We were very satisfied with the condition of the place, nice terrace, plenty of space at good price, everything was very clean. However, upon arrival the wifi did not work, which could then be solved by ourselves with a call to the internet provider. The landlord didn't take care of it. In addition, the dishwasher gave off electric shocks, as well as the coffee machine. We immediately informed the landlords, only on multiple notice someone was sent by, but supposedly no problem was found. But we were also not in the house when the service man was there. After that, we continued to get electric shocks. Overall, we didn't feel taken seriously. For example, we were told that this was just a one-time coincidence and we had been the only ones with the problem so far. We were lucky enough not to have had children or other people at risk of electricity.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
