Nice apartment, great location, quiet surroundings, own parking place front of the house is a big plus, because it is impossible to find a parking place beyond the streets on Nerja town area, even in a low season. Team Casasol works very well.

We had a wonderful 5 week stay. The house was spotless and beautifully furnished. The bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen is small as seen from the photographs but very well equipped. We cooked many times and had everything we needed. The bottle of wine on arrival and Christmas gift of cava and chocolate were much appreciated. Communications with the host were excellent. The house is perfectly positioned and only an 8 minute walk to the Balcon. There was a wonderful bakery in the next street and 2 great bars Chispa and El Portillo were close by. Great free tapa with drinks. We would recommend Posada Iberica for dinner. A very simple restaurant serving steak cooked on a chargrill behind the bar. Absolutely delicious. We loved our stay here and were sad to leave.

The place is very well equipped and everything is new. We miss a blender in the kitchen. There is a walk from downtown. The bathroom is located upstairs and the bathroom is that every time you go to the bathroom you have to climb stairs. Everything else is very good. All stays with air conditioning.

Great place, very well furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen. There was nothing missing in all matters. Not to forget great Wi-Fi, also suitable for working. Perfect to reach everything (beaches, restaurants, shopping, bus station) in a short time on foot (very central) and still located in a quiet neighborhood. If you travel by car, there is a private parking (a kind of courtyard) secured with a gate. There you can also leave small children with a urge to move out of the front door without them being able to walk away. We liked the place so much that we spontaneously extended it. Since it was still available, we were lucky to be very easy and straightforward to expand the booking. Great service, very friendly and timely communication. If we come back to Nerja, hope the place will be free to enjoy it again.

I’ve stayed in over 100 airbnbs over the last 5 years or so, and a half-dozen in Nerja. This property has been one of my favorites. Since it’s an end unit, it really feels like a separate house. The secure car parking behind the gate that opens onto the front terrace is a luxurious feature. Having a balcony for each bedroom , also a wonderful feature. It’s in a very quiet part of town and has an English pub just two blocks up the street that run a great pub quiz on Tuesdays, Potters Bar. I very much liked how the ground floor was laid out, very comfortably with an out door dining terrace. The television channels are multi-national with English, Spanish, German, French and Italian stations. The the hosting service Casasol, I’ve rented from before and they are absolutely wonderful. So professional and helpful!

Beautiful house, quiet location. On-property parking. Helpful staff at CassaSol. 5 min drive to beach, supermarkets and roughly 15 min walk to Balcon. Highly recommend this property.
