Lovely, private, well set out apartment. Great for remote working and for using as a base to explore Las Palmas and Gran Canaria. Easy walking distance to the beach and we found the additional free parking really useful when we rented a car. The road where the apartment is situated is not too aesthetic and the apartment itself has windows only on one aspect. These weren’t a problem for ourselves because overall the property is a perfect place to stay for anyone wanting to spend time in Las Palmas and on Las Canteras Beach. We would definitely stay again! :) Also, Juan was a great host. Very responsive and friendly to questions. Provides lots of info for guests and was flexible with our check out plans. Gracias Juan! 🙏

We are very happy with the accommodation. Large and spacious. The kitchen has everything one needs. The master bedroom has very good storage. It is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is located on the first floor. Window one way towards a street. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and down to the beach. Very good location. What we thought was extra good was that there were bikes and sun loungers as well as bath towels. If you want to rent a car, it is perfect that the parking is included as it is completely impossible to park on the street. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The team of Living Las Canteras were helpful and prompt to respond. Highly recommended.

We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them. - The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 4 people. - SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property. - PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. - PETS are not allowed. - It is not allowed to hang clothes on balconies or windows facing the street. - LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine. - Access to the property is not allowed while being wet or impregnated with sand from the beach.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
