You couldn't ask for a better location in the city centre as Halifax House Living is only short walk away from the iconic Liverpool's Waterfront and Three Graces. The historic Castle Street, where you can find some best views of the Town Hall, Royal Liver Building, plus bars and restaurants such as Rudy's Pizza, is right on your door step. Beautifully designed with neutral tones, the modern apartment is the perfect base after a long day of exploring the city! With all rooms spread through three floors, there's plenty of space for your break.
As you enter the apartment, you will find the main bathroom to your left which is fitted with a shower over the bath, a sink and a toilet.
Opposite this is the modern white and grey kitchen which has everything you need for home-cooked meals, including an oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer! A washing machine is also provided in the same room.
The third room on the lower floor is a spacious open-plan dining and living area offering a great setting to unwind and relax with a Smart TV provided. It also features two comfy double sofa beds sleeping up to 4 people.
On the next floor is the double bedroom fitted with a double bed for two people, a hanging rail for your clothes and a desk that that you can use for work or as a dressing table.
The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the highest floor. Boasting a king-size bed, a wardrobe for your clothes and a skylight for natural lighting. Also decorated with a desk which can be utilised for work or as a dressing table.
Pay and display carparks are nearby and details will be provided prior to your arrival.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building which is accessible by either stairs or lift. The apartment itself consists of three floors. Please expect two flights of stairs inside.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Other Things to Note:
• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Great central location to all of the sights from the dock area, Liverpool ONE, restaurants, shopping, historic attractions, etc. Apartment was as described; it was only stocked with enough for cleaning items for maybe a couple loads and we were there for eight days. Does come with towels, but not hand towels (wash clothes). The lift did work the entire time of our stay!

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
