The space is larger than it looks in the photos. Here you can relax and spend a few days with 4 people, but there were only two of us. The kitchen is well equipped, so we also prepared some meals there and were not instructed to visit a restaurant every day. The view and location is wonderful, but in the evening it can be a little louder on the street.

Everything was perfect in the flat. 2 things where not perfect: Wifi do not reach in the back room. Its a bit noisy to sleep cause its above restaurants and there is a lot of musicians who play all evening long. For us no problem but if you want to sleep calm in the front room bring ear plugs. But the apartment is super nice, clean, the beds are very good and the communication was perfect. You have a nice view and can reach everything close by. And the best is, that it comes with an parking space, thats very important if you drive car. we will come back!

We had a brilliant stay at Juan's apartment. The position is amazing, two steps from the beach, surrounded by restuarants and bars and life (but it was never a problem noise wise and we go to bed early as have a toddler). The great thing about Las Canteras is that while it's touristy, it's also full of locals as it's a city beach so it doesn't feel like a resort and you hear more Spanish than anything else. The apartment is bigger than we'd expected, comfy beds, extremely well equipped (I say this as a fellow host - Juan has thought of everything) and amazing views from the living room. We had some wonderful meals - particularly recommend Camino al Jamonal (must book!), La Cocina Abierta, Tabla Caliente and La Quilla. Parking was super useful as we hired a car for 3 days - tip - get your car booked quick as in high season there's not always availability. Great base to explore the island. Thanks Juan, we'll see you soon!

We LOVED staying here! The location was perfect, the parking space was a brilliant bonus and so close to the apartment! The video guides were great! As soon as we got our bearings finding the apartment was simple, getting in and working the lift was great too. We used the front bedroom and the en-suite there, it was just lovely. Perfect for us as a couple, I think would work well for individuals, a small family or 2 couples too! The location is perfect for everything in Las Palmas, we loved the bar Ginger and the Cuban place at the market the most! We loved the low buzz of the street below, we didn’t think it was noisy at all. The beach is literally steps away! It doesn’t get better! Great for walks, runs, swimming Yoga etc. We’d recommend visiting the historic part of town, easy on a bus or super cheap taxis. Every one was so friendly! We will 100% be back and to this apartment without doubt! Thanks to all the team for a great set up for our holiday :)

Great place, recommended! Price & performance simply top, direct beach location with parking which is only one minute walk away. Thanks to the host who also provided us with great tips from local guides, restaurants and cafes. We will be happy to come back!

It went well, the instructions provided are clear and complete. Any questions are answered in the guidelines. Host is responsive and friendly. The accommodation meets expectations and photos, many amenities are available (beach towel, toys, etc.). I would this property. The only downside is the street which is very noisy however window closed no noise does not enter the apartment, so a snack would be ideal. But everything is perfect.

We spent a lovely week in this very comfortable and well equipped apartment . The location is excellent - so close to the beach - and everything you might need is within easy walking distance. Great views and very good for people watching . There was some noise from the restaurants below but it wasn't intrusive, and there were buskers in the evenings but it all just added to the holiday atmosphere. All quiet overnight. I always travel with an eye mask and ear plugs just in case and I did use them. Living Las Canteras were very helpful and flexible . We would definitely stay here again .

Perfect location, right on the beach and with plenty of dining options next door. Very convenient to have the parking space nearby to get around easily. The apartment is extremely clean and with many touches (sunbeds for the beach, equipped kitchen, children's games, yoga mat...).

We had a great stay. The apartment is charming and has a good location close to the beach, restaurants, grocery, playground and public transport. It was easy staying there with kids. Even though there is restaurants in the first floor it was not any problems with loud music. The view is beautiful.

The location of the apartment with parking is excellent, the promenade and the beach of Las Canteras is at the foot of the building. Lovely apartment, very clean , and excellent communication with our host: Juan. We had a lovely stay ( 2 couples of friends ) .

I rate this accommodation as excellent. The apartment is located right on the main beach of Las Canteras, allows you to visit many restaurants, and is in the center of the action but at the same time you are right on the beach, plus in a section that is more for locals. The restaurants close quite early and the hustle and bustle of the beach is replaced by the quiet of the night. The apartment has full beach equipment including snorkeling gear. The kitchen equipment was new and contained everything we needed. The whole apartment is well-equipped, and we didn't miss anything during our stay. I was very impressed with the private elevator directly to the apartment. The host, Juan, is very accommodating, and communicative and whatever was needed was dealt with promptly. Which is not only nice but also very unexpected given my experience with services on the island :) Overall, I can recommend the apartment. We spent a week here ( a family with one child ) and we will be back.
