The space
★ The KITCHEN is open to the living room and is FULLY EQUIPPED with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and a large fridge freezer combo. Lots of storage space. The washing machine is in the laundry room.★ The living room has a 40'' Smart TV with access, through LIVING LAS CANTERAS' private account, to Amazon Prime and Movistar Plus Premium Cable TV (no access to German TV channels), as well as one couch and one reading chair, both new and amazingly comfortable.
★ The MASTER BEDROOM has one 150 cm double bed. In the SECOND BEDROOM there are two 80 cm beds. Wardrobes of both bedrooms offer great storage capacity.
★ Bathroom with extra-large SHOWER TRAY at ground level, VERY ACCESSIBLE.
★ As we also do in all other properties of our LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES brand, we provide all our guests with 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 2 snorkel goggles , 1 beach towel per guest, a yoga mat and a computer screen to connect to the laptop. If you travel with a baby and request it, we also provide you with a crib and a high chair. And all absolutely FREE.
★ Likewise, LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES guests can enjoy FREE EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT, as long as the reservation calendar and scheduled cleanings allow it.
★ Located on the 5th floor of a VERY QUIET 7-STOREY BUILDING. 10-step staircase to reach the lift on the ground floor. Building entrance located ONLY 10 METRES FAR FROM THE SAND!
★ Just a few steps away, there is a wide range of bars, restaurants, two big supermarkets, a yoga studio and the well-known Mercado del Puerto, a trendy place to buy local products by day and go out for a drink at night.
★ It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, with lots of LAPTOP-FRIENDLY cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads.
★ It is the perfect choice for SHORT AND MEDIUM STAY rentals, families, couples and groups of friends.
★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. To reserve any of our accommodations, it is an essential requirement that the NAME and CONTACT DETAILS in the reservation are those of one of the guests.
★ SANITATION & HIGYENE MEASURES
Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.
Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment—it looks exactly like the pictures! It’s cozy, clean, and has a spectacular view that made our mornings and evenings extra special. The apartment is incredibly well-equipped with everything you might need. From several coffee maker options to a hand mixer (which was perfect for preparing baby food), kitchen towels, soap, shampoo, and more—it’s clear the hosts have thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. Even a bottle of water was waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch after a day of traveling. The host is super friendly, always available, and very helpful—quick to respond and fix anything if needed. We really appreciated the attention and care they put into making our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

We spontaneously booked a vacation for 1 week in this accommodation and it couldn't have been better. The place has a great location and is perfect for 2-3 people. Our arrival went very well, with app for the front door downstairs and with passcode for the apartment door. You get an extensive description for the apartment. Where, for example, the garbage has to go, laundry can be washed, etc. We initially had problems with the app for the front door, but after an email was written, a new access link came right away. So also a very quick help with problems. All in all, I can only say that this week was really very nice, we couldn't have imagined it better. Thanks to the Living Las Canteras team for the smooth stay!
