The space
★ KITCHEN AND LIVING-DINING IN ONE SPACE
As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible.
The living-dining area is super comfy, and it faces the sea! You'll find a three-seater sofa and a reading armchair. Plus, a 43-inch Smart TV from Samsung with access to Amazon Prime (please note, we do not offer access to German TV channels).

★ BEDROOMS ENSURING PRIVACY
The master bedroom is in the same space, separated by a tempered glass wall with blackout blinds for privacy. The bed is 150 cm wide and comes with pillows of varying firmness, so you can choose the one that suits you best.
The second bedroom has a single bed measuring 90 cm and a spacious built-in wardrobe.

★ LAUNDRY FACILITIES
For laundry, we have a washer and dryer.

★ As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, it INCLUDES:
- 2 comfortable reclining beach chairs and 1 umbrella
- 2 snorkel sets
- One beach towel per guest
- 2 sets of bath towels per guest
- 1 yoga mat
- Computer screen
- 200ml shower gel and 200ml shampoo in each bathroom
- ½ liter of laundry detergent
- Baby cot and highchair on request, at no extra cost
- Free early check-in and late check-out upon request and subject to availability.

★ TRANQUILITY AND COMFORT
We're on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building with a lift, very peaceful. You don't have to cross any streets to get to the beach.

★ NIGHTTIME SERENITY
The neighbourhood comes alive during the day with cafes where you can work remotely and several co-working spaces where you can meet other digital nomads. At night, it's very quiet, ensuring a restful sleep.

★ PERFECT FOR ALL TYPES OF TRAVELLERS
Ideal for short or medium stays, couples, families with a child or baby, solo travellers, or remote workers.

★ ADDITIONAL CLEANING SERVICE
For stays of more than 14 days, we require you to hire an additional cleaning service for at least 2 hours (30 EUR in total), which you will pay directly to the cleaner. This helps us keep everything in perfect condition for all our future guests. It's for the benefit of everyone!

★ HOUSE RULES
At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, good relations with the neighbors are a top priority.
The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:

• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.

The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

★ NO RESERVATIONS FROM INTERMEDIARIES
To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.

★ SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.

Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

Best Stay in Las Palmas! And Juan was a very good host! The apartment is better equipped than we expected! And the view of the ocean was wonderful. Thank you for the 14 days the apartment was truly our home! We'll come back if we can! ❤️

Lovely stay in Juan's apartment, with a perfect location and view. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, and had all the amenities listed, including everything we needed to cook/clean. The beach towels and umbrella were really useful for beach trips. We hired a car and utilised the car park just around the corner, which was cheap and secure, and we were able to get a further discount as we were staying in Living Las Canteras. Check in and check out was easy, and Juan kindly let us check out later in the afternoon for no extra charge, which was helpful as our flight was in the evening. Juan was responsive and a great host. Thanks for wonderful stay in Las Palmas, highly recommend :)

Great place just next to a wonderful beach. If you have a car, we recommand a parking which is just around the corner, but this is an additional cost. During our stay, the weather was definitely better on the south of the island, however still coming back home and having this magnificent view was a magical experience. Nearby, there are many great place for dinner. Definitely recommend.

I love this place! A wonderful view, well-equipped kitchen. The rooms are small but the view pays off, and it's very nice to stay there. We were very well served, always quickly to solve what we needed. I recommend it, and I hope to return soon.

Fabulous view of beach, really great location, everything on your doorstep. Really nice area, so easy to walk around, everything on hand. Easy to get to, great bus services. No doubt in recommending. Definitely plan to return.
