Las Canteras Homes was a great place to stay. It's just a short walk away from the beach, and it's very close to many restaurants and bars. The provided amenities are great, they have two bikes available for you to move around which is very nice. I had everything I needed in the apartment, and the host was very clear with the instructions for checking in.

I had an absolutely delightful stay! The host was incredibly hospitable, providing all the comforts of home and then some. The place was clean, cozy, and well-appointed, situated in a lovely neighborhood that was both peaceful and convenient. My friends' and I traveled to the island for spring break and stayed in the Las Cantaras Home for 8 days. It was perfect! Phenomenal location with every amenity we needed. We asked our host for a cooler even, and he provided us with one upon arrival. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and would honestly stay here again.

We stayed for good two months in this apartment, it’s very close to Las Canteras Beach and there are a lot restaurant’s and bars close by. The apartment is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The only problem was that the bed is really to small for two people and when staying longer as we did, a dishwasher would have been nice. Juan and his team were all very nice and helpful if we had a question.

before the trip, I received clear and perfect instructions. There was also a link with a few videos, e.g. for the access of the apartment. Also lots of tips for restaurants or excursions - all very professional and helpful. The apartment was clean and corresponded to the photos. From the living room you enter the small bedroom (attention bed is only 140 cm wide) and from there you can access the balcony. I slept with the balcony door open, so you can hear some noise (voices - no street noise). The apartment is on the top floor and so no one looks directly into the apartment because the other houses are lower. I liked it very much and I am happy to recommend the apartment.

Lovely place, fantastic location, very well stocked. I cooked almost everyday and found the kitchen had everything I needed as well as lots of little thoughtful details I don't normally expect from an Airbnb (like tupperware and a hand-held blender). The flat also had a beach chairs and snorkling goggles, beach towels. I was working remotely and found the setup pretty good. I ended up not using the little foldout desk as I have a mouse and keyboard and the space felt tight, but it was easy to use the kitchen counter instead which was very suitable. The internet was very reliable too. Outside there is a bit of noise from building works, but I've been to Las Palmas before and that seems to always be the case anywhere in Canteras - the flat had a glass sliding door to the bedroom and with both closed I was able to completely block the noise when it did exist, without blocking the lovely daylight. There was a fan to keep things cool. Would definitely come back.

Cozy, well located apartment, ideal to telework and enjoy the city (or even better, just enjoy the city). The two folding bikes were great to move around, we used them all the time! The communication and service of management was very good, Juan was helpful with all our requests. Thanks!

Beautiful apartment ideally located between the playa de las canteras and Santa Catalina Park, very well equipped. The procedure for accessing the accommodation is very simple and illustrated by a very well-made video. We have found a basket of Canarian specialties upon arrival and our guests are always easily reachable and very responsive. The only downside would be the sound insulation of the apartment. We had a great time.

The perfect beach side apartment! We stayed for a week and had a great time - the location is perfect with lots of nice restaurants just a few minutes walk away. We were sent a guide book with restaurant recommendations and they were all excellent. The apartment was very clean and communication was excellent. We were able to leave our bags as we had a later flight and Pepe organised transfers for us seamlessly. Would 100% recommend!

This flat is in a perfect location, with a market on the ground floor and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Las Palmas. Would highly recommend and will return!

Couldn’t have had a better location - 1 minute walk to the beach. I worked remotely here for 1 month and the internet was great, the apartment was perfect, working on the balcony plus a swim during my lunch break made this trip one to remember!

Even better than expected. A super well-equipped apartment: beach equipment, diving, bikes, Netflix ... Accommodation on the 6th floor (top floor) with elevator - well located. All shops are on foot. Beach 2 minutes' walk away, with restaurants, bars, gyms... Perfect and accurate exchange with juan. He arranged airport transfers for us and was very attentive to our needs. A great place at a price defying any competition. We recommend and will be back for sure. Thanks again. Hasta pronto!

Myself and my girlfriend have just spent the past 7 nights at Juan’s place. Upon arrival we were greeted by Pepe who was very attentive and helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach and many shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and modern with many nice touches and fixtures. There was a flat screen tv with Netflix that we used each night to chill. The bicycles were also fantastic, we used the to bike around. The balcony was very nice and we could see the sea front plus we ate breakfast on here every morning. On the second night we had an issue with the neighbour banging on the door around 7 pm, so quite early. She was saying turn down the tv down. Even though the tv wasn’t that loud so we were very confused. We called the host and they resolved the issue very quickly and professionally. From then on the neighbour never banged on the door. The host also kindly offered to buy us dinner at a local restaurant which we accepted. We would highly recommend Juan, Pepe and The whole team. They are very professional and the apartment is perfect.

Lovely apartment great location! The bed was super comfy which is a must for me! Also very clean apartment with good amenities to use within the apartment, bikes to ride, beach towels, a parasol for the beach as well as a deck chair for the beach. I did raise one concern with Juan as there was only a tiny bit of oil while I was staying at the apartment and no coffee for the coffee maker and he solved this matter the next day for me and had the things brought to me so I was very impressed. This is exactly how to keep your guests happy! Which you did exactly that. Many thanks. I recommend.

An absolutely amazing holiday. Juan was an incredible point of contact on behalf of the hosts, giving us fantastic information on how to reach the flat, local tips on where to eat and visit and everything else we needed. We couldn’t have asked for any more from him. The bikes were a great addition and made the old town really accessible. The flat itself was impeccably clean and fully kitted out with everything we needed. Very spacious and comfortable with great views, a great layout and a fantastic location. It was easily accessible from the airport and reaching other parts of the island is really easy even without a car (we took the bus to Maspalomas one day at the other end of the Island in just 30 minutes). Overall this was a pretty much perfect holiday, largely down to the role Juan played as well. We would definitely go back and would strongly recommend anyone looking to visit Las Palmas, Gran Canaria or the Canary Islands in general stays here.

A great place to stay in Las Canteras! The apartment is very new, super cozy and very well located and very well located. A two minute walk to the beach and with many supermarkets and restaurants around. Juan is a great host, he gave us many references of local restaurants and places to visit. We loved being able to use the bikes for free, it's a great plus!

Our stay in Las Palmas was exceptional! The apartment is very good location and nice (beach about 30m away). It has a perfect balcony for breakfast and all amenities. Juan was very nice and punctual. He recommended several places to eat and visit that were great. If I have to come back, I would definitely come back to Juan!

A stylish apartment will anything you may need. Best location ever: everything is in proximity. One of the most beautiful promenades I’ve ever seen. Last, but not the least, a very attentive host . Our flight was severely delayed but Juan met us personally at 3 am at the apartment !!

The apartment is well located in the center of Canteras. Just a couple of blocks from Parque de Santa Catalina to the west and Las Canteras beach to the east. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Also the Carnaval was a blast! The apartment is tidy and has a modern decor. Bicycles turned out to be very handy exploring the surrounding areas. Juan was very friendly and helpful, thanks again. Highly recommended!

The location is great, literally a two minute walk to the quarry beach. Area surrounded by shops and places to have a drink, a drink, dinner... everything. The apartment is great, very spacious, clean and fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The welcome was great, they were very nice and were at our disposal at all times. To be back!

The apartment is located in a privileged area of the city of Las Palmas, a stone's throw from Las Canteras and very close to both Santa Catalina and shopping areas. Communication was very good from the beginning, Juan was not only attentive from the moment we booked, but he gave us a gastronomic tour of the city and made sure that everything was going well during the stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos: spacious, comfortable, bright and with a small terrace ideal for breakfast. All in all, a place to come back to and experience to repeat !

Great apartment very close to the beach. Easy walk from Santa Catalina bus station. Juan was a great host and recommended some places to eat. The shower head is a bit lower than it should be, if you're tall it might be a problem!

Nice apartment in central spot very close to the beach covering all basic needs. Balcony is a nice add-on to have an outside coffee. Walls are quite thin, so that you can hear your neighbors watching TV from time to time.

Juan gave us a warm welcome and a lot of recommendations what to do. and where to eat, which was quite nice. The apartment is well located next to the beach and - quite important if you travel with a rental car - to a private parking place. The apartment was clean and is perfect for a couple. We really liked the small balcony. If you think about booking this apartment: I can highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay visiting Las Palmas de Gran Canaria for the first time. The apartment is very well located, at a mere two minutes (or less) walk from Las Canteras beach, a fantastic urban beach that expands over four kilometres (two miles). The area is filled with amenities, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself is located on a top floor, easy acess and everything is new. It is a gorgeous apartment. I arrived using a transfer, what was the most comfortable option and checked out some of the suggestions offered to eat locally and was delighted with those. I had a wonderful stay on my first visit to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The apartment is very well located, less than a couple of minutes walk from Playa de Las Canteras, a fantastic urban beach that stretches for about four kilometers. The area has everything, shops, restaurants... there is a large shopping center (with multi cinema) and a park that can be reached on foot perfectly. The apartment itself is on the top floor of the building, has easy access and everything is new. It's a very cool apartment. I arrived using a transfer from the airport which was the most convenient option. I was also able to check out some of the suggestions they offered me to eat at nearby places and loved them.

The apartment location is ideal and close to all local amenities. The beach is within a few minute walk. The apartment is perfect for two, great super fast internet and all basic needs met. Juan who was looking after us on behalf of the host was so friendly, efficient with responses back to us and gave us lots of tips and info when we met.

I stayed for 6 weeks in this apartment while working remotely, and it was the perfect fit. The photos are accurate, everything is recently renovated and you get a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, big TV and other things. WiFi is very fast and stable. A small supermarket is directly below, and you can reach the beach in 2 minutes where you'll find lots of restaurants. Juan was very welcoming and professional, provided me an airport transfer and kept in touch for the duration which made my stay a very positive experience.
