The space
We've created a refreshing, open-planned space with a beachy burst where you and your family can unwind. Your apartment is on the seaside end of the Boulder Bay complex, giving you privacy and a broad ocean view frequented by dolphins and whales. There is a private covered parking, trailer & guest parking. The complex is guarded 24/7 and the apartment is gated and secure for a quick lock up & go.The air conditioned open plan living area is a modern and comfortable space where you can enjoy full DSTV access. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Included for entertainment are 2 beach chairs & an umbrella.
Guests love the convenience of easy accessibility to the beach & nearby restaurants. No big pack up necessary for your beach trips.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second room has two single beds.Guests can enjoy the communal complex areas with two swimming pools and braai facilities.

WiFi is uncappedBath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels or mention in your request and I will organise.
There is one modern, well equipped bathroom.
2 beach chairs, an umbrella & kids beach toys are available for your use.

I had a wonderful stay in Sue’s apartment. Boulder Bay is in the perfect location situated on the boardwalk, right on the beach(loved the early morning board walks)and a short distance to lovely restaurants and coffee shops. The Lifestyle Centre is a short drive away. I found the apartment to be clean, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Sue has thought of everything that ensures a comfortable and effortless stay. The Wi-Fi is great and I loved working at the table in the lounge with beautiful sea views. What a bonus to be able to watch kids in the pool below the balcony, I’ll be bringing my family next time for a longer stay! Sue was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. This beach apartment is ideal for a beach getaway!
