What a delightful place, great view and well kitted out appartment. I immediately felt comfortable and was very pleased with this place. Large terrace with a few seating areas, parasol, sun shade and lounger. Good TV, comfortable beds well stocked kitchen. Friendly staff showed me around. The area is very quiet and peaceful, plenty of parking. I would say you certainly need a car as it is high up the hill.

We’ve had a superb few days at Jose’s place, it had everything we needed for our family of 4 with two young children. Check-in and out was perfect and communication throughout was great! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was incredible, panoramic views of Nerja and the surrounding area, absolutely stunning, we sat out every evening with a glass of wine taking in the views! The pool was super, close by and a great family pool with everything we needed! With bars/restaurants around it and a small supermarket to grab anything we needed. A super trip and we’d love to book and come again in the near future!! Thank you for having us!

Fabulous apartment in a peaceful location but with everything you need nearby. A well stocked shop, the pool and local restaurants are a short walk away. The terrace is out of this world. It gets the sun all day and is very spacious and comfortable. We loved it all and would highly recommend!

Best rental we stayed during our time in Spain. The balcony is of course the highlight - so great and private. Location was amazing - some good hiking trails right out the front door. Also easy access to the pool and a few walkable restaurants/ grocery store. Felt so relaxing. Would love to return and stay for longer duration. Definite recommend!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
