★ The abundant NATURAL LIGHT and the PRAGMATICALLY ARRANGED FURNITURE pieces are the common thread of this fantastic studio flat. The WARMTH of its floating floor and the LUMINOSITY of its white walls multiply the space and relax the environment.

★ Open-plan LIVING, DINING and BEDROOM area. The room has a 2-seater dining set -for candlelit dinners... or for the less romantic remote working...- as well as a 150 cm bed, quite cosy for a good night's rest, comforting naps, or even for reading moments.

★ A BUILT-IN WARDROBE next to the entrance and two large SHELVES give you the storage space you need. A range of WARM LIGHT spots are distributed throughout the room and create a pleasant atmosphere.

★ Bad weather outside? Stay inside! Get comfortable on the TWO-SEATER SOFA and turn on the 32'' Smart TV.

★ The KITCHEN is equipped with an oven, high-end refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle and all the utensils you can imagine. It also has a washing machine, with detergent at your disposal.

★ Full bathroom with LARGE WALK-IN SHOWER, gel and shampoo dispensers, and two large shelves. A glass door and sliding windows allow for easy room ventilation and natural light.

★ Likewise, LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES guests can enjoy FREE EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT, as long as the reservation calendar and scheduled cleanings allow it.

★ It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, but it is VERY QUIET AT NIGHT.

★ Please note that there are 10 steps to climb to get to the lift.

★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours (26 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.

★ SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.

Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

Nice and quiet place with 2 small balconies with sea views! No disturbing noise from the beach promenade at night and a fantastic sunset from the balcony!! The apartment has all the accessories that make the holiday easier!

The stay in Juan's studio was wonderful: the space is tastefully decorated, very well maintained and very clean. Next time I go to Las Palmas I'd like to stay there again. Highly recommended.

The apartment is perfect for a stay in Las Palmas. Great location, great amenities. Everything is thought of. First location with a direct view of the sea and the sunset. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea.

We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work. - PETS are not allowed. - Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted. - LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine. - Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
