The space
Fabulous 3-bedroom apartment in Capistrano Playa exclusive urbanization. It has 1 double bed in one bedroom, 2 single beds in another bedroom, 1 single bed in a third bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, allowing a total of 6 guests. The apartment enjoys 2 large private terraces, both with stunning views of Burriana beach, the sea, the gardens and the fabulous lake. It also has an open kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.Capistrano Playa is a gorgeous urbanization with typical Andalusian houses surrounding a large ornamental lake with plants and fishes. It is located on top of a hill, so it enjoys amazing views of the sea and Burriana beach from a privileged position. The apartment is a short walk away from the Burriana beach, where you can get to through a pathway and steps that pass through beautiful gardens. The urbanization also has 3 pools of different depths and the whole area is closed to anyone who is not a resident there. Restaurants and other facilities are nearby and Nerja town is a 20-minute walk away, but there is a bus stop on the same street.
We can organize your pick-up at the airport and, if you have a late arrival, a Welcome Pack can be ordered.
Access to the accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is as described in the listing. It has a terrace and roof terrace with a beautiful view. It is dated. The bathroom is very small and you can smell the sewer. Unfortunately, this could not be resolved. It is within walking distance of the beach and Nerja. There is a nice swimming pool that (in April) is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The host is slow to reply. At check-in, the host did not respond. Fortunately, there was a cleaning lady who let us in and gave us the key. I would recommend the apartment.

Fabulous apartment with amazing views. Lovely walk down to the beach via elevator and steps. Should note keypad is other side of gate on walk down. We couldn’t find it on our first attempt. Air con works like a dream and was much needed. Swimming pool area very nice and food at the snack bar was tasty and reasonably priced. As a family of three generations aged from 7 to 64 we all had an absolutely fantastic holiday. Thank you so much.

Great location just above BurrianaBeach, amazing view from the balcony where you see both the mountains and the sea. Just over 16000 steps per day as it is very steep and many steps to take. The apartment has the amenities you need but would need a refresh relatively soon.
