The space
★ On its TERRACE, enjoy direct sunlight every afternoon. If it bothers you, just open the huge electric awning that covers its entire surface. Curl up on the fantastic rattan couch, lie in one of their fluffy sun loungers to read your favourite book or practice YOGA with the mat that you will find at your disposal. Privacy is assured.

★ Open plan kitchen, dining and living space, heading to the terrace thanks to huge sliding windows that allow NATURAL LIGHT to enter ALL HOURS OF THE DAY.

★ This flat is equipped with an OVEN, DISHWASHER, WASCHING MACHINE, Smart TV with free access, through LIVING LAS CANTERAS' own private accounts, to Amazon Prime and Movistar Plus Premium Cable TV (no access to German TV channels) and a set of beach deckchairs and beach umbrella, among many other amenities.

★ The MASTER BEDROOM is furnished with a 150 cm bed and a television hanging on the wall. It also has its own bathroom and an AIR CONDITIONER split. The second bedroom has two single 80 cm beds that can be easily pushed together. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space.

★ As we also do in all other properties of our LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES brand, we provide all our guests with 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 2 snorkel goggles, 1 beach towel per guest, a yoga mat and a computer screen to connect to the laptop. If you travel with a baby and request it, we also provide you with a crib and a high chair. And all absolutely FREE.

★ Likewise, LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES guests can enjoy FREE EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT, as long as the reservation calendar and scheduled cleanings allow it.

★ It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, with lots of LAPTOP-FRIENDLY cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads.

★ The flat is located on the top floor of a 7-storey building, IN A QUIET PEDESTRIAN STREET. This street is 85 metres from the promenade, but it is not on the seafront (the terrace has a partial view of the sea, given its height). It is ideal for up to four-person families, two couples or a group of up to 4 friends.

★ At the entrance of the building, to reach the lift there is a ramp for suitcases or wheelchairs next to 5 steps. The lift is small.

★ The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 4 people, children and babies included.

★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.

★ SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.

Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

We stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks to work remotely and it was perfect! The apartment is very spacious (even more so than it looks in the photos), the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the living/dining area is very comfortable and the huge balcony was private and great for working/enjoying the sun. The WiFi is great (although it does drop down in strength towards the bedrooms at the back of the apartment so we found working in the dining area was best) and the screen set up is really handy.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment - having the second bathroom was especially useful for the four of us. The furnishings are of an exceptionally high standard and the host also provided useful things ie beach towels, snorkelling gear, binoculars to make our stay even more enjoyable. Juan was easy to contact and, when we had a plumbing problem it was fixed within a couple of hours. Although the weather didn’t allow us to sit out on the terrace too often (we hit a somewhat wet and windy week) it was still a lovely outdoor space that we could use in an evening with a book. Considering how close it is to the beach and Santa Catalina park, the evenings were very quiet and we slept well in comfortable beds.

Both Juan and the entire Living team are professionals. If you are looking for a stay where they solve all your problems in 1 minute, this is the apartment for you. Clean, tidy, beautiful and the best thing is the personalized attention. They give you their phone number so you can call them in any emergency, in 10 minutes he was at the door of my house! This apartment has the perfect location — right in the heart of Las Canteras, if I can say so, but in a quiet lane. It’s incredibly clean and cozy, with a wonderful open but private terrace featuring a comfortable awning and great outdoor furniture. The kitchen is superbly equipped, offering everything you’d need, even for a larger family. It’s an ideal place to stay, combining convenience, comfort, and charm. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect apartment for us. On the beach, but in a quiet street. Large roof terrace - and private. Comfortable layout of the apartment. It had everything we needed. In addition to this, the team at Las Canteras Living were so nice and helpful. This apartment is now bookmarked and will be the first one we try to book when we return to Las Palmas.
