We had a great stay in Nerja! The apartment was perfectly cleaned up and completely satisfied our expectations. The great view from the balcony and the easily accessible beach stood out. Only thing to consider is that there are lots of steps and the city centre is not right in front of the door. Everything is still easy to reach as long as you don’t worry about walking up- and downhill. All in all the perfect place to stay in Nerja!

We loved Nerja and we loved our location to stay. Very nice apartments with the greatest view ever. A lot of restaurants and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay 😀

The apartment itself is well-equipped. However, we got a bad time for our holidays as 2 neighboring apartments are being completely renovated. Accordingly, it was extremely loud and dirty. Unfortunately, we were not offered an alternative. That's why the 2 1/2 weeks were not nice.

we're regulars to Nerja but this is the first time we've stayed 'Burriana' side of town and we loved it. Nerja does have its share of hills/slopes/steps, this apartment has a great view which means that it has an elevated position accessed by steps down to sea level. the apartment itself is nicely furnished, everything works and is spotlessly clean. The shower is nice and powerful with plenty of hot water, the kitchen extremely well equipped and a nice touch is the welcome cleaning pack with detergent, dishwasher tablets, sponges, washing up liquid etc. there's AC in the bedroom which works well and the bed is super comfortable.. now i know this is subjective but for me, the most comfortable bed i've ever slept on in an Airbnb! in summary, a great apartment for a couple, less than 10 mins walk until your feet are in the sand and close to some great restaurants, bars and a supermarket.

Incredible views from the balcony! The apartment is located on a hill which results in must-see steps to get up. The air conditioning is located in the bedroom and spreads poorly in the apartment.

Very nice place, 300 metres from beach. Clima, kitchen, washing machine, fridge, beds, all perfect. Nice view from both sides - mountain and the sea. The sun is on the terrace around 11-12 a.m. till evening. Only one problem was with the taxi. They have to much orders in Tuesday morning so we were waiting 40 minutes. Don't forget when you going to the airport.

Lovely clean well equipped apartment. Comfy bed and good shower. 5mins to beach and 15mins to central Nerja. Nice balcony and view of sea as shown in images. Worth noting if arriving via taxi to ask for the Jose Cruz hotel as that is almost next door and at the top of the hill. It’s 140 steps up from the bottom which is tough with cases!! It is possible to get to the apartment without steps via the road but still need to do the climb - down side of the height which gives the view! Some super restaurants we can recommend - Raw Lounge (next to the beach and super food) Botega and Copa Vino in the old town.

Beautiful apartment on the slope with sea view, well equipped, very nice large terrace with awning and loungers. Functional furniture, well equipped kitchen. Beach in minutes, town center about 15 minutes walking distance. Parking next to the house. Friendly and reliable support from agency

Nice apartment, well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the hill with beautiful view. You can get there by stars or just walk throgh the road - the better option when you walk with the stroller.

Great location for access to this beautiful beach and the central village of Nerja. The apartment is well-equipped, bright and quiet. The owners are charming and helpful. The neighbor of the outdoor balcony is however very close, and holds a side awning closed that cuts us 50% off the sea view. Too bad, because everything else is perfect.

We had a wonderful week in the small apartment. It is clean, very well equipped and has a large balcony. There is also parking right next to the apartment. Highly recommend overall:)

Very good. Small apartment ideal for one couple + one child. Very well located, very clean. Only one note: be careful of the neighborhood, the two balconies are very close without any real separation.

Very cozy flat in Nerja. The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos, the contact with the landlord quickly and easily. Check-in was flexible with a key box. The Burriana beach is right around the corner, but you have to be a little fit, as the apartment is located in the upper part of a quiet residential complex in the upper part of a quiet residential complex. We didn't mind the stairs and rewarded the great view from the apartment. If you want to be in the old town a lot, you have to take a small walk (about 15 minutes). The apartment was excellent for my family (with toddler). All things for a pleasant self-catering beach holiday were there. A well equipped folder with helpful info and tips was ready.

This was a lovely apartment close to Burriana Beach. Views from the balcony were great. Check in was easy and allowed for early access to the apartment as we had an early flight. The apartment had everything we required for a stay in Nerja. Location is great for the beach, however as we spent the evenings in the old town it meant we had quite a walk. You could spend the evening at the restaurants/bars on the beach which we did a few evenings and this location is perfect for this. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment (which can be exhausting in the heat), however this is to be expected given the great views from the balcony. Overall a great place to stay!

Easy late night checkin, great communication, everything was very new and chic, easy walk down to the better beach in town and easy enough to walk to the Balcon de Europa. Parking right outside the door.

We stayed at Jose's apartment for 1 week and it was absolutely perfect in every way. Everything we needed was there and the design of the apartment made it really cosy. The balcony had the best views of the beach and we had a drink there most evenings wishing we could stay forever. The area was quiet while we were there - start of May - but only a 10min walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything was perfect. Just to note it is located at the top of a steep hill so you need to be good on your feet to stay here. We enjoyed the hill though and would certainly stay again😊😊😊
