South-facing terrace and Mediterranean garden
From the living room, you step directly onto a south-facing terrace with inviting seating and into a lush Mediterranean garden with bougainvillea and hibiscus. The outdoor space offers a natural balance of sun and shade throughout the day and creates a peaceful setting for relaxing, dining or enjoying a quiet evening outdoors.

The complex also features two large communal pool areas with a poolside restaurant, surrounded by gardens with views towards the sea and mountains.

Bedroom, living room and kitchen
The apartment has a bright and well-planned layout where the living room and kitchen connect naturally to create a welcoming and functional living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven-microwave, washing machine and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Location and walking distances
The complex sits on the northern hillside of Nerja, just 15 minutes on foot from Burriana Beach (via the new walkway at Royal Palm) — Blue Flag awarded, with kayaking, paddle surfing and beachside restaurants. A 5-minute walk brings you to the local bus stop with regular buses to Nerja town centre. The Balcón de Europa and the historic centre are around 15–20 minutes on foot. For everyday shopping, Mercadona and Carrefour are both within 10 minutes' walk.

Parking and practicalities
The apartment does not have a private parking space. The complex and surrounding streets offer free on-street parking; in July and August it may take a little longer to find a spot in the afternoons. If you'd rather arrive without the hassle, you can arrange an airport transfer from Málaga directly with us.
