and the apartments were clean, spacious and fully adequate for all your needs. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be staying in them again!

A beautiful, clean and spacious flat in the heart of Liverpool. William was an amazing host - always available, super friendly, and very organized. He met us at the flat when we arrived tired after a day of touring the city and quickly walked us through what we needed to know before leaving us to rest and recharge before heading out for the evening. There is an elevator in the building which was very convenient when we arrived with our bags. Beds are very comfortable, the two washrooms very handy for a group of travellers, and he even left us coffee, tea, and milk! We were 100% satisfied with this stay.

Great apartment in a really fantastic location - next to Albert Docks, 2 mins from Liverpool 1 and easy walking distance to Lime Street station. Apartment clean and roomy and William was a great host - even putting a travel cot in for us! Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and the apartment was ideal. Its close to the city centre, but not to the point where your disturbed by the night life.
Bill was lovely and super chilled.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location.
We had to change our arrival time - no problem :) When we arrived William gave us a quick intro and left us to it - left us feeling relaxed and happy. There was milk in the fridge and all the bits and pieces we might need from tea bags to towels.
The quality of the furnishings, bedlinen and equipment were fantastic. There were five of us but it would easily have held 6 and compared to a city center hotel it was spacious and affordable.
Will certainly use this apartment again.

This beautiful apartment is ideal for family use. It was our first trip to Liverpool and we could not be happier with its location and presentation. Bill gave us a terrific welcome. Our only problem was that we didn't stay for long enough! We would love to come back again.

Bill was very flexible with our check-in time, even on Christmas Day. The apartment is clean. We had 6 people in our group and the only spot we didn't feel like we had enough room was getting everyone through the one shower. Two bathrooms was great, but only one shower. In the end though, this apartment is all about location, location, location. Pubs, museums, nightlife, shopping, transit, the docks, cathedrals all within 5-10 min walk. If we ever head back to Liverpool we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. Thanks Bill!

William was a good host and kind enough to meet us past night when we arrived. This was critical when we booked with him. The flat is located only about a five minute walk from the city center and close to a casino which we enjoyed.

Clean, bright, modern apartment. Very spacious with lovely bathrooms. Five of us had plenty of room; the apartment was perfect for our brief visit. Walkable to city centre and train station and just two minutes from the Docklands. We'd definitely recommend William's apartment to others.
