The Grand-Bornand Chinaillon shopping street is just 1km away.
In summer, many walks can be made directly from the residence.
The flat comprises two bedrooms and a mezzanine area. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed for a peaceful night's sleep after a busy day on the slopes.
The second bedroom has bunk beds, perfect for little adventurers. The mezzanine area has two single beds and opens onto the living room. (The height of the ceiling does not allow an adult to stand on the whole mezzanine).
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals after a day on the slopes. The living room has a pellet stove and opens onto a balcony with a direct view of the ski slopes. The modern shower room will allow you to relax and recharge your batteries.
There is also a ski room for storing your equipment.
You can park your car in the residence's private garage.
The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!).
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included, but you must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. (beds unmade, dustbins taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.).
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 60 days in advance, the unspent nights are not refunded.
- If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the unspent nights are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
