Casasol made check in / out very simple and were accommodating when we arrived early. Note the description states check in from 15.00 whereas Casasol communications state 16.00. The property is well located ideal for the pool and has a lovely balcony. Kitchen has everything you need for self catering and the bathroom is clean. There is no window in the bathroom and, as other guests have noted, there can often be a strong “bad eggs” smell presumably from the drains. It does clear though and leaving the sink plugs in and water in the bowl stops the odour. Some other guests have stated the apartment is very “light” but we didn’t really notice this. We have stayed in three other apartments on Pueblo. This one stood out as it has no one directly above so does not suffer as much from flip flop of heels like others have done. We would stay here again.

Ideal stay for 2 people, clean home and great for a self-catering trip. 20-25 min walk to beach/town and close to supermarkets. Only improvement would be to add blinds/curtains to bedroom window as there is a street lamp directly outside it.

Would definitely recommend, only an 8 minute uber to the main town of Nerja. Pool access and quiet surroundings. Thank you!

This 1 bedroom apartment is only big enough for 1person. The wardrobe had a smell, so could not hang any clothes and the couch and outside cushions were marked with stains. The furniture was tired looking and needs replaced. Lucky we were only there for a week but to pay £840 for a week it was not the standard I was expecting. We had to suitcases opened in the living area it was not ideal. There were marks on the outside of the patio doors that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months and also on the fridge door. It was quite far out 45 min walk to Nerja and 30 min walk to Burianna beach. One nice thing was it looked over the pool area. Unfortunately I will not be rebooking this apartment.

We had a pleasant stay at José’s apartment. He provided clear instructions and great restaurant suggestions. The description matched the property and the kitchen was well equipped, plus a nice touch of complimentary beer, water and nuts. The lounge with its L-shaped sofa and TV was great for relaxing, the breakfast bar was a clever idea, and the balcony views over the pool were beautiful — definitely a highlight. Outdoor equipment provided also saved us money on sun loungers. A few areas could be improved: there was an unpleasant smell on arrival and the bathroom drains gave off a strong odor after use. The shower was very small, and while the bedroom looked lovely, the mattress topper trapped heat and blinds let in too much light, so we ended up on the sofa bed. The air con and fans also switched off automatically, making it hard to stay cool in August. Some minor cleanliness issues and a stiff front door lock aside, with a few tweaks this property could be excellent.

Lovely apartment perfect for 2 people. It overlooks the swimming pool and you can see the sea. Very picturesque village beautiful flowers and well maintained. The apartment was very clean, a very comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchen and a good size veranda. Everything is here from sun loungers to beach chairs. We had a welcome pack with a bottle of red wine, water and chocolate. We were welcomed in person and when we did have a need to contact the host a couple of times always a timely response and resolution. Cannot find anything bad to say about this apartment or host. So good in fact we have already booked to return later this year.

Capistrano village is beautiful with two great swimming pools and lovely surroundings. The flat has a lovely balcony overlooking the lower pool and with a bit of a sea view. The good bits of the flat are the balcony, beautiful surroundings, swimming pools, well equipped kitchen, comfy mattress, very clean, easy to contact the company if any issues and they are very responsive. The not so good bits were no proper curtain in the bedroom so had to use the blankets provided and hang them up at the bedroom window so we could sleep as the there is a street lamp right outside so very light in the bedroom. Only provided with two pillows, no extras so had to use the sofa cushions for pillows. There was an awful sulphur smell in the flat from the drains in the bathroom and kitchen which was quite unpleasant. There was an issue where the electric kept tripping because we tried to use the cooker and washing machine at the same time! All in all though a nice flat

Fully recommended accommodation. During our stay in Nerja we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The location is perfect if you are looking for tranquility and being further away from downtown Nerja. Also noteworthy are the community pools, clean and with ample opening hours. Definitely a perfect place to stay in Nerja!
