The house has very nice views and everything necessary for a good stay, but to point out that the cleanliness was fair, there were spider webs and dust. The pool was cloudy three days and the old windows and shades and some didn't close. Also, the downstairs apartment the bed had a foam draw to make it long... the house was very good but there were quite a few details that should be fixed.

Had a fantastic week at #7 Punta Lara. It’s a large villa with bedrooms in main villa & smaller ‘chalet’ downstairs. Well equipped kitchen including a paella pan! Comfortable lounge & dining area. Lots of space outside with terraces to choose from. Barbecue Terrace & dining areas. Near the pool take steps to a secret tiled bench. The pool is lovely, clean & has low resistance jets bubbling away. The view overlooking the bay is stunning. Lidl / Aldi 5 minute drive It’s a steep climb to the property so a Taxi to Nerja €10 inc tip. It’s a brilliant place to chill & switch off. Thank you José & the team at CasaSol

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
