The space
★ If you're staying by yourself, we'll offer you a special price. Search for 1 and 2 people and check the price difference!

★ The house has a unique room that integrates a kitchen and bedroom-living area.

★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES accommodations, we equip the KITCHEN very conscientiously to make it very comfortable to cook and eat inside the property. In addition, the room includes an extendable table where you can eat with great comfort and space.

★ The BEDROOM area has a large 150 cm bed, reading lamps, a 43'' TV with access to Amazon Prime (we do not have access to German TV channels) and a good-sized separate closet.

★ BATHROOM with modern lines, very bright, with a large shower tray and a window to the outside.

★ Its TERRACE offers unmatched views. Large in size, its front of glazed railings visually enlarges it. In it you will find a couple of sun loungers, as well as a small table with two chairs.
Remember: SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE TERRACE.

★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES accommodations, IT INCLUDES:
- 2 comfortable reclining beach chairs and 1 umbrella
- 2 sets of snorkels
- One beach towel per guest

★ The neighborhood has a lot of life during the day, cafes WHERE YOU CAN WORK and several co-working spaces where you can meet other digital nomads.

★ Ideal for solo travelers, teleworkers, couples or families with a toddler.

★ For stays longer than 14 days, an additional cleaning service of at least 2 hours (26 EUR final price) must be hired and paid directly to the cleaner to ensure proper maintenance of the facilities. It's for the benefit of all guests, present and future!

★ MANDATORY GUEST INFORMATION
In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, prior to arrival it is mandatory to access our Guest Portal and provide this information:

For LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, good relationships with neighbors are paramount.
The building where this accommodation is located is residential.
For the sustainability of Vacation Rentals in residential buildings, we ask for your maximum cooperation in complying with the following rules:

• The Ordinance of the City Council of Las Palmas de G.C. establishes that the noise perceived by a neighbor BETWEEN 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM cannot exceed 25dB IN BEDROOMS and 30dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40-50 dB. Door slamming, furniture dragging = 70dB. From these dB, you have to subtract what stops walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our authorization, access is not allowed to PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE RESERVATION.
• SMOKING is strictly PROHIBITED throughout the property and in all common areas of the building.
• We take no responsibility for noise due to the start of UNCOMMUNICATED WORKS by neighbors.
• ANIMALS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not allowed when WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• HANGING CLOTHES on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not allowed.
• We do not provide SHEET AND TOWEL CHANGE service. However, you will find spare sheets and towels. The place has a washing machine and we leave you detergent.

The house has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so you can enjoy it to its fullest potential. We ask that you treat it with care and dedication so that your future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you so much!

★ NO MIDDLEMEN
To book any of our accommodations, it is a prerequisite that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.

★ HYGIENE AND DISINFECTION MEASURES
Our accommodation's cleaning and disinfection procedures have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning team and our guests.

Our cleaning team:
→ only use authorized disinfectants.
→ always cleans light switches, lamps, cabinets and window handles, doorknobs, railings, remote controls, appliances, electronic devices, and any products made available to our guests.
→ carefully washes dishes and cutlery, including those already clean, with hot water.
→ thoroughly disinfects items that could easily become contaminated (toilet, sink, trash can, etc.)
→ washes sheets and towels at high temperatures, including those already clean.
→ cleans cleaning products (soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc.)
→ sterilizes the two sets of keys and/or the smart lock and keypad.
→ Double-check your to-do list before leaving.

Really a lovely apartment with fantastic views and the soothing sound of the sea around you. Communication was smooth and clear. Bed is wonderful, sunbeds and furniture outside are of good quality. We enjoyed it here!
