The space
★ Open plan kitchen, dining and living space, heading to the terrace thanks to sliding doors that allow NATURAL LIGHT to enter ALL HOURS OF THE DAY.★ THE LIVING ROOM has a comfortable poliskin sofa. The Smart TV has access, through LIVING LAS CANTERAS' private accounts, to Amazon Prime and the MOVISTAR Plus CABLE TV package with a wide variety of channels and movies in various languages (no access to German TV channels).
★ The KITCHEN is PERFECTLY EQUIPPED with everything you may need (crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, etc.), as well as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a large last-generation combi refrigerator. The washing machine is also in this same space.
★ THE MAIN BEDROOM FACES THE OCEAN and has a 150 cm bed. The second bedroom has two single 90 cm beds that we can pushed together if desired. Both bedrooms have a wall-mounted LCD TV and a very spacious wardrobe.
★ As we also do in all other properties of our LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES brand, we provide all our guests with 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 2 snorkel goggles, 1 beach towel per guest, a yoga mat and a computer screen to connect to the laptop. If you travel with a baby and request it, we also provide you with a crib and a high chair. And all absolutely FREE.
★ Likewise, LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES guests can enjoy FREE EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT, as long as the reservation calendar and scheduled cleanings allow it.
★ It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, with lots of LAPTOP-FRIENDLY cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads.
★ This accommodation, which is located on the 5th floor of a 6-storey building, is ideal for FAMILIES with one or two children. Please note that there is a 10-step staircase to access the lift from the main entrance of the building, and another 8-step staircase from the lift to the accommodation. Baby strollers only fit folded in the lift! The lift can only be used by 2 people at a time.
★ This street is not on the seafront, but the terrace offers a panoramic view of the beach, since there is no building of the same height in front of it and there is no building on the right.
★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.
Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

We had a great time thanks to the team at Living las Canteras they are very responsive, available, attentive and kind. The apartment was clean , impeccable, beautiful and welcoming . It matches the photos exactly. It also very complete in kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms . He has it all! A great terrace from which you can see the sea and hear the sound of the waves. The location is perfect. We loved our short stay and will come back . I thank the Living las Canteras team for our perfect stay.

Wonderful apartment close to the beach and all amenities- restaurants, supermarkets etc The team at Living Las Canteras we’re exceptional - great on communication, arranged a pick up at the airport , ensured the place was clean etc . We would definitely choose to stay here again if we came back to Las Palmas .

However, in all our accommodations you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The apartments also have a washing machine. - Access to the property is not allowed while being wet or impregnated with sand from the beach.
