The complex is located on and has direct access to the Ballito promenade. Stunning swimming beaches, coffee shops and restaurants are all within walking distance- making this the perfect couple or family stay!
The space
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. We've created a refreshing, open-planned space with a beachy burst where you and your family can unwind.This air conditioned open plan living area is a modern and comfortable space where you can enjoy full Dstv Now & Netflix access. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs.
The main bedroom has sea views and a comfortable King-size bed. The second room has two single beds. There is one bathroom with a bath/shower combination.
We have installed an inventor in the flat, for our well deserving, loyal guests. No interruptions to lights, WiFi, TV and ceiling fans during load shedding!
Guest access
There is a private covered parking and guest parking. The complex is guarded 24/7 and the apartment is gated and secure for a quick lock up & go. Check-in is hassle free and a lock box allows you to access the unit in your own time!Guests can enjoy the communal complex areas with two swimming pools, a children's pool and braai facilities.

Booked for my parents to stay and they both loved it! Amazing location right on the beachfront where you can hear the waves and see the sea. Sue was very attentive, helpful and responded immediately. Both my parents would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Sue.

We had a wonderful stay at Sue’s place. A fully equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms was a win. A very short walk to the beach, near restaurants and shops. The complex has a pool and braai area and a 24hr security guard. Lovely sea views from the main bedroom, balcony and lounge area. Sue was a great communicator and our check in process was a breeze. Thanks v much!
