The space
★ You will feel at home from the moment you enter. Its black and white tile floor, like a chess board, visually connects all the rooms. The light tones and the selection of lightweight fabrics create a sense of brightness and spaciousness.★ Bay Views:
Enjoy the breathtaking views of Las Canteras Bay. The furniture blends rattan pieces with lighter, more nautical upholstery, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
★ Living-Dining Room with Three Areas:
The lounge and TV area, featuring a 2-seater sofa and 2 individual armchairs, invites you to enjoy moments of conversation and a glass of wine or to relax with a good movie, thanks to the cable TV from Movistar Plus or our Amazon Prime account (we do not offer access to German TV channels). The dining area has a glass-topped table for 4 diners. The bay window area floods the space with natural light and invites you to enjoy moments of good reading by the sea.
★ Two Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms:
Both bedrooms have a double bed and medium-firm mattresses. The first bedroom has access to the living-dining room. The two-section free-standing wardrobe offers you the storage space you need. Its bathroom has a spacious shower with a glass enclosure, a modern sink, and two large baskets containing a hairdryer and a beach towel per guest. In the accommodation, you will find two sets of bath towels per person.
The second bedroom has a functional design. To make the most of the space, instead of a wardrobe, we have installed a crossbar with hangers and visible shelves. The laundry room is located behind the curtains.

The bathroom of the second bedroom is open, without partitions, to the sleeping area. Large-format shower.
★ Spacious Fully Equipped Kitchen:
It includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a modern fridge-freezer. Additionally, we have provided a toaster, blender, kettle, electric and Italian coffee makers, juicer, and all the kitchenware you can imagine.
★ Free-Of-Charge Garage, Space Only 80 Metres from the Building
Parking space located in a nearby private car park. It is at the entrance level from the street, very easy to access. It is included in the rent.
★ The neighbourhood is lively during the day but VERY QUIET AT NIGHT. You will find cafes to WORK in and several coworking spaces to meet other digital nomads.
★ There is only 1 flat per floor, it's a very quiet community.
★ This accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building. The lift provides direct access to the interior of the dwelling using a key, which we will leave in the accommodation.
★ The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of the accommodation at all times is 4 people, regardless of the age of the guests.
★ The flat is IDEAL FOR SHORT AND MEDIUM STAYS, couples, holiday travellers, or remote workers.
★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to contract an additional accommodation cleaning service of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. This helps us keep everything in perfect condition for all our future guests. It's for the benefit of everyone!

★ NO RESERVATIONS FROM INTERMEDIARIES
To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.
★UPDATED SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been reviewed in order to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.
Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

The Living Las Canteras team was very proactive in facilitating our arrival at the apartment with various instructions, services and virtual tools to get to and access the apartment. In addition, the virtual team regularly validated during our week-long stay if we were well and they made themselves available to accommodate us! It would have been interesting to be hosted by the host personally! Have a good season at The Living Las Canteras team and enjoy your stay for future visitors!

We spent a week in this great apartment in Las Palmas, right on the beach of Las Canteras. The apartment was extremely clean and we felt at home from the first moment. The view of the sea and the beach is simply breathtaking, and you can go outside directly in your swimsuit. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, and on the ground floor there are numerous restaurants and cafes. Juan was always available to us immediately if we had any questions. We will definitely be booking again – we liked it all around.
