This is the second time we have stayed here for work. Clean and functuonal spaces, comfy beds and useful kitchen and laundry facilities. Friendly and helpful contact made for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Lovely spot to stay! Was comfortable and relaxing, perfect for the cold and rainy weekend we were away. We had plans to walk and explore but due to the inclement weather, we were grateful we were within a short driving distance to Sovereign Hill and Ballarat Central.

Was our first time staying in Ballarat and we were looking for somewhere comfortable and warm that offered all the creature comforts of home aswell as being in a great location that's walkable to restaurants and activities and this place certainly ticked all those boxes and more! Beautiful property in an excellent location, offering all the creature comforts of home. Very comfortable bed with a large built in robe. Spacious shower and large office working space. Huge kitchen and pantry. Comfortable lounge and dining. Second toilet downstairs is very convenient. Fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer which was great. Very helpful and responsive host. Very easy to find and check in was a bliss. We loved the place so much that we are booked in to stay again due our trip here being extended. This property caters for anybody, whether your riding solo, travelling for business, or have a family. I would highly recommend staying here. Definitely worth the 5 Star review

Rubbish Bin location: Beside the house General Waste (red lid or small green bin) - collected weekly Recycling (yellow lid) - please do not put glass or soft plastics in the bin (use general waste bin) Green waste (bright green lid) - please do not put food scraps or pet waste in the bin (use general waste) Unless we send message and request, a Flairbnb team member will take the rubbish bins to the kerb for collection and put away again. Please make sure they have access to the bins from the afternoon prior to the bin collection day. Bin collection day: Tuesday Checkout information Strictly 10am. Due to cleaning scheduling we cannot accommodate late check outs. Please leave the key to the property back in the lockbox.
