Nice stay in nice apartment. Only thing: Internet signal in the two lowest floors was not good, but after getting installed a replicator it was ok. Thanks Regards Jon Olav Bjørhusdal

Great place, it’s our 5th time in Nerja, great restaurants mar y mar is fantastic on Burhiana beach area. Weather was very hot but the pool was a very welcoming addition

A lovely week, communal pool is very nice and the private plunge pool is a great bonus. The house was very clean and well equipped as described. There were 7 of us in the house which sleeps 8 comfortably, there are two tables, both seat 6 people so it was a bit of a squash to have dinner together. We had a lovely meal at Patagonia and Ole, a short walk down the hill. The host was responsive and proactive, we used their taxi service to meet us at the airport which was great and the taxi driver was very nice.

We had a great time. We were met and shown round the property, which was a nice touch. The small pool was perfect for cooling off. The shared pool was good too. The house is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach with kids. It's a bit of hill getting back for small legs, but they managed. We'd love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. We enjoyed eating out on the balcony and going in both the small pool and the larger shared pool. It’s a short walk down to the beach and about 15-20mins into town for more restaurants. The hill walking back home is quite steep, it was fine for us but might be harder for those with small children, pushing buggies etc. We also organised airport transfers through our booking which all went smoothly. We were 2 families of 4 staying and we all agreed this was a good value for money house that has all you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday

The house is well in a quiet area, well equipped. The biggest problem we had is that we rented the house for the air conditioning, and even though in the description it puts it, there are only in two bedrooms. The kitchen and living room that are on the highest floor do not have, and it is too hot to use that area of the house without air, as is the third and fourth bedroom. The refrigerator didn't cool down, and for a 7-day holiday it was a huge inconvenience. Everything else was good and the host was kind.

Excellent house, clean, everything in order as advertized. Went with four people. For a group of eight the living room is a bit to small if you Stay indoors during the Day. Had a perfect stay, lots to do in the area and Nerja is a Nice little town.

Lovely house, great location, too pools which were great for all ages, fantastic response from owner about any queries. Owner organised transport from and to the airport, which made our holiday much less stressful. We had a great holiday there.

Jose's place is very conveniently located, close to the beach and restaurants. The space is well designed, fitting 8 adults comfortably. Jose was very helpful and checkin was easy. I would highly recommend Jose's villa for a holiday in Nerja for both groups and families.

Excellent Apartment !!! All your needs are catered for in this 3 storey building. We were on an early flight for the day and as the apartment was ready Jose allowed us to take over the apartment early, we were also allowed to stay at bit extra because no one was in the apartment after us, we really appreciated this thank you. Communication with the host through out was 5 star and we were met at the agreed time and were given a walk round and all the features explained. We had an issue with one of the beds and I phoned Jose, within 20 minutes there was a maintenance man around and the small matter was sorted with no hassle. The facilities in the apartment were excellent, Wifi is very fast easily coped with all our phones and iPads. The beach is only a 500m walk away and town is a little further, but be aware for the elderly or less mobile there is a steep road to tackle, but there is ample parking if you have a car. Due to the weather being a bit dodgy (worst easter weather in 74 years) we used the apartment probably more than we normally would and we enjoyed every minute in there, thank you to a wonderful host 5 Star all the way.
