Super well located apartment, 5 minutes walk from metro Argoulets, a big plus. The front courtyard is nice. Clean, and set up with the amenities you need. A little bit just for 2 adults/2 teenagers but it did. Street a little noisy and very busy on weekdays and no car space near the house so provide a little orga for loading/unloading. Otherwise, have a good stay, and Rebecca sent the information on time, so smooth check-in and checkout, which is really good when you have 9am in each direction.

Very convenient accommodation during my business trip to Toulouse: proximity to the ligné metro A. Toulouse Matabiau train station is less than 15 min away by public transport. Lots of self-service bikes in the area. Quiet residential neighborhood. Recommended. Recommended.

We ask that you take care of this property as you would yours: - These lodgings are smokers, - Cleaning is included but we ask you to return the accommodation to us as you found it, - The costs incurred by a degradation of the amenities of the accommodation at your disposal will be at your expense. _ Check-in and Check-out: In order to be able to welcome you in the best conditions, we ask that you confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance . _ When you check out: '- remove the linens from the beds, -washing and tidying up dishes, - take out garbage - drop the keys in the same place as when you arrived . -we send you a message when you have checked out Have a great stay!

- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
