A fantastic apartment offering stunning views across the Three Graces and River Mersey. This apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Liverpool, with the Albert Dock & Liverpool One right on your doorstep.

Boasting a bright open plan living/kitchen area, a comfortable king bedroom and a brand new bathroom.
The space
Occupying a high floor, this apartment offers amazing views as well as a handy roof top bar! Open between April and September (weather permitting). The rooftop bar is not associated with us. It is called Goodness Gracious and is ran by the wonderful Oh Me Oh My restaurant based on the ground floor. Kindly visit their website for more information.

This lovely one bedroom apartment boasts a kingsize bed, modern bathroom, an open plan lounge/dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen.

The lounge has a double sofa bed with full sprung mattress, sleeping two guests, a large TV and a electric keyboard!
With a cosy dining table seating four guests, this is ideal for families looking for a homely apartment from which to explore the city.

The kitchen area has a washer/dryer and dishwasher for convenience.

Please note that this building is located on a very high floor, and whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held liable if this is out of service.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the whole apartment with no one else present - offering complete privacy. A beautiful, cosy home away from home!
Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 6 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant city atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

The rooftop bar is not associated with us. It is called Goodness Gracious and is ran by the wonderful Oh Me Oh My restaurant based on the ground floor.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Flat was nice. light and airy living space and decent size for the bedroom and bathroom. location very handy for getting around town on foot.
The flat was fairly clean. some minor stains/wear and tear. Fuse had gone on hot water, but sorted that ourselves. The hallways and lifts are the biggest issues. Bit like other reviews. only one lift worked for us and would only work from the ground floor up. Won't go down if called from 7th floor. Youre stuffed if you have big bags and the lifts are out of action. The hallways are a bit like student halls that have never been maintained so walking up and down to the flat isn't particularly pleasant, with a strong smell of cat litter that seeps in to the property.
We stayed over a summer weekend and unfortunately there were weddings both nights which meant we couldn't use the roof top bar which was a shame as missed out on the views.
Probably would wait for the maintenance issues to be fixed before staying here again

Quatre jours sans eau chaude, c’est long. L’électricien est bien passé deux fois, mais sans réellement trouver de solutions. Très contente d’être partie et d’avoir retrouvé un bain chaud!
Un accord sur le prix a été trouvé avec airbnb et le propriétaire. Donc fair play.
Les deux autres points négatifs sont la télé et des prises électriques à des emplacements peu pratiques.
Mais des points positifs: la vue (si les vitres sont nettoyées…), la proximité du centre, une très bonne literie et le calme.
A voir quelles sont vos priorités dans une location. En cas de problème, appel sur une plate-forme avec un code, très impersonnel. Mieux vaut privilégier les mails en cas de questions.

PROS:
1. Great location!
2. Very quiet!
3. this unit has been lovingly renovated & decorated.
4. prior to our check in we had ample communication from the owners about check in, weather & even a guide to the area.
5. Great hairdryer provided.
CONS:
1. our early check in was cancelled w/out notice & our check in time was pushed back to 30 mins after regular check in time - it took owners 40 mins to respond to our message seeking info about this.
2. Elevators: 1 of the 2 were inoperable the entire time we were there. 1 worked going up from the lobby but it NEVER worked going down from the 7th floor which left us walking down 7 flights to exit -however if we walked up to the 8th floor the elevator would come.
3. Hot water heater: there is something wrong w/ the hot water heater circuit breaker as it would not stay on. We had to be hyper vigilant about checking it regularly to keep it switched on.
4. Bedroom: the bedroom is an interior room with no exterior windows & it was stuffy.

I was really enthusiastic from such a great communication with Katy and Joe and theirs team. Everything corresponded to the description on the Airbnb webside. The apartment was clean and really beautiful and located at a good place nearby the centre. Instructions for everything and a lot of useful tips for staying in Liverpool. I really enjoyed this accomodation. I can recommend for 100%. Veronika

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
