Take a dip in the luxurious saltwater communal pool, open all year round, and enjoy your own private parking space. Just note that the entrance to the car park is not suitable for large vehicles.

Nearest beaches:
Playazo beach, located to the west of Nerja and 1.2 kilometres from Terrazas de Ladera, offers a wide, quiet stretch of coastline with crystal clear waters, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. In addition to sunbeds, showers and beach restaurants, free and easy parking is available.

Playa El Peñoncillo, a little further west in the municipality of Torrox and only 3 kilometres from Ladera del Mar, is a long beach with calm waters, ideal for families looking for a relaxed atmosphere. It also offers restaurants, sunbeds and beach bars.

Torrecilla beach, although a little further east of Ladera del Mar and 3 kilometres from Terrazas de Ladera in Nerja, is still a nearby option. It is a popular and well-equipped beach, with a variety of restaurants and bars nearby.

Playa Güilche, located just 1 kilometre from Terrazas de Ladera, is a small beach and perfect for those seeking tranquillity.

In addition, the local bus station, located just 1 km along the main N340 road, offers convenient access to the village, Burriana beach and the market, with buses operating every hour. Alternatively, you can opt for a quick taxi ride into town by arranging one through Nerja Taxi, usually costing around 12 euros. The property provides a private parking space, but please note that the entrance to the car park may not accommodate large vehicles.

From our initial booking to calling to ask about early check in the service was exceptional. David greeted us with a welcome greeting and was very thorough in explaining everything on our arrival The most fantastic views from the apartment and everything you need has been thought of.

We actually stayed in v4 apartment and not the apartment listed due to an error with the booking system however - the team were brilliant at resolving the issue and moving us into an alternative. The apartments are in a fantastic location & the most breathtaking views. The team are responsive & helpful - the apartment was spotless. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you!

We had a nice stay at José's. The location in the mountains and the terrace provide a great view. The apartment is fully equipped, including hair dryer, spices, and the kitchen is well equipped. The team around José was always friendly. We will be back, thanks!

The apartment is tastefully furnished with a magnificent view from the terrace to the sea. However, everything is a bit small/cramped, especially the bedroom and bed.

The apartment is very nice and the terrace just perfect! The hillside location guarantees a beautiful view. You just have to be aware that due to the location on the mountain, it is a steep climb to reach the apartment. The underground car park access is a challenge. We drove in and out once and never again. Since everyone is like that, the garage is empty and everyone parks in the no-parking zone in front of the house. Nevertheless, we had a very nice stay in the beautiful apartment!
