The truth is that I was very comfortable in the apartment. I spent 2 months there for work and felt very comfortable. It's missing an oven/air fryer... that's right. The building is very quiet, it has hardly any noise and at night you can't hear anything, just the sound of the wind and the waves of the sea. It has great view. In general, everything was very clean. It has a sofa bed for 2 people... although it is true that the apartment for more than 2 is quite small. The arrival was very good, although the code for the entrance door did not work, but a neighbor appeared very soon and opened the door for me and I did not even have to call for help. In any case, they respond quickly and I'm sure they would have responded immediately because on other occasions they did. The truth is that it is a very cozy apartment and I would definitely repeat again. It has beach and shower towels, beach chairs, a yoga mat, hair dryer, coffee makers... in short, I was delighted. The bad thing is, you can't see the sunset from home.

Amenities with towels and bath towels were very good Number of cutlery and dishes was very good for two people Apartment very suitable for two people Terrace very usable (with the prevailing wind direction from North we had a slight kitchen smell) Easy to reach, by bus from the airport and small walk from the bus station Beach promenade during the day very busy, very quiet at night (also for carnival :))

The studio is very well located and we felt extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the sun in December and January does not reach the terrace, but the view is fantastic. The studio's kitchen is superbly equipped. The studio has not only a washing machine but also a clothes rack, even with clothespins! Living Las Canteras Homes was very helpful, especially in the search for a parking space for the rental car - and when the whole city was sealed off because of the Cabalgata, Living Las Canteras Homes was helpful in finding an alternative.

A very cozy, nice, small apartment perfect for one or two people. Beautiful view of the sea, on the side of the building wall, for me, is a plus because it creates an atmosphere of intimacy on the terrace, a large terrace. The place is perfect if someone wants to be close to the beach, restaurants, eateries, etc. because practically after leaving the building you are on the main promenade along the sea and the largest beach. For me, the place is really great, worth recommending, the owner immediately in touch when I asked. I was a month and a half and would love to come back.

Very cozy apartment, thought out to the smallest detail with a chic terrace and ocean view! And super clean. The building is right by the ocean. It's not noisy. Everything is thought out for comfort: a well-stocked kitchen, a shower with a washing machine, a workplace + an additional monitor (this is the first time such care for working people at home, thank you). Large and comfortable bed, wardrobe to store your clothes. There are snorkeling masks. Only the wind can drive you from the terrace, it's very good there)))

Perfect place to enjoy the sun, sea and good food. The studio is very complete, we didn't miss anything. Within walking distance, across the boulevard, is a nice shopping center. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it. Communication with the team is also very good, full explanation (with photo and videos) about how everything works and where to find everything.

It's a small but charming little corner. It is not missing the slightest detail and is very well equipped. The owners are attentive and super pending. The area is very quiet, even at night. A very pleasant experience in every respect. So much, I'll repeat shortly :-)

Due to my work schedule I had to extend my stay in Las Palmas. Needless to say, I opted to extend my stay in this apartment. It suited my needs to the letter, the host was always available and willing to help me out. The views of the ocean and my morning coffee on that beautiful balcony are now treasured memories. A place I'll revisit and stay in.

A great place top live, I stayed over for over a month. The unobstructed views of the ocean are spectacular. The owners have thought of everything that is need, once you live there, you notice all the little hidden details for which they have catered for. Ill definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

The flat is located on the top floor of a beachfront building right on the promenade with a gorgeous view from the large terrace. There are many good amenities within a short stroll along the sea. The location is comfortable and safe for solo travelers. The apt is recently renovated, clean and well-equipped. The space is small but well configured and organized and it suited me well for a long-stay. The self check-in instructions were clear and the host was very responsive. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have window screens as the cross breeze is needed to keep the place cool in the absence of a/c. I would definitely stay again on future trips and can recommend to others.

The accommodation is nicely decorated and you have beautiful views of the sea and promenade. At night it is rather noisy, as many are on the promenade until late at night. The accommodation is rather small from the larger, a stay of up to 2 weeks is ok everything after that will be tight. The hosts responded very quickly and helpful. The only point is that air conditioning would be an advantage, since at night you can't leave the window open due to the noise. On the whole, a very nice apartment with great views and very great restaurants nearby. To leave we got a small food package, very nice attention. Thank you!

The stay was great, match the pictures and description, the team is responsive. Had some trouble with the check in since the electronic lock wasn't working and had to wait more than 30 min + a water leak in the bathroom, the team was responsive about the issue but the water leak was still there even after they came for maintenance. The kitchen is functional, but clearly lacking some basics, like a cutting board, salt, pepper... The terrasse is beautiful and will give you a nice view on the beach, a big plus especially when you work remotely. A good value for the price.
