Super nice house that matched our expectations! A super nice stay at a nice house! Walking distance both to the beach and downtown that simplified the experience.

We had a great stay at the villa as a family of 6. It was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. Everywhere was clean and spacious and the pool area was great to have. It is on quite a steep hill so bare this in mind if you have mobility issues but we managed with a pushchair. Area is really lovely, especially the main Nerja town! Host was always responsive and transfer was organised through them too!

The apartment is fine and we’ll located. Our problem was that on our first morning we were awoken at 07.30 by diggers and earth movers a matter of metres away from our bedrooms. We requested alternative accommodation but we were told non was available despite AirBnB site showing availability. Communication was very poor. This is a large company. I don’t know who Jose is. We were told no one had complained before. We were accused of making it up despite sending videos to the company. Their cleaner was there witnessing the works outside the apartment but we were still told this wasn’t an issue. There were three teachers in the party who needs some RnR in the Christmas holiday. So being awoken in the early hours wasn’t ideal. The apartment was fine and well located. But the company was large and uncommunicative.

This is a lovely villa very close the best Nerja has to offer. Highly recommend to anyone and the private pool is great. It is on a hill though so best if you have a car for your stay although if you are relatively fit it isn’t bad at all. You won’t be disappointed with this villa/location :)

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
