We stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks to work remotely and it was perfect! The apartment is very spacious (even more so than it looks in the photos), the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the living/dining area is very comfortable and the huge balcony was private and great for working/enjoying the sun. The WiFi is great (although it does drop down in strength towards the bedrooms at the back of the apartment so we found working in the dining area was best) and the screen set up is really handy.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment - having the second bathroom was especially useful for the four of us. The furnishings are of an exceptionally high standard and the host also provided useful things ie beach towels, snorkelling gear, binoculars to make our stay even more enjoyable. Juan was easy to contact and, when we had a plumbing problem it was fixed within a couple of hours. Although the weather didn’t allow us to sit out on the terrace too often (we hit a somewhat wet and windy week) it was still a lovely outdoor space that we could use in an evening with a book. Considering how close it is to the beach and Santa Catalina park, the evenings were very quiet and we slept well in comfortable beds.

Both Juan and the entire Living team are professionals. If you are looking for a stay where they solve all your problems in 1 minute, this is the apartment for you. Clean, tidy, beautiful and the best thing is the personalized attention. They give you their phone number so you can call them in any emergency, in 10 minutes he was at the door of my house! We're really going to repeat next year's vacation. Thank you, thank you and thank you!

This apartment has the perfect location — right in the heart of Las Canteras, if I can say so, but in a quiet lane. It’s incredibly clean and cozy, with a wonderful open but private terrace featuring a comfortable awning and great outdoor furniture. The kitchen is superbly equipped, offering everything you’d need, even for a larger family. It’s an ideal place to stay, combining convenience, comfort, and charm. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect apartment for us. On the beach, but in a quiet street. Large roof terrace - and private. Comfortable layout of the apartment. It had everything we needed. In addition to this, the team at Las Canteras Living were so nice and helpful. This apartment is now bookmarked and will be the first one we try to book when we return to Las Palmas.

My recent stay in the penthouse in Las Palmas was notable for its cleanliness, outstanding balcony, and top-notch internet, perfect for remote work. Very attentive host, appartment was almost on the beach but was still in a quiet private location, the promenade offered wonderfull early morning walks and also gives access to all amenities, resturants etc, the balcony area was very much appreciated.

Accommodation ideally located, overlooking a quiet pedestrian street,very well equipped with beautiful terrace. A few steps from the beautiful beach of Las Canderas Close to restaurants, with paid parking ( but really cheap) at 50m. Ideal for 4 people, the communication with Francisco was very effective and very pleasant. I recommend it 100%!

The property is really very well located, very close to the great walk along the beach, many restaurants, shops and the market, everything is within walking distance. It is located in a very quiet little street, no noise at night. The apartment is exactly as pictured, very well equipped and decorated, huge living room/kitchen with large windows overlooking the huge terrace which is sunny from 11 a.m. until evening. The agency is really extra, contacts by email or phone are always very kind and very responsive, support and advice of all kinds. I will return to Las Palmas in this apartment where another from this same agency is for sure.

Exactly what we want from an airbnb stay, accurate description and pictures, excellent communication, great space (especially the living area and terrace), good location close to restaurants, shops and if you like, the beach (but tucked in a side street so still quiet and private). Plenty of storage. Ideal for us 2 adults.

After staying a week in the apartment I can confirm that this is a fantastic place that is really recommended. The apartment was spotlessly clean and delicate when we arrived. Bright pull on both sofa and dining chairs, - all clean and without a stain. Well stocked with extra towels both for indoor and outdoor use, and a kitchen that was not missing anything. Very good beds, especially the one in the master bedroom. Good closet space for clothes, fluffed with hangers. The terrace is just amazing. Sun from early morning to late afternoon, awnings that whimper well if you sit on chilly evenings Perfect location, just a minute from the beach and boardwalk, calm and calm in the evening/night even if you live "in the middle of the butter clothes". Many good eateries in the immediate vicinity. Communication with the host was completely impeccable. You will get a quick answer to your questions and get good information both before arrival and during your stay. Can also recommend taxi to/from airport booked via hosting. We spent a week in this lovely apartment in Calle Secretario Artiles and it was perfectly located for our first trip to Las Palmas. The apartment was on the 6th Floor with a lift to the front door. It was spacious, well furnished and with everything you needed to self cater. The outside balcony space was an added bonus, a large area with loungers and patio furniture, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sunshine. The apartment is in an excellent location with Las Canteras Promenade and Beach moments away together with a variety of cafes and restaurants. The Bus Terminal is just 5 minutes away if you wish to go to Vegueta Old Town or to places outside of the city. Many good restaurants are easily walkable from the apartment. All in all Las Canteras Living was an excellent choice for us and Yurena was so helpful in organising to keep our suitcases for a few hours before we started our next journey with a sweet touch of providing a packed picnic for us to have en route.

Las Canteras is a great place as a AirBnB accomodation. Close to all the restaurants, shop and the great beach. Very good furnishings, clean and plentiful. Above all, a very good host, who communicates well and has many numbers to call in case of need. It was our fault to visit lovely Las Palmas during its winter where cloudy days and cool winds prevail! Thanks Yurena and Juan for the Sandwiches, fruit and water upon our departure.

Our stay at the apartment was really nice. My family and I enjoyed our days at Juan's apartment in Las Canteras. It was perfect for our family of 2 small children, they provided a crib and high chair, and even toys for the sand! Juan was very accommodating and made out stay very easy and nice. we valued all the little details that they had with us, even bringing a picnic bag for our way back on the night before, really sweet. Thanks for everything. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends.

As a family of four with 2 small kids, we had a great stay at this beautiful penthouse apartment. We did very much enjoy the location close to the beach, large and bright living area and the special attentiveness of the host. Communication with Juan was quick and efficient. He has also provided us with a lot information about restaurants and sights in Las Palmas as wells as other parts of the island. Our next time in Las Palmas Living Las Canteras will be definitely our first choice.

Apartment as described. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in addition to the large main room. Big sun terrace all afternoon in December. Location 2 minutes walk from the beach. Quiet street, with the exception of the building opposite under construction.

Lovely place with all necessary amenities. Pepe and Juan from Living Las Canteras were kind and professional. Excellent service. I would recommend this apartment 99% (The remaining 1% due to the fact that the matresses were a little hard for my taste, and you do hear the elevator machinery from the bedroooms. )
