★ Very cosy apartment ON THE SEA FRONT WITH OPEN TERRACE, so that you can enjoy every sunset after a long day at the beach or a quiet walk along the promenade.

★ It has a height-adjustable desk and a chair, as well as a computer monitor.

★ DISCOUNTS available from 1 (5%), 2 (15%), 4 (40%), 8 (45%) and 12 (50%) weeks of stay.
The space
★ It is a two-bedroom apartment, one bathroom, a LIVING-DINING ROOM and finally the kitchen with direct access to the open terrace.

★ The BEDROOM has a 135 x 190 cm bed and LOTS OF STORAGE SPACE.

★ The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed with two very comfortable mattresses of 90 x 180 cm and a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. It has no window but receives good ventilation from the living room thanks to an opening on the wall. It is a small bedroom, ideal for children.

★ Full BATHROOM with shower and good water pressure.

★ Wonderful TERRACE with sea views, ideal for evening snacking or just reading, or simply relaxing watching the sunset. Privacy is assured thanks to its side walls.

★ The LIVING-DINING ROOM has a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a large television on which you can enjoy our Amazon Prime and Movistar Cable TV accounts (no access to German TV channels). The DINING area consists of a cute table with four chairs, ideal for eating with sea views.

★ Do you like cooking? The apartment's KITCHEN is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, high-end refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker ... and plenty of storage capacity.

★ ONLY 15 METERS BETWEEN THE DOOR OF THE BUILDING AND THE SAND OF THE BEACH. There is no street to cross, just the promenade.

★ As we also do in all other properties of our LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES brand, we provide all our guests with 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 2 sets of snorkel goggles, 1 beach towel per guest, a yoga mat and a computer screen to connect to the laptop. If you travel with a baby and request it, we also provide you with a crib and a high chair. And all absolutely FREE.

★ Likewise, LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES guests can enjoy FREE EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT, as long as the reservation calendar and scheduled cleanings allow it.

★ Busy neighbourhood during the day, but VERY CALM AT NIGHT. You'll find lots of LAPTOP-FRIENDLY cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads.

★ This apartment, which is located on the 6th floor of a 9-storey building, is IDEAL FOR SHORT AND MEDIUM STAYS, holiday or business travellers, teleworkers, couples or families with one or two children.

★ Please note that there is a 10-step staircase to access the lift from the main entrance of the building.

★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR final price), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

Cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations have been formulated to protect the health of our cleaning crew and our guests.

Our cleaning crew:
→ only uses approved disinfectants.
→ wipes down light switches, lamps, cupboard and window handles, doorknobs, banisters, remotes, all appliances, electronics and provided amenities.
→ carefully washes all dishes and flatware, including the clean ones, with hot water.
→ deeply sanitises potentially contaminated sites (bathroom toilet, sink, trash bin, etc.).
→ machine-washes all available linens at high temperature, including the clean ones.
→ cleans the cleaning products (soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc.).
→ sterilises the two set of keys and/or the smart lock and the keypad.
→ double-checks their To-Do list before leaving.

Very clean and well equipped apartment with a marvellous balcony view of the sea front. Lots of choice of good local restaurants with a great bakery/cafe nearby on the seafront to start the day.

However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine. - Access to the property is not allowed while being wet or impregnated with sand from the beach.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
