Overall a great stay. But there is water coming in by the window above the sofa in case of rain. So the couch got wet. The window is damaged on the outside and this should be fixed. Water also came in by the stairs up to the roof terrace. It should be said that there was a storm this day, but still I expected more.

The location is great! Unfortunately, we were there during the cold drop and could only use the roof terrace, which is actually the most beautiful of the apartment, once. However, the poor condition of the outdoor furniture immediately stood out. Individual service is not possible (is a company/ Costa). There was no tea towel, nor was it possible to get only 2 dishwasher tablets. Bring everything yourself! Floors, kitchen, bathroom were okay, but could look even better for €100 final cleaning. In good weather and if you are insensitive to what bedding and other textiles, such as the dingy sofa and the very stained outdoor furniture, you have a cute little apartment in the best location. Communication is professional.

I highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a good holiday with the best view and location you can wish for, you are withdrawn from the noise of the beach walk, at the same time still so close to both the beach, shops and other attractions. The best service from the booking office, right from the start, before I went down there, they were really helpful with questions and help with driver from and to the airport. It is clean and tidy upon arrival , and lacks absolutely nothing in the apartment. It's definitely where I'll be back next year when I'm on vacation. 5 stars + +

The apartment is well located. Short distance to beach, restaurant and shopping. It's good for two people. This is another company that manages the apartment. This meant communicating with many different ones and not just "Frank" and airbnb. There were a lot of things to fill in somewhere else and thus a lot of double work. Elevator didn't work which we weren't informed of. It was clear that it hadn't worked for long.

This apartment was exactly what we were after. In a perfect location only 25 mins from the airport, 10 second walk to the beach and the most friendly local people in the bars/restaurants and shops. Only 2 things I would tweek would be, the left hand side of the bed has a wooden edge which can be slightly annoying getting in and out of, and the door to the terrace could do with a curtain. (but I am also sensitive to light so needed something over my eyes in the morning as the sun came in). Any communication we needed with the host was answered very quickly. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

the apartment is located in the nice area. it took us 7 minutes to get to the station, 3 minutes to get to the beach and about 25 minutes to get to the city centre on foot I travelled with my son of 1.5 years old. there is a playground near the station. one can buy cheap buckets and shovels for kids pretty much everywhere the apartment is on the third floor. if you travel with kids, it's a challenge because the elevator is tiny! also, during our stay, some renovation works took place, and I had to climb up and down with my kid and the pushchair which was exhausting the apartment overall is nicely decorated. the terrace is definitely a gem there! we loved spending time there. some things require a change, though (e.g., the toilet brush, frying pans with scratches, or the broken floor mop). since I cooked a lot for us, I felt the lack of appliances

This is just a studio. Very small. Bed is a single bed with a pull out mattress that coverts to a double. The bed is very comfy however there is a frame around 1 side & difficult to get out of the bed. Plus side we loved the terrace. Would always appreciate more towels.

Very nice house with a beautiful terrace, strategic location a few minutes from the beach and the main street. The only sin is the presence of cockroaches that infested the apartment, they guaranteed me that they would do a pest control as soon as possible... we hope so! It's a shame about the potential of the apartment.

Beautiful apartment, deceiving in size - easily bigger than a hotel suite which was great. Lots of unique places for storage and great to have Netflix etc for the rainy days (plenty atm!). Will definitely book again

February 23 Positives: - Located in the heart of Los Boliches - Great views from the roof terrace - Decent size studio - Has all the amenities for self catering - Good standard of cleanliness Negatives: - Overwhelming smell of damp in the communal area - On occasions the damp smell penetrates in to the studio - Terrace furniture broken, tatty , stained and requires renewal Overall it was a decent stay during off season but the damp smell and poor condition of the terrace furniture was disappointing. I’d stay again if these items were resolved.

We liked this studio because of its location (beach 50 meters not even...) and because of its terrace. We sunbathed there with great pleasure and we also had breakfast there. very nice. very nice view of the pool of the hotel opposite and the sea. Everything was clean. Cleaning kit and body hygiene kit available = really good. Elevator in the building and cleaning of common areas. negative points: - lack of some kitchen utensils. - the 2 stoves available cannot be used simultaneously. - the last point that I consider really prohibitive is the presence of cockroaches. We've seen it mostly in the evening. Here we rented in December, I dare not imagine the situation in summer, but not positive: there was 1 anti-cafard spray in the closet. This was mentioned orally during the key handover.

The apartment is very central to everything. It’s small but suited us. We enjoyed the terrace but I think a small hand rail at the top of the stairs to the terrace would make them a little safer. There was only one wine glass in the kitchen so could benefit from more glasses. All in all we had a nice stay.

Host Frank not seen, contact went through commercial agency CostaRentals. Location is top, close to the beach, and a lot of hospitality in the area. No inconvenience of this. Accommodation is fine, nice roof terrace, with old and weathered lounge set. Inventory is complete and fine. Although accommodation is ready and keys available still pay for early check-in (EUR 29). Late check out possible, if house is not rented on the day in question (day in advance known), fee for this is EUR 69. Absurd, never experienced before. Probably the check in time is deliberately late (4:00 pm) and check out time deliberately early (10:00h) chosen as part of the revenue model.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, with a view of the beach and only a two minute walk away. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Fuengirola as it was close to everything and was quiet at night. We hope to get back again soon! Alanna & Jack

Great communication, location and apartment. 5 mins from Los Boliches Station, 2 mins to sunbeds on the beach and even closer to high standard restaurants and friendly bars. The apt't is very well equipped, we had dinner on the terrace for 3 nights and breakfast there every morning. The terrace itself is a fantastic addition and the sea is closer than it looks in the photos, a large table , chairs and ratan furniture make it a very comfy place to relax. All the staff were happy to help with any questions I had. Highly recommended. :)

Really enjoyed our stay, perfect location for the beach and bars. The roof terrace is a brilliant space for sun and chilling. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay, great fridge for the beers! Highly recommended and would not hesitate in booking again.

The apartment is great. Superb location, with fantastic views from the private terrace. The apartment is well designed and has everything you need. One negative was the noise transfer between apartments, but this wouldn’t stop us visiting again.

As positive points: well-located apartment, newly renovated, comfortable bed and equipped with everything you need... amazing terrace, undoubtedly the best part of the apartment. As points to improve: the delivery of keys was at a rental place, nobody showed us the apartment, it is still not essential but a brief explanation always helps. The TV doesn't have an antenna, so you can't see the channels (they have a device that allows you to download Android apps that can fix it, but the connection was not very good). Very old building and small elevator that can make it difficult to access people with reduced mobility. Despite these points, I would undoubtedly repeat, the price-quality has seemed cheap, and both the terrace and the location are points to keep in mind.

Frank's apartment was amazing the decor is lovely and the rooms are spotless everything is brand new The location is perfect but the best part for us was the terrace with the most amazing views were we spent most evenings So sad to be leaving will definitely stay here again
