The space

★ OPEN-CONCEPT living & dining room-workspace with LOTS of NATURAL LIGHT due to a wide access to the terrace and the huge SKYLIGHT on the ceiling. Would you like some darkness? Close the skylight blinds and draw the blackout drapes.
★ The WORKSPACE boosts your concentration. It is a serene and bright area, as it is been located next to the terrace and under the skylight.
★ In the LIVING AREA you will find a TWO-SEAT SOFA, comfortable and soft. Do you fancy a quiet evening at home? Turn on the 32'' Smart TV and watch a movie or a good series on Amazon Prime or a Movistar Plus cable TV channel (we do not offer access to German TV channels).
★ Modern appliances and complete equipment in the KITCHEN will delight cooking 'aficionados'. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and a wide range of small appliances: coffee maker, toaster, juicer... all cooking utensils and plenty of storage capacity.
★ The BEDROOM invites you to rest. The queen-size bed has a very comfortable new mattress. Also, there are pillows of different firmness at your disposal. A huge BUILT-IN WARDROBE with three bodies offers the storage space you need. You will find a BEACH TOWEL per guest inside it.
★ And if that is not enough, there is a SECOND WARDROBE with two bodies in the corridor, where you will find, in addition to cleaning items such as a broom and dustpan or bucket and mop, an UMBRELLA, 2 BEACH CHAIRS and DIVING GOGGLES.
★ Modern BATHROOM with a huge walk-in SHOWER, with HIGH PRESSURE water shower heads, body gel and shampoo dispensers and extractor fan, as well as a vanity unit with plenty of storage space. There is a HAIR DRYER in one of the drawers.
★ It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, but it is VERY QUIET AT NIGHT. There are LAPTOP-FRIENDLY cafeterias and several COWORKING SPACES nearby, where you can meet other digital nomads.

★ This accommodation, which is located on the 4th floor of a 6-storey building, is IDEAL FOR SHORT AND MEDIUM STAYS, solo travellers or couples (also with baby), as well as REMOTE WORKERS looking for a change of scenery and a relaxed atmosphere. Please note that there is a 20-STEP STAIRCASE to access the lift from the main entrance of the building.
★ For stays of more than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an accommodation cleaning service of at least 2 hours (26 EUR), in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

• A valid form of identification (DNI, TIE or passport).

To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.
★UPDATED SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been reviewed in order to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.
Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

Beautiful apartment! Very clean and has everything you may need during the stay. It is precious to hear the waves day and night if u keep the balcony door open. Its very quiet when u close the sliding door. Juan is very communicative and provides you with a info link with some nice discounts. Theres everything you may need around the apartment... We enjoyed the fresh fruit store across the apartment entrance a lot. The bus station to the airport is 10 minutes walk away. We would definetly come back and stay in this apartment.

Staying at Living Las Canteras Homes was everything I was looking for - a private quite place close to beach where I could also work comfortably with my computer. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves - bliss. The location is perfect, 2 min and you can take a swim in the beautiful ocean water. Lots of restaurants around, markets with fresh fruits and vegetables, and options to explore the area and the island. Raul is a very responsive and helpful host, as a solo traveler that was very important for me as well. Thank you, I would definitely love to stay here again! :)

We loved this third story apartment. It provided wonderful views out over the beach and the sunsets across the sea and mountains. Very convenient for restaurants and shops. Could pop in the sea for a quick dip everything was so close. Grateful for the coffee machine for those breakfasts on the verandah. Thankful for a lift at the end of an evenings dining too. Very helpful response when we ran into trouble with the washing machine-turned out to be user error. Would highly recommend . Thank you

However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine. - Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
