We loved our stay. The property is very nice, clean and cosy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The best thing was, without a doubt, the stunning view of the sea from the terrace. We also really enjoyed the pool, which is comfortable, quiet and very pleasant. Everything was perfectly looked after and we felt at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The accommodation was very nice, the view was breathtaking, the size of the apartment was perfect for 4 people, the kitchen was very nice, high-quality furnishings and high-quality beds. Without a rental car, it probably wouldn't have been so pleasant. Nice trip to Malaga and Nerja. Unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner was a bit dirty and stank when used. Otherwise, everything was great.

The apartment is quiet and located in a residential complex with numerous housing units. At the agreed time for our arrival, no one was there to welcome us and, when we called to ask for directions on where to go, considering that the complex consists of several buildings with hundreds of apartments spread over several streets, no one from the office was able to assist us adequately. It was also clear that the young man in charge of the welcome, who arrived late, had not been informed promptly by the office team. As for cleanliness, I suggest paying more attention to the bathrooms. Otherwise, the location is excellent, the facilities are well organised and the terrace is particularly nice, helping to make the stay pleasant.

Amazing apartment! This was gorgeous and a luxurious stay, so comfortable and spacious. We had an amazing stay. We had to rent a car otherwise we would be booking taxis everyday. But this was truly an amazing stay. The apartment was just as described and everything worked fine and the A/C worked very well. The sunrise and sunset views from the balcony and the view of the ocean was amazing. Thank you so much for our stay, we would definitely recommend this place.

Apartment with great location, everything straightforward, very quiet during the day and also at night, you can hear the waves from the sea. Of course, there is no infrastructure on site, but you know that too and a car is essential. The nearest beautiful place is Nerja - here you have to find the neighborhood in the evening that is really good for eating out. Search for the best tapas restaurant in Google Maps, located northeast of Balcon Europe. Suggestion: There could be more dishes in the kitchen, so the dishwasher often has to be used, which would be better ecologically and economically. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Highlight: From the balcony, we could watch divers chasing fish.

There were four of us in the apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment and the view were beautiful, and the complete equipment of the apartment (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) worked well. What I really want to emphasize are the beds. Both bedrooms have high quality beds and mattresses, which gave us a very relaxing week with good sleep. The communal pool is well maintained and although many apartments can use the pool, it is usually very quiet. Overall, there was never any noise or the like from neighbors or cars during our stay, so we could enjoy the sound of the sea. A small disadvantage of this quiet location, however, is that you always have to use the car for excursions. Finally, I want to say that the external check-in was a bit confusing as we received information from different people. It would certainly have been easier if only one person had been responsible for it

We had a great stay, everything was as described and super clean. The check-in worked smoothly without problems and with very good and nice communication. The view is outstanding and the apartment is located in a quiet location in a new development area. We would book this apartment again anytime. All in all, this apartment is highly recommended. Thanks for the great stay!

The flat is fully equipped and very comfortable for long stays. The views are wonderful; you can see the sea from anywhere, and it really is a dream to be able to enjoy the tranquillity of the sea and the view. I would add that perhaps for longer stays, we could do with a few more amenities from the host, such as coffee, extra dishwasher tablets and toilet paper. However, overall, everything was excellent. It was a luxury to have been able to enjoy these facilities. Thank you!

José Antonio's apartment was in a wonderful location, not far from the beach or the town of Nerja. The highlight was the terrace with a sea view. The apartment was tastefully decorated, had a large TV, and the kitchen and bathroom also had everything you need on holiday. We felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back. Thank you! René

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, with a very nice view of the sea. Has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which were very clean at the time of handover. The kitchen-diner is very modern. The kitchen equipment (cutlery, plates, glasses, knives, pots, etc.) is more than sufficient for four people. There were four of us in the apartment, and we felt very comfortable. It should also be noted that communication via email is excellent. Therefore, our assessment of the apartment is very positive, and we would recommend it to others.
