Not only does the flat have an excellent location, with Nerja town centre and a selection of beautiful beaches no more than a 10 minute walk away, but it also offers access to two fantastic communal swimming pools and beautiful green gardens.
It is no more than a ten minute walk to Burriana beach, Nerja's largest and most popular beach, where you can enjoy a variety of water activities such as kayaking and paddle surfing. It is also in an excellent location within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.

We loved our stay. We stayed for a week with our toddler. The apartment was really clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely, and it was a nice walk from the apartment to balcón de europa and Burriana beach where there were lots of bars and restaurants. The only downside was that there were several sets of stairs up and down to get to the apartment. This was really hard in the heat with the pram and I think anyone with accessibility issues would struggle. Still a brilliant stay, thank you!

Hello, the accommodation was very nice and clean very convenient. Very pleasant hospitality. Quiet area 1km from the large beach of Burriana and a 15 20 min walk to the city center. 2 very pleasant private terraces. One who does solaruim with barbecue available I recommend it.

Me and my partner loved the apartment, it was beautiful and so close to the beach, and the centre of nerja. We could not fault it at all, the staff were lovely and the whole experience was a breeze. We will definitely return again one day and have recommend to our close family and friends.

Lovely stay in a clean & comfortable apartment. I would recommend that the bedding, towels & pillows should be improved. Well equipped kitchen and excellent lounge area. Unfortunately we weren’t able to make use of the balcony & roof terrace due to appalling weather!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
