A beautiful, calm and relaxing ambiance. Loved the yellow Hibiscus and my daughter was mesmerized by the granadillas dropping from the creeper, ready to eat. The beds are very comfy, the rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean, the kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you need. Wonderful experience!

I can not speak highly enough of the experience I had with Laurette and her property. The home was decorated beautifully, carried such a calm and peace to it, and gave great security. The welcome pack full of local goodies was over and above what I expected. Laurette was very helpful with everything that I needed and responded almost immediately. I would highly recommend a stay at Sycamore Crescent and look forward to staying again myself in the years to come!

Additional rules
Please no 3rd party bookings unless you are an authorised company booking for employees as per the terms and conditions of Airbnb. Absolutely no smoking allowed in the apartment: Should the smell of smoke be detected during the check out clean, you will be fined an additional cleaning fee of R500.00 No noise / parties without exception: Should we receive a complaint, we will communicate with you but upon receiving a 2nd complaint, you will be asked to leave and a refund will not be issued. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Should there be a suspicion of such substances being consumed, security / police will be called and if found to be in possession of such substances, you will be escorted off the property and no refund will be issued. No pets allowed: Should an unauthorised pet be detected, you will be fined R500 and asked to leave the property and no refund will be issued. No overnight guests: only the number of guests that have been booked for are authorised to sleep at the property. Additional guests will be charged R1000 per person per night. We respectfully ask that you do not eat or drink in the bedrooms, or move the furniture around excessively. Should any damages be found, a damage claim will be put through to Airbnb for your account. Please take care of the keys: lost keys will incur a R500 fine. - Throw rubbish away

Deposit PolicySecurity deposit of 50% is payable.
Please refer to our Terms & conditions. By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
Please note a booking is not confirmed or secured until the deposit requirement of 50% has been paid in full. We reserves the right, without notice to the Company / Agent / Guest / Group, to release any booking held where the required deposit has not been paid in full within the stated period.
Should we receive confirmed bookings against provisional bookings, we do reserve the right to contact you to request releasing of the booking and will require a response within 24 hours or the bookings will be automatically released.
A reservation will be held on a provisional basis for 24 hours from the time of booking. The Company / Agent / Guest is required to release provisional bookings in writing by e- mail.
Cancelations
All booking cancellations must be received by email. No show or early departure forfeits 100% of total stay.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior forfeit 75% of total stay.
Cancellations 15 to 30 days prior forfeit 50% of total stay.
Cancellations in excess of 30 days prior will incur a 10% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.
Please note that we do consider a cancellation on merit: if it is truly beyond the guests’ control, we will charge accordingly.
