If it is not spotlessly clean, free of damage, stocked with the items you need and ready for use please contact your host. Check in instructions Check in time is 3pm. Please note that due to cleaning schedules we are unable to provide early check-ins. Contact information Please use the app that you booked through to make contact with your host. You should receive a response within 30 minutes. House Rules * Rudeness towards Flairbnb staff and contractors will not be accepted * Smoking is restricted to outdoors, away from open doors and windows * Firearms including slingshots are prohibited Fireworks are illegal and are prohibited * Property is not to be used for illegal purposes such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harbouring fugitives, etc * Occupancy of the premises shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb neighbours * The house occupancy is no more than booked people * No parties or events Restrictions on pets are outlined in the listing * At check-out * Wash and put away your dishes * Make sure all lights, heaters and coolers are off * Clean up after your pets * Clean the BBQ after use * Remove all rubbish and put in correct bins outside * Do not wash the linen Pet Friendly Features This property is suitable for pets. Do not allow pets on furniture or in bedrooms. Clean up after your animals before checkout otherwise a $50 fee will be charged. There is a pooper scooper for your convenience. Use the normal bin for waste. Toilet Please, nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet. There’s a little rubbish bin for everything else. Please DO NOT stand on the toilet seat, we sit on the toilet seat. Rubbish Bin location: In the carport - please put glass in the buckets supplied General Waste (red lid or small green bin) - collected weekly Recycling (yellow lid) - please do not put glass or soft plastics in the bin Green waste (bright green lid) - please do not put food scraps or pet waste in the bin (use general waste) Unless we send message and request, a Flairbnb team member will take the rubbish bins to the kerb for collection and put away again. Please make sure they have access to the bins from the afternoon prior to the bin collection day. Bin collection day: Tuesday morning Checkout information Strictly 10am. Due to cleaning scheduling we cannot accommodate late check outs. Please leave the key to the property back in the lockbox. Replacement costs: $50 per key $150 per remote/fob Feedback & reviews We welcome reviews (both public and private) and share these with our team. They are used for continuous improvement.
