Relax on the comfortable three-seater sofa with a chaise longue, perfect for enjoying a good book or a movie afternoon with your companion.

★ Looking to balance work and leisure? The WORK AREA includes a HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE MOTORISED DESK, ideal for switching positions during long workdays. Standing while working prevents injuries and eases back tension. There’s also an ERGONOMIC CHAIR for when you need to focus, a COMPUTER MONITOR that you can connect to your laptop, and high-speed WIFI... All with the sea as your backdrop.

★ The KITCHEN, finished in bright white to amplify the room’s natural light, is fully equipped for culinary enthusiasts: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, and all the essential utensils for creating incredible dishes. Enjoy them at the dining table, which seats up to 4 people!

★ The BEDROOM features two joined single beds, each with its own bedside table and wall-mounted reading light, as well as a spacious built-in wardrobe. Although there’s no exterior window, the large door connecting to the living room allows natural light to flood the space, creating a very cosy atmosphere.

★ The bathroom, with its modern design, has a spacious shower with excellent water pressure. We provide 2 sets of bath towels and 1 beach towel per guest, a hairdryer, and dispensers with shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.

★ The communal pool has recently been renovated. Enjoy a refreshing swim after a day at the beach, or take a break from remote work with a few laps.

★ As with all our LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, we provide our guests with 2 beach chairs, 1 parasol, 2 sets of snorkelling masks and tubes, 1 beach towel per guest, a yoga mat, and a computer monitor to connect to your laptop, all absolutely FREE.

★ Additionally, guests of LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES can enjoy FREE EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT, subject to availability and scheduled cleanings.

★ This accommodation does not accept children under 6 years old. We do not provide cribs or high chairs.

★ The neighbourhood is lively during the day but VERY QUIET AT NIGHT.

★ You’ll also find cafes WHERE YOU CAN WORK and several coworking spaces where you can meet other digital nomads.

★ Located on the 3rd floor of a 7-storey building, this home is ideal for SHORT- AND MEDIUM-TERM RENTALS, solo travellers, remote workers, couples, or families.

★ For stays longer than 14 nights, an additional cleaning service of at least 2 hours (final price 26 EUR) is required. This is paid directly to the cleaner and helps us maintain the property in top condition for all guests, both current and future!

★UPDATED SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been reviewed in order to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.

Our cleaning crew:
￫ only uses approved disinfectants.
￫ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
￫ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
￫ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
￫ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
￫ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
￫ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
￫ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.
