★ The heart of this accommodation is its SPACIOUS LOUNGE-DINING ROOM-KITCHEN, dominated by a large window that frames stunning views of the ocean and the communal pool. Relax on the comfortable three-seater sofa with a chaise longue, perfect for enjoying a good book or a movie afternoon with your companion.

★ Looking to balance work and leisure? The WORK AREA includes a HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE MOTORISED DESK, ideal for switching positions during long workdays. Standing while working prevents injuries and eases back tension. There’s also an ERGONOMIC CHAIR for when you need to focus, a COMPUTER MONITOR that you can connect to your laptop, and high-speed WIFI... All with the sea as your backdrop.

★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the KITCHEN is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. Savour your meals at the dining table, which comfortably seats four. If you have a baby at home, ask us for a highchair, which we will provide for you completely free of charge!

★ The BEDROOM features two joined single beds, each with its own bedside table and wall-mounted reading light, as well as a spacious built-in wardrobe. Although there’s no exterior window, the large door connecting to the living room allows natural light to flood the space, creating a very cosy atmosphere.

★ The bathroom, with its modern design, has a spacious shower with excellent water pressure. We provide 2 sets of bath towels and 1 beach towel per guest, a hairdryer, and dispensers with shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.

★ The communal pool has recently been renovated. Enjoy a refreshing swim after a day at the beach, or take a break from remote work with a few laps.

★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, it INCLUDES:
- 2 comfortable reclining beach chairs and 1 umbrella
- 2 snorkel sets
- One beach towel per guest
- 2 sets of bath towels per guest
- 1 yoga mat
- Computer screen
- 200ml shower gel and 200ml shampoo in each bathroom
- ½ liter of laundry detergent
- Free early check-in and late check-out upon request and subject to availability.

★ The neighbourhood is lively during the day but VERY QUIET AT NIGHT.

★ You’ll also find cafes WHERE YOU CAN WORK and several coworking spaces where you can meet other digital nomads.

★ Located on the 3rd floor of a 7-storey building, this home is ideal for SHORT- AND MEDIUM-TERM RENTALS, solo travellers, remote workers, couples, or families.

★ This accommodation does not accept children under 6 years old. We do not provide cribs or high chairs.

★ For stays longer than 14 nights, an additional cleaning service of at least 2 hours (final price 26 EUR) is required. This is paid directly to the cleaner and helps us maintain the property in top condition for all guests, both current and future!

★ MANDATORY GUEST INFORMATION
In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, it is mandatory to access our Guest Portal and provide the following information prior to arrival:
• Personal details for each guest: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and full address. For minors, the relationship to the accompanying adult must also be specified.
• Contact details: phone number and email address.
• A valid form of identification (DNI, TIE or passport).

★ PROPERTY ACCESS VIA APP
To access the property for the first time, it is necessary to download and use an app on a mobile device.

★ NO RESERVATIONS FROM INTERMEDIARIES
To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.

★UPDATED SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been reviewed in order to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.

Our cleaning crew:
￫ only uses approved disinfectants.
￫ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
￫ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
￫ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
￫ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
￫ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
￫ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
￫ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.
